When they were stealing and threatening to burn down my fatherland they didnt remember democracy it is now that things have turned against them? Our judiciary is very easy to compromise as long as you are rich and in the end the same pdp will come out to tell you that the anti corruption war was just a scam as nobody was jailed.

I read from a post by a nairalander that a man was acquitted by a Nigerian court who was facing about 170 charges and the same person got convicted by a british court with just 10 charges.

Pdp thinks it can steal and get protected by "democracy"

CrimeRe: President Media Chat: Between Hijab And Suicide Bombing - Mohnice by mohince(op): 3:25pm On Jan 02, 2016
Hmmm
CrimePresident Media Chat: Between Hijab And Suicide Bombing - Mohnice by mohince(op): 3:24pm On Jan 02, 2016
Reports reaching my desk indicated that people are exceeding limits by crossing the boundary laid by the divine
injunction in speaking their minds against the laid down
principles as ordain by the Creator, most especially Muslims
who carry pen and write or open their mouths and speak
whatever they feel like regarding religious issues or any
matter thereof, without any due regard to the fact that there
is an absolute deference between WHAT APPEARS TO BE
AND THE TRUTH.

When PMB stated in his media chart of 30th December,
2015 that ‘IF’ and only ‘IF’ the SUICIDE BOMBINGS that is
taking cover under the SHADOW of HIJAB continue, then
Nigeria will have no option than to BAN the Hijab. Which
means before you comment or condemn the idea of the
president you must understand the following facts as to: -
the MEANING of Hijab, the REASON, the GOAL and its
CONSEQUENCES, without which you can’t start thinking of
condemning the decision. Secondly, there are issues
involved 1. It is God’s order for CONGREGATIONAL
PRAYERS, and 2. It is God’s order for WOMEN TO COVER
THEIR BODY when going out of their houses. 3. It is God’s
order for humans to interact and get a livelihood for the
family upkeep.

Going by the first point despite the order from God Almighty,
Muslims are exempted from it due to fear or threat to live
etc. So also HIJAB is only necessary when a woman is
dealing with male not from her relative, whether outside or
in her house. And yet HIJAB is not necessary when it came
under circumstances (Laruri) such as HEALTH or LIVE
SAVING (as the case of women Bombers).
Therefore, in ISLAMIC LAW when two injunctions came with
the same purpose the principle of NASIK WAL MANSUK
applies i.e. where one is PROHIBITING and the other
PERMITTING the prohibiting one takes precedent. Likewise,
if they both came with COMMAND injunctions; one is
dealing with INDIVIDUAL while the other is dealing with
MAJORITY, the one with majority takes precedent such as
the case with PRAYING ALONE and PRAYING IN
CONGREGATION. Thus, between CONGREGATIONAL prayer
and HIJAB, the former is among the FIVE PILLARS OF
ISLAM permissible on both Male and Female, while the later
is binding only on female.

And if one look at the revelation for marrying four wives in
the Quran, and the Hadith of Saydina Umar (RA) concerning
the marriage of four wives, which is NOT COMPULSORY as
provided by Quran, but he made it COMPULSORY when he
saw that prostitution is becoming rampant as a result of
many women becoming widows at that time. Therefore, a
leader can imposed one segment of the law to prevent the
other when it is being abused to prevent a danger that is
greater than its value. Today in Nigeria HIJAB is being used
AS A WEAPON to kill.

To God be the Glory and in Him we depend for our daily
bread. Please brothers and sisters possessed or consult
before you comment on religious matter of such magnitude,
people are dying and are being killed, using religious
obligation as a weapon. Don’t forget the Prophet (SAW)
postponed performing Hajj in the year he intended just to
avoid bloodshed, then why accusing a leader who is also
trying to avoiding bloodshed by BANNING HIJAB in
exchange for peace?
Alhamdulillah and Thanks.

