The corruption going on in this supposed anti -corruption government is so so huge, Jonathan's government will be saintly wen juxtaposed with Buhari's by the time he leaves power and a probe is instituted by a new government.Everything is done in secrecy from budget implementation and revenue generation to looting... So much for a very few set of people to loot unlike Jonathan's time wen a lot of people had a taste of d pie. Very Senior members of his party ve cornered the N. N. P. C to themselves which is the cash cow for any government and also the forex deals involving the C. B.N which also was fingered in the employment fiasco involving children of the elites. Everything is shrouded in secrecy bt truth shall always prevail no matter how devious falsehood is..... From clearing of grasses in the camp of IDPs with a ridiculous amount and MTN bribe saga to Kola Aluko of Sahara Energy mess...None of these cases I mentioned has been revisited despite overwhelming evidences that senior allies of our anti corruption crusader took bribes. And these re just the few ones we know of, so how much more those bad deals that re hidden that only a new government can unearth..... |
Gunnaz007:What an incisive and expository post, though I am not for all all u ve written, u were still on point in most of ur depositions..... |
wman:Bt Putin is no noise maker, if it's true that the Russians actually manipulated the American elections then it means Putin is da boss and Americans re only good at making noise and bullying weaker countries. Y didn't Obomber act like a man all these while instead of waiting till the eleventh hour, he is all of a sudden tryna be a cow in a China ware shop or a mad man holding a lighter in a Gas Station. He had all the time in the world bt decided to pussyfoot.Karma is indeed a biatch... |
This Tambuwal heart and soul re still in the P. D. P while his body or carcass is in the A. P. C, he is trying to build bridges across political divides because I can't seem to fathom the new-found romance between him nd Wike who on the other hand is trying to get some notable northerners on his side so that wen poo finally hits the fan in his squabbles with the A. P. C he would ve people to intercede for him. |
Babatundecash:Yeah constitutionally, and I am glad u said so, bt in reality u nd I know that the V. P is more or less like a spare tyre and he is a nobody if the president is not magnanimous in his dealings with him bt on the other hand the Senate president and Speaker re an important part of governance, they can make or break a sitting president if they decide to, there re clear cut boundaries in their dealings with the each other and if a president wants quick passages of bills then he has to do give and take with these two. The Secretary of Government and Chief of staff,Aso Rock re even more relevant politically than the V. P... |
U guys should take a look at the exposed part of the carrier's biceps, wat is that thing worn like a band doing there? |
Nigeria is a country where well known theorems stand on their heads, how can an arid region be more populated than water bounded areas? How can Kano be more populated than Lagos? In population projections of the world,Lagos is always mentioned when u hardly hear of Kano state. It's this same injustice that is used in distributing resources, imagine Kano and Lagos were created at about the same time bt now between that Kano and Jigawa which was carved from it, they ve about 71 L. G. As where as Lagos still has its old L. G A of 20 which was the main reason y Jagaban created L. C. D. As in his time as governor and which the North kicked against using their stooge O. B. J.. Nigeria is injustice personified... |
bettercreature:Hw? The U. S re sounding like a cry cry baby, if Russia has the might and expertise to meddle and influence the almighty U. S's election then it says a lot abt America's supposed might. I never believed this story the first time it came out bt with the heat and rhetorics so far, I will ve to believe that Russia is even more ne powerful than we thought. I hope they know it feels now wen u go against the wish of majority of citizens of a country to install a less popular candidate.Brazil readily comes to mind... |
Ur reason for the defeat of Boko Haram is plausible, I believe most things don't just happen coincidentally. Y nd how re they able to defeat Boko Haram swiftly. They ve always made us believe that Sambisa was impenetrable and so big to the extent that it couldn't be covered so easily bt suddenly in a twist of tale, Sambisa is overrun with no pockets of resistance from an otherwise seemingly strong foe. Well nothing can be hidden forever as the truth or semblance of it will surely come up some day.... |
