I put too much trust in them and experienced the biggest setbacks i have seen in my life, i figured later that "life is a do it on ur own project" but i have almost spend half my sojourn on earth when i realised this.

👉Alright, below are the details breakdown you need to know:
👉Location: Cameron/Nigeria border ( adamawa site)

👉Accomodation: 20k for a year if you are lucky to secure it. If no room is secured, you will scourt with someone an be responsible for yourself while you go to his farm at least once or twice in a month without paying anything for accomodations

👉Land/farm : I'll personally helps you to secure farms, so that it can be more easier to you.
Noted: one hecter here is equivalent to 45-50 feet. That's means:::
👉One hecter of rice farmland is 25000 thousand naira
👉One hecter of ground nut, maize beans etc is 14000-15000 thousand naira


Lastly: you can not live/survive at this site if you are allergic to village life/hard work.

Because the area was designed just to farm ( during rainy season) get morning and go back to city ( during dry season)
I hope you understand how living in such place is, fine boy or home boy cannot survive here