EARLY LIFE

Ayobamidele, meaning "my joy has followed me home",
is the last of three siblings. He lost his Dad at the age of 13
relying on his Mum and relatives for support. Dele was
taught by his late Mum, who died on the 18th of May 2007,
[2] not to despair even when times are tough. This was
exemplified by her continual support of him even when
others had written him off. She had given him up to a third
chance at passing his WAEC ( Senior Secondary Exams )
Although his Mum's source of income was from petty
trading, and with two older children to care for, she laboured
hard to sustain her family, and in the words of Dele
Momodu "She didn't give up on me"

EDUCATION AND CAREER

Dele Momodu is a graduate of University of Ife, (now
Obafemi Awolowo University , Ile-Ife) 1982, Dele holds a
degree in Yoruba and a master's degree in English
Literature in 1988. He lectured at the Oyo State College of
Arts and Science in Ile-Ife , between 1982–83 while on
National Service. Between 1983–85, he was private
secretary to the former Deputy Governor of Ondo State,
Chief Akin Omoboriowo . In 1986, Dele Momodu served the
Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade Olubuse II, managing the
Motel Royal Limited owned by the monarch. Following
Dele's resignation from the Motel Royal, he went on to study
for his post-graduate degree in English literature. He was
during this time contributing articles to the likes of The
Guardian, Sunday Tribune and other Nigerian-based
publications.

INVOLVEMENT WITH MKO ABIOLA

In May 1988, Dele Momodu got his first job as Staff Writer
with the African Concord magazine, owned by late Chief
Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola . A year later, he was
transferred to Weekend Concord as a pioneer staff. He
wrote the first cover story for the paper in March 1989. He
also contributed to other publications such as the National
Concord, Sunday Concord, Business Concord and the
Yoruba newspaper, Isokan. In May 1989, he became
Literary Editor, within six months he became News Editor of

1991 edited May Ellen Ezekiel's Classique, a celebrity
magazine an appointment which made him the highest paid
editor in Nigeria. He resigned and tried his hands on doing
business as a bread distributor for his mentor Chief
Moshood Abiola, who owned the 'Wonderloaf'. Following
this, Dele Momodu started a public relations outfit,
Celebrities-Goodwill Limited, which managed the accounts
of Chief Moshood Abiola, Dr Mike Adenuga, Mr Hakeem
Belo-Osagie and other distinguished Nigerians.

EXILE

In 1993, Dele resigned to join the Moshood Abiola
Presidential Campaign Organisation, Dele Momodu was
arrested and detained at Alagbon Close in Lagos, after the
annulment of the 12 June Presidential election by General
Ibrahim Babangida . He was severely punished for his views
but was undeterred. He was to be arrested in 1995 and
charged for treason by the Sani Abacha Government. He
was accused of being one of the brains behind the pirate
radio station, Radio Freedom later changed to Radio Kudirat,
after the cold-blooded murder of Alhaja Kudirat Abiola. Dele
Momodu managed to escape masquerading as a farmer
through Seme border into Cotonou, in Benin Republic, from
where he fled to Togo , Ghana and eventually to the United
Kingdom. [3] For three agonising years, Dele could not re-
enter his homeland, Nigeria . He has since been absolved of
all charges made by the Abacha administration.

OVIATION INTERNATIONAL

Dele Momodu started Ovation International in 1996 while still
in exile. After the death of MKO Abiola in prison and
subsequently, the death of his persecutor, Sani Abacha , Dele ended his exile. Since then, Dele has expanded Ovation
International, and it is now one of Africa's most popular
celebrity magazines. Ovation International is also reputed
for being the only bi-lingual magazine in Africa, having
editions printed in both English and French.

Ovation Red Carol

Dele Momodu has held an annual event every year since
2008 (except in 2010, due to the impending presidential
elections), known as the Ovation Red Carol (later changed to
Ovation Carol and Awards). The Red Carol is held every
December, and has become one of West Africa's most
popular annual Christmas events, often involving musical
performances, drama, fashion shows and award
presentations for varying charitable causes. From
2008-2012 it was held in Lagos, Nigeria, but was held in
Accra, Ghana in December 2013. In 2013, former president

performers, including M.I , Ice Prince and Burna Boy from
Nigeria.