muller101:Hahaha, u re one crazy dude. U turned well meaning Acronyms into crazy and shitty ones... |
AfroMighty:He's been an Awolowo wannabe for quite sometime,he later had the opportunity BT he couldn't live up to Wat was expected of any Awo disciple, the shoes were just too large for Jagaban to fit in ,the only tangible thing he did was installing capable hands and his downside was excessively looting the state treasury thru fronts and cronies ...... |
Some educated peeps re worse than someone who never saw the four walls of the university,Wat does he need all these cars for? and they re even of the same make..How many can he ride in @ the same time? This is not just sheer greed BT stupidity... |
cstr17:U re very funny,so u think if Russia can't wipe out the u.s.a in 45 mins then is it the u.s that will be able to do same? The truth is that both countries ve mutual respect and fear for each other and I can guess u ve not heard of the word; M.A.D.Russia is not a third world country that the U.S can just overrun just like that, even with a combination of N.A.T.O countries ,it's still gonna be a herculean task...So get ur facts right and don't be delusional by posting gibberish comments... |
ufojude:Dude u re one hell of a clown, see the appellation wey u dash all these criminals... Funny u! |
Bitterleafsoup:He is second from the right in first pic... |
Afam4eva:That is Ndidi Elumelu, a former member of the federal house of representatives who was involved in the power probe expenditures Obasanjo made during his administration. He is actually a younger brother to the more popular Tony Elumelu who was a former boss @ the U. B. A. He is second from the right in first pic. I hope this piece of information satisfies ur curiosity....... |
Y is it that the black man esp Nigerians don't eva learn? We keep doing things in the same manner while expecting different results, how is that possible? This was the same thing some persons said wen Abacha was in charge, some even went as far as saying :"I can die for Abacha "---late Gen. Adisa of blessed memory and wen the death came with his inclusion in the coup of 1997,he began to sing a different tune . Now we re yet @ it again, same familiar path, Buhari is yet to even get to half of his first tenure and people re already clamoring for a second term for him, hmmm na waoo, our sycophancy and bootlicking stink to high heavens..... May God save us, maybe we re still thinking God would come down and fix things for us, if we don't then it means we re not gonna be and we re on a long thing.... |
Originally used to describe attacks where Japanese pilots would fly bombs or explosives Laden jet fighters into enemies' planes or ships to inflict maximum damage.... |
Bunch of nitwits and never do wells, always in black mourning all days of their lives. If they re not reeking of alcohol, then it would be hemp, cigarettes or tobacco. No wonder they ve an aura of sorrow, dejection and suffering all around them, no matter the amount of money given to them, they still look sick and hungry..... Armed robbers! To see and understand wat I mean, just take an observation of a policeman's rank with other forces' corresponding ranks then u will understand, that of other forces always look sharp, neat and well taken care of bt not so with the men in black.... |
Bushmeat catch hunter.. on a serious note, these guys' excesses re becoming too much. Imagine a situation where thunderstorm destroyed our poles and we we were made to pay 3 thousand nairakand per head so that we could buy the new poles which were six, the officials then pointed to a particular shop to buy from because I believed they would get their cut by doing that. As they installing, one of the poles broke into pieces and we still had to replace again making a total of seven, after all said and done light was finally restored. Despite the fact we were without light for abt 3 weeks ,only for them to come at the end of the month for disconnection just a few days after connecting us back. One suspicious thing the officials did was that they instructed us not to tell anybody that we contributed money.. They re as worse as the police and if not even more, this is one area the D. S. S need to bust asap...... |
sapele914:yeah, bt the state governors like behaving like lords of the manor, some even go as far as removing some chairmen just because they re on a different side of the political divide from the governor.... |
Local government autonomy is long overdue, the state governors hijacked it so that they could steal and also dispense favours from the joint accounts, wat they won't take from the federal government, they force down the throats of the local government chairmen. .. |
DidiLove1:Oga I did perfectly well. |
