I was surprised because I thought it was a social media manager job not a graphics design job but aptitude test is on graphics which is indeed a flyer, and as you can see, he actually listed his business details which means hes trying to get a flyer for his business, doesn't wanna pay an artist but instead resorted to a nice strategy since he knows Nigerians can be desperate, and by thus, he would get as many flyers as possible for his company all for free. As I sensed this, I told him this is a thieving strategy, so he explained he wants to pick the best bla bla bla. The next day, I just did something for him under 5minutes and sent to him.

But alas, he questioned me, and told me that I need to include his business logo, this was hell funny to me because he advertised for a social media manager not a graphic artist. He explained to me that there's a reason why he wants us to include the logo, that it is from there he would know brilliant ones.
The funniest thing is that he showed me a phone screenshot of his logo to be included and said they want to see applicant that would be brilliant enough not to include the white background of the logo but just the logo. If you are a graphic designer you would understand this more deeply, what he wanted.

Now this is a social media manager work according to him but with knowledge of graphics, but this test is 90% graphics work because the individual must still design a logo.

Now standard ai logo is nothing less than 5k
Standard graphic flyer is not less that 5k making 10k and he wants both.
And all he wants to pay monthly is 20k which means let us even say he will employ you, you already did a 10k job for him.
Another thing is that, 20k a whole month, for two different job roles, don't be surprised that he could be giving you 3designs perday.

Now, the question is will you take this kind of job?

As for me, it's 100% impossible, only if I'm mad when sometimes, Just a single sketching and painting goes for 10k, and I take social media management for not less than $200 monthly, which would be 2postings weekly, I will now take a one month job of graphics designing and social media for 20k after doing free 10k job.

Another thing is that, I don't even think he wants to employ any one, he just wants a flyer for his business and thought of ways he would get it free, the best set. What's your opinion?

When I was in Secondary school, some teachers knew what I was going through yet still added to my problems and treated me badly, they gossiped me, made fun of my situation etc. (Nigerian Schools are Rubbish! especially private secondary schools). I made a decision not to be triggered by this as it happened last year (with Tacha) and probably previous years, but I just have to make my point right now.
Nigerians deserve EVERYTHING this administration gives to them. One night, when I was less busy, I joined my sister and mother to watch the show and I saw some messages on the screen by some fans of the show. Some claimed they spent 12 hours watching the show non-stop, I was shocked, but that was the least shock, I subsequently saw others that claimed to watch for 18 hours and 24 hours, and while they may not all be correct, it shows just how jobless Nigerian yoouths are. They cannot think outside the box. Tomorrow, you see them begging for 500 naira to buy recharge card, you see the girls selling their bodies for 300 naira indomie and egg, why? Because they invested all their time and energy into something that isn't bringing income to them.

Well, kudos to the organizers of the BBNAIJA stuff. They researched their market well and saw that Nigerians are gullible ediots that once they get hooked, they cant be unhooked till the show is over. Lol, till today, Tacha fans who call themselves Titans still fight on social media.
