Neither would I. It's been a minute though.
It's good to see you're still alive.

On the second hand, I think I'm fine with 3 - 0. 1-0 is not fine enough for me. . . they better buckle up.
PoliticsRe: Can A Nigeria Police Refuse Bribe? by Moonstone(f): 1:44pm On Feb 18, 2009
LOL - This is like asking a hungry man if he would eat if he saw a source of food. Nigerian Policemen, most of them, are easily bribed because of the conditions they face in Nigeria. I don't blame them because when you have 5 kids to feed and you're living on a mediocre salary, bribery does not begin to look like a crime again. If they were paid half as much as other police, they would not have to receive bribes. I blame the government for the bribes jare!
SportsRe: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by Moonstone(f): 1:40pm On Feb 18, 2009
All these New Orleanian teams will be the death of me. When they traded Chandler yesterday, it took all of my restraint not to go and slap the idiots. Now New Orleans Saints are trading Deuce McAlister - a key player. . . I tire. Why don't these goats consult us before making such rubbish decisions? I might as well be supporting 2 sinking ships.

I watched this vid last week. I am not disappointed at all. All I'm doing is praying for the release of Gbono fele. I can't wait to see that and then maybe fall in love. I love this video in the beginning. Last time I saw a Walkman was in the 90s.

Don Jazzy and his crew are doing very well.

Roy Hodgson has built a a formidable team at Craven Cottage
So its not gonna be a tea party. I want us to win but more importantly not to concede
So a One nil victory won't really be a bad result. Fergie also has to work on his team bearing in mind
Saturday and next weeks UCL game. So all in all, lets see the team set up then. . . . .
I know. That's why I said in my mind it's 4 - 0. You don't know the amount of fasting involved in that prediction. I just really want us to win and I agree- not concede but more importantly we need to run with goal difference. It's almost the end and I don't like the way Liverpool and A.Villa are so conveniently located very close to us. Anything can happen especially since we have so much to play in such a little time. We're facing Intermilan soon and all I can hope for is no serious injuries. I know we're not as injury-prone as those losers (arses) but we need to run with this lead before that  week.
FamilyRe: Meet Nigeria's Miss Virginity by Moonstone(f): 1:17pm On Feb 18, 2009
Chei! Are you kidding me? What are the criteria for this pageant? This is not a good title to carry cos most of us don't grow up thinking 'I want to be Miss Virginity'. That said. . . did they say Miss Virginity has to look so local? I don't trust that doctor sef, I am sure some of them bribed their ways through.

I believe Virginity is a state of mind so all this is complete rubbish.

Not all virgins are good. I know for a fact that my friend is such a b***h and the virgin thing has not gotten her a husband at 27 even though she's seriously looking. It's all good though cos there is no man in sight yet. It's actually kinda laughable. cheesy

Predict tonite's score?
In my own mind o - 4 - 0 but I know Fulham won't go down that easy so maybe 2-0 or something. I just really want us to win and build up our GD.

Welcome Sarah. . . Abrahym, I'm going to have steal that pic. I absolutely love it.  cheesy

mcgrady's career is done. out for the season (possible microfracture surgery)
Shattap! Stole him from what yeye bulls? Y'all have Derrick Rose, console yourselves with that. cheesy cheesy Not like you're still in the top 8 though. Leave me to mourn my Chandler, thank you. You're sounding like a bitter ex jare! cheesy cheesy

I feel bad for T-Mac. That dude is old but maybe Rockets slide down below NOH. That would make me happy.
SportsRe: Nba Season '08/09 by Moonstone(f): 5:50am On Feb 18, 2009
Jesoul, are you minding them? I called my friend today and was "crying" over that stupid trade hysterically. They are not even starters oooo! Backups for Jeff Green. Both of them. Chandler is the main core of our defense and these stupid people have rendered us completely useless. Can you imagine?

I am just tired. angry angry angry angry angry
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: NL All-Stars Team – Arsenal v Chelsea v Man Utd ~ Sign In And Rep Your Club by Moonstone(f): 5:45am On Feb 18, 2009
LOL! Chamotex, you are not serious. Strength in Depth? I absolutely love NL but I've been MIA for too long. I'll be back in motion when my NBA spirits are calmed. Manchester United is doing well so I can leave them on auto-drive. However, my sweet Hornets need their fan so much right now.