drehdinho:Y wasting ur time arguing with people who think they re wiseacres and re not ready to learn, though I am not a lawyer bt I know about this case to the extent of this lady not getting any justice.... |
[quote author=braine post=52192870]The bottle might have been already opened and closed without denting the cork before she bought it. This is obviously not an error from the company.[/quote And to all those thinking she has a case, hmm she doesn't ve any case as far Nigeria is concerned. Her chances of getting justice is close to zilch.... The reason is that she must be able to prove that she had consumed the defective product already and any ailment/s she has should be from the product.. Also Coca Cola would say there re lots of corking machines out there, so it could be possible that she bought a perfect bottle of coke, took it home, and corked it after placing the tablet inside. I know all these because I happened to be aware of a very similar case involving the same Coca Cola and that case even involved a more lethal object which was a battery found in a corked coke. Our consumer protection council are not doing their work and Coca Cola would only throw some wads of naira notes at them then the case would be as good as dead. .Elsewhere the bottling company won't even allow this case come to public domain. |
Pamela9os:I think u will be the next person to be extradited to London to serve for daring to steal from average Nigerians if and only if u don't desist from this ur fraudulent act of promising cheap data.U kep spamming most threads with this ur bogus offer, don't worry ur cup will soon get filled to the brim and ur sins will then surely find u out, thief like u.... |
Niger Deltans re wiser now, who set the standards to be used in judging hausas and yorubas on one hand, and Niger Deltans and Ibos on the other hand ? .It was in this same country someone once defended Abacha that he didn't steal a dime from the treasury and likewise the yorubas who worship their Jagaban and deify him but cast aspersions on others from other regions. So the Niger Deltans will begin to also take a clue from the yorubas and Hausas henceforth by worshipping their sons and daughters likewise as political juggernauts. U can only ignore Ibori at ur own peril, Hon. Ochei now knows better not to make disparaging statements about a "godfather",a crime that put paid to his ambition of becoming governor of Delta state. It was also from jail that Ibori decided who was to become the governor of his state despite the sitting governor then having his protege that he wanted to install but Ibori's political associates would ve none of that and they set in motion the means to thwart the governor's ambition. And they succeed bt bearing in mind that they had the blessing of Ibori and who I believe instructed them on what to do. Also it was from jail that he was instrumental to the emergence of Saraki and Dogara's emergence as Senate president and speaker respectively as his political structures re still intact and he decides who gets what and how.. Obasanjo alone spent a colossus amount of money to give us darkness by today he is still walking free, Danjuma et al re feeding large on wealths from the Niger Delta and also deified as statesmen then how much more a son of the soil.Ibori had his shortcomings as all humans so and he has also tasted his comeuppance which ought to be a lesson to him and which will also make him to be, sober and serve his people more dedicatedly...... Corruption in any form is bad, so the fight against it ought to be total and holistic while also applying the rule of, "wat is good for the goose is also good for the gander "It is only then we will all know that we as a country re ready to take corruption head-on, and anything short of this by scapegoating some people possibly because of their tribes while at the same time crowning others who re also guilty of the same crime heroes just because they re from a particular part of the country who can do no wrong..... |

aademola11:Which Tinubu for which Nigeria? It may interest u to know that even Ibori has more say in Abuja politics than ur Jagaban. Ur Jagaban that has been pummelled into oblivion and is busing licking his wounds and re-strategising... |
onatisi:U can say that again, also Ibori is also strong pallies with Amaechi and Sylva ,so he has his back covered. All he needs to do is strike a deal with the powers that be not to rock the boat and his little sins would be overlooked. |
Sibrah:Some of those appointed ve full dossiers of cases implicating them and being the c in C he has all the Secret Service agencies that can let him on all these at his beck and call. So u re not making any sense trying to defend the indefensible . |