Chief Martin Onovo and Atei Beredugo. Dele Momodu polled
169 votes to clinch the presidential ticket, whilst Onovo and
Beredugo polled 8 and 14 votes respectively.

Abiodun Momodu. They have four children known as
Pekan [] (1994), Yole (1996), Eniafe (1997) and Korewa

Allah ya rufa mana asiri
PoliticsResponse To Femi Fani-kayode’s Diatribe Against President Buhari By Fashakin by mohince(op):
Dear Mr Femi Fani-Kayode,
Like any other Nigerian, I read the impetuous and ill-thought
out diatribe, from you, against President Muhammadu
Buhari. I am writing as a concerned Nigerian; the
presidential spokesmen are at liberty to respond to you in a
manner they consider fitting and prosper.
When I read yours, my first reaction was like – oh, our
brother has gone mad again! Of course, it is a veiled
reference to the vestigial deleterious effect of prolonged and
unrestrained dealing in harmful drugs. The manner of your
summersaults – occasioned by the incoherence and
irascibility manifested in yours to the President - is clear
attestation to the permanence of the scar of previous
contacts with drugs, irrespective of various rehabilitative
interventions.
Before I respond to yours seriatim, it is necessary for me to
point out the perfidy in your belief that Nigerians have not
read your book and fully understood your well-rehearsed
approach to getting Presidential attention. In the early days
of the Obasanjo administration, you attacked the former
president with unfeigned savagery. Afterwards, you were
invited to serve as the former President’s attack dog – an
endeavor you undertook beyond expectation. Even the
Federal Law makers, in the performance of their
constitutional duties, were not spared from your vituperative
discontent. In that dispensation, any citizen that showed
courage in demurring with the politics or policy of your
principal, risked coming under the hammer of your caustic
tongue! For as long as former President Good-luck
Jonathan did not bring you into his government, you dished
out unceasing excoriation of his person. The moniker-
clueless President- was attributed to you. Shortly after you
were engrafted into his propaganda team, he became the
idol that all Nigerians should worship. It is therefore for this
reason that I see beyond your latest tantrums as merely
succumbing to relapsing effect of drug. You are indeed
plotting another scheme at ingratiating yourself into the
Buhari administration. Unfortunately for you, this current
President is too focused to be fazed by your excoriation or
applause You said: “your penchant for blaming your failings in this regard on the previous administration is simply nauseating and it does not serve you well.”
The fact of history which, neither you nor any of your co-
travellers in the business of historical revisionism can
controvert, is that Jonathan’s locust years have laid the
foundation for the current famine pervading the Nigerian
nation. You need to come clean on how much the Jonathan
administration gave you for the five months of verbal
assaults unleashed on the real and imaginary adversaries of
former President Jonathan! Furthermore, I do not want to
believe you have suddenly added selective amnesia into the
mix of the afflictions already ravaging your being. Was it
not Air Chief Marshall Alex Badeh, former President
Jonathan’s appointee as Chief of Defense Staff, who said
shortly after retirement that the last time there was any
procurement of military hardware was during former
President Obasanjo’s regime? Is that not corroborated by
the supporting evidence of the office of National security
Adviser turning into cashier for funneling money set aside
for security purposes into the private pockets of PDP
zealots like yourself?
You said:
“when the British Minister of Defense visited you in the
Presidential Villa the other day the story changed. You did a U-turn and gleefully told him and the wider world that President Jonathan bought arms with raw cash.”
Given your admirable top British University education, you
are expected to show modicum of intelligence in your
response; the ease with which you recede into fatuousness
for selfish-centered reasons really rankles! So, you are now
unable to discern the use of sarcasm anymore? Which other
country, in our contemporary world, ever did arms’
procurement with raw cash in ‘Ghana- must- go bags’ as
Jonathan government? Is it not clear that the $9.3million
and the private jet used for the transportation are both
products of chicanery and dishonor?
You said:
“Despite the challenges and constraints President Jonathan
faced, instead of losing any more ground, he rose to the
occasion and retook no less than 22 local government areas
and virtually pushed Boko Haram out of Nigeria.”
Mr Femi Fani-Kayode, would you, for the purpose of clarity,
itemize the 22 local governments that Jonathan’s rag-tag
military rescued retook? Of course, Nigerians know that,
yours is merely mendacious spewing! You do not wish to be
taken seriously, do you?
You said:
“Instead of fighting Boko Haram, you are fighting and killing
your own people. Worse still you have refused to defend our
country. I say this because a few days ago the Cameroonian
military invaded our country, violated our territorial integrity and
savagely murdered over 70 innocent Nigerians in their village
before burning it down.”
The Lake Chad multinational force comprising – Nigeria,
Cameroon, Chad, Niger – was set up to foster cooperation
among these frontline countries bearing the brunt of Boko
Haram insurgency. It was part of the rules of engagement
for trans-border cooperation. In other words, the pursuit of
insurgents by any country can continue into the territory of
another country in the coalition. You have merely played
into the gallery with this one. Of course, Nigerians can truly
discern that, for a long time since independence, Nigeria
has just been blessed with a truly patriotic leader in
President Muhammadu Buhari.
It is easily discernible that you are going down in cash to
sustain your obviously ostentatious lifestyle. Let me remind
you that the days of reckoning are around the corner. It was
William Shakespeare who said: “The evil that men do live
after them.” I think your past misdeeds shall continue to
haunt you. What did you do to your older sibling, Atkins
Fani-Kayode? How did you treat your wife’s worker, Musa
Leshi, who almost went to jail for the environmental
transgression committed by your Ghanaian-born wife- Mrs
Regina Fani-kayode (nee Amoo) – and her company- MENU
INTERNATIONAL BAR/RESTAURANT situated at No 7
Randle Road Apapa, Lagos? See the bail bond document
below and ask yourself how it was perfected!
Let it be known to you that the gimmickry of your letter is
not lost on any one. The fact of the matter is that the Buhari
administration cannot have a character like you as an aide,
no matter how hard you try.
Perhaps, you may also have tried this attack mode as a way
of stymieing any future probe of the improper slice of the
national patrimony given to you by the Jonathan
government. This, too, has failed! This President,
Muhammadu Buhari, is a stickler for process, order and the
rule of law. Should there be need for you to answer
questions on your show of impunity in the past, please be
sure that there shall be no hesitation in doing so.
I wish you a happy new year ahead.
Rotimi Fashakin.

