The rate of infidelity among married women is so alarming these days, and one keep wondering if there are somethings their husbands dont have that the next man possessed or can we simply call it stupidity or moral decadency. Some are even robbing it on your face by having sex with a next door neighbour or one useless broke guy in the street. Office romance are not left out.

Not true joor. Both can be taken together. In fact, folic acid is a must have for every TTC woman prior to conception and throughout d pregnancy. Doctors advise patients to start taking it 3months b4 planning for conception. It s included in all d multivitamins though some of them have it smaller quantity. B6 on the other hand, increases the levels of progesterone, which is necessary to maintain pregnancy once u conceive. It can be taken after ovulation. So my dear, no cause for alarm. Just be taking them together.

I'm opening this thread for the first time and saw this your reply. Reading this your write up opened my eyes that there are some steps to take to accelerate chances of getting pregnant.

Can you please expatiate on folic acid, B vitamins and other steps one need to follow to achive quick result. I urgently need this information.

This is a clear sign of depression, you problem might have started the moment you had the feelings that everyone out there is better than you. Another problem is the feeling that you are probably not progress in life. You dont have to stop watching porn or force yourself from thinking about sex, the situation will control itself if you can follow these steps:

1. Get busy and start attending social even regularly. It may be Seminars, wedding, sport, clubs/bars etc. just dont be idle and utilize your leisure time to catch fun outside your comfort zone.

2. Get a girl who is ready to give you sex steadily. You dont need to stress yourself by start chasing girls around, just pick an attractive one you perceive she is only after sex and material gain and convert her into your regular bed mate. You can also get marry if time is right for you.


3. Be conscienceless. This might sounds somehow to you but trust me it is going to help you as a man to be whatever you want to be in life. Note: This has nothing to do with being wicked, it will only help you to focus on your development without thinking about what others want you to be.

@op, the present economy is quite not favourable to most businesses especially the new ones. Enything you can think of, has already been saturated with little or less purchasing power from consumers.

If i were you, i will invest in non physical business like stocks(treasury bill or fg bond is more preferable) as you can peacefully earn your little profit with a peace of mind.

Food business is also good at this moment as no matter what, people will still eat. You can get a store and start selling bags of rice or semovita etc. And with 15m, you can get a small bus and hire some marketers to enhance your sale.

Real estate is another good investment. With 15m, you can build 4 mini 2 bedroom flats(with land) at city center and start collecting rent for life.