I love the team lists though. Very hilarious.
SportsRe: Nba Season '08/09 by Moonstone(f): 5:46am On Feb 16, 2009
I love my CP3. He made his girl proud today. I thought the West got the short end of the stupid stick when fans voted especially with that good-for-nothing Yao Ming and he was soooooooooo useless in the game today.

Apart from that I love that the West defeated the East in a splendid way. I love my conference and my Hornets even better. cheesy cheesy

@ Bawo, don't get too happy. I like Rose's talent but I think he will soon be snatched up. And as Chiogo rightly pointed out, he is not facially fine. He could grow some facial hair or at least get a lil' tan on.

Jabbawockeez were awesome and so was Shaq. I absolutely loved that.

Shaq was splendid on that court today and so was Stoudemire. Amare is working very well to show off what he has to offer other clubs.
SportsRe: Nba Season '08/09 by Moonstone(f): 3:13am On Feb 15, 2009
Wow - I have to admit that Rose is actually good. I still believe he's not that fine sha.

I agree Durant is decomposing in that stupid club. I refuse to believe that Oklahoma Thunder actually have a good future. No record is that bad without a cause. Durant needs to move out of that club b4 they deteriorate his skills too

I can't believe that Rose came first in the skills challenge. Parker needs to realize that he's old. He can't be competing with those small boys now. Harris is good as well . . . just for Bawo's sake I hope Harris wins. cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

Oh well, I think Rose deserved to win. grin
PoliticsRe: North Would Have Regretted Nigeria's Break-up, Says Dikko by Moonstone(f): 5:24am On Feb 14, 2009
Is this rocket science or what? The North would be of little power without oil and that is concentrated in the southern part.
On second thought, after seeing some of the replies on this thread, I will hold my tongue. I don't know why Igbos are so against having one Nigeria. If those resources were concentrated elsewhere, they would be fighting tooth and nail  to keep themselves in the loop. That's what i absolutely cannot stand. I can't wait to see the book.

I absolutely love the NBA Celeb game. These guys are super hilarious. I hope the East wins. .  cheesy cheesy cheesy. I love Chris Tucker, he's hilarious.

Oh my gosh - NBA stars look soooooooooo good in everyday clothes. I'm trying hard not to drool here. Even KG looks spectacular but Dwight and Bosh have me rethinking things. LOL!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Tottenham Vs Arsenal Sunday February 8th 2:20 Pm Nigerian Time by Moonstone(f): 1:04am On Feb 09, 2009
What did I say? How can anyone think Arsenal will beat Tottenham or Tottenham will beat Arsenal? I was so sure it would be a draw. It's all good. I never thought Arsenal would have to battle for the 5th spot in my days but it seems it's gonna happen. May the better team win. cheesy

As far as I am concerned, today proved that the Western conference has the best teams. Lakers beat Cavs and then Spurs demolished Celtics all in one day? shocked shocked shocked This is a very good day for me in Basketball.

I only hope that Hornets win their game tonight. I saw 3 guys in Hornets' Jerseys today, I'm so envious but I refuse to watch my guys play when they are missing one of their hinges. I hope they can only win today and early enough that I don't become so discouraged.

No way! Amy Winehouse will kill him o! Let's try Kate Moss. She's as skinny as they come. But it seems he likes way younger or way older. I'll find Kate Moss for him if not, we can try the best person ever - Angela Bassett. He can help her get her groove back. smiley

I hate cheeseburgers. . . it's nasty. If you still eat that stuff, you better find an alternative such as pounded yam and proper food. Do me a favor, find a healthy looking girl with no bony edges who can cook for you.

A-40 has a very mixed up sense of compatibility. . . first Gabrielle Union, now Chiogo, who's next? Aretha Franklin?
I think we should hold an intervention for him.

Far from it. I'm happy to know that I'm not the only girl watching sports for the game as well as the beautiful creations of my Father in heaven. I don't know why more girls can't be as honest as you are. I love the game but I gotta say the 'various bodies' are like icing on my cake.

I'm just so happy that the Cavs are back in their rightful position. Since Bawo likes the Lakers, I'm throwing half my weight behind Cleveland Cavs and the other behind New Orleans Hornets. Whatever happens, happens. smiley smiley smiley