In buhari we trust
PoliticsNigeria’s Impatience Mentality and blame game - Mohnice by mohince(op): 12:48pm On Dec 22, 2015
blame game is not only among the elites and ruling class, but extended to the lower class of the populace to the extent of forgetting where they are coming from, what brought them to the stage not to talk of what they are looking for.
Investigation revealed that Nigerians want a miracle at all
cost, wanting to see A SIX YEARS OLD BABY OVERCOME A
16 YEARS CALAMITY.
They seem to forget that 16 years of catastrophe under a
particular people who has no human feelings nor national
interests but only THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS which is
still manifesting among their remnants in the corridor of
power by providing a systemic protection of the inhuman
agenda by going left when the train is going right.
Thus, IT TAKES A SECOND TO DESTROY but IT TAKES
MORE THAN 100 DAYS TO PERFECT. Hence, BUHARI can
provide the platform by MENDING and REMOVING the
progressive blockages to allow free flow of LAW AND ORDER where Nigerians can shine their eyes to crystally see
and grasped what is theirs.
However, to achieve this! MULTIPLE DECREES OF
PATIENCE is required from all the Nigerian masses. And
never mind those FRUSTRATED LOOTERS and their allies
who are calling for ANARCHY and never wanting peace
because they already loss in action.
To God be the Glory and in Him we depend for our daily
needs and hope for future prosperity.
Alhamdulillah and Thanks.
