Nothing will happen to her, from my experience, pregnancy has little or nothing to do with Asthma. Make sure she is always with her inhaler.

And if she is below 25yrs, there is possibility her condition will get better after this age.

Always advise people to do this to maintain peace in their families until i witness(with my two naked eyes) where 1 out of 3 children of this lovely neighbour are not his. You know when you see a mature intelligent woman. You earned my respect in this forum henceforh. Unlike some women here, i'm so happy you noticed the different between a cheating wife and a cheating husband.

This was not actually happened to me as my wife is heavily pregnant now, i raised this alarm on behalf of my dear brother and a very close friend.

Cheating only cause shame/regret, and should not be tolerated in the relationship/marriage.
