Africans can be funny, we are all here celebrating the fact that oyinbo man has decided to start reporting HIS dubious propaganda news in our african languages after destroying our society and making their own foreign language the dominant language in africa while forcing our mother tongue to play second fiddle to the foreign language they forced on us. When would Africans be proud of themselves, why celebrate the criminal Europeans who robbed Africa naked and are still robbing us of our resources? Most of us here are proud that oyinbo man after centuries of debasing us has finally decided to report HIS PROPAGANDA NEWS to us in our language. Na wa o. Indeed, Common sense is not common

I often followed on with the Buhari hatred with the other hateful bigots. However I analysed some simple facts

Jonathan presided over a nation that was making unprecedented profits as oil our sole export was being sold at over $100 dollars a barrel

And jonathan’s Government was rated by independent observers as the most corrupt Nigerian government in a long time.

Buhari inherited a mess. FACT.

The previous governments failed to diversify the economy

Buhari is not an ‘A’ president. I think he is weak and very slow to act. Especially on this Fulani herdsman issue

However, I do not think he is running a corrupt government. That alone endears me to him a little bit

Blackfyre:
You are dodging my question.

There was no royalty before King Ado, not even a palace. The birth of the royalty of Lagos Island was from King Ado and since he conquered the place and name it Eko, makes all who succeed him his descendants. I also know that deceased Lagos Kings were sent to Benin to be buried and paid royalty to Benin but that stopped after sometime.

Now since its the royal families that owns the land and are the authority over the land, doesn't that mean Benin are by the conquest and Ado, owners of Lagos?
You seem knowledgeable, however are you aware that oyo empire controlled badagry? The oyo mesi administered that area. Also, the British took lagos and I do not remember the Benin monarch fighting back, it was Yorubas who resisted the British in the battle for lagos. What about the awori? They migrated from ife bro. Also oyo controlled badagry, what do you say to that?
CultureRe: Bini Are Original Owners Of Lagos, Not Yoruba – Layi Ajayi-Bembe by Moorish: 12:23pm On Nov 19, 2017
Blackfyre:
This would then mean that the royal families of Lagos island are originally of Benin ancestry from the time of King Ado?
As far as I know, the royal houses of lagos island did not suddenly change after lagos island was conquered. What I suppose happened is that the royal houses of lagos island were forced to aknowledge or pay allegiance to the kingdom of Benin after the invasion and defeat of the occupants of lagos island
CultureRe: Bini Are Original Owners Of Lagos, Not Yoruba – Layi Ajayi-Bembe by Moorish: 12:05pm On Nov 19, 2017
For the uneducated, please know these facts

The original Settlers of Lagos: Awori

How they arrived in lagos: The Awori left ife and were instructed by an ifa oracle (priest) from ife to put a plate in the ocean and follow it and settle wherever it sinks. They followed the plate till it sank in the Atlantic Ocean, they called themselves Awo Ti Ri meaning the plate has sunk, hence their name the AWORIS

Lagos is Yoruba, however the king of Benin sent an expedition to lagos island, and was able to conquer parts of the island and called it eko, meaning war camp. So yes, lagos does have a Bini influence, however the original settlers are sons of ife

Hope that clears it up

PoliticsRe: Southern Monarchs Slam Sultan: Nigerians Want Full Restructuring. by Moorish: 6:56am On Aug 23, 2017
wink2015:
Unfortunately the OVER DOMINEERING Hausa/Fulani and their hegemonic crave for powers not minding their inability to govern the country progressively still see RESTRUCTURING as a means to punish the northerners.

RESTRUCTURING is not a ploy by the south to punish the north but a necessity that is long overdue to address the age long imbalances in the country coupled with the fast dwindling resources especially crude oil money. In less than 10 years to 15 years if the different geopolitical zone do not come out with a revenue generating products the country will be seriously endangered as presently crude oil is fast taking the back stage and if we do not look for other ways to pull out our economic strength in our various zones then we will all sink together. Hence, the clamour for restructuring.

Go to Gbaramatu Kingdom in Delta state, Warri town, port harcourt, rivers state, Oloibiri town, Bayelsa state, Akwa Ibom state, oil producing Ondo state etc. it is all poverty and neglect. Edo state with their little oil have to share their crude oil money to the northern states and have less to develop Edo state. Lagos state that is contributing to Vat have to share their allocation meant for their own development to the northern states were Kano states get more federal allocation than the whole of the eastern states even though Kano is not contributing to the federation account.
Bayelsa state that has 8 local government contributes it oil money to take care of Kano states that has about 42 local government which the Late General Sani Abacha created for Kano state.

Yet the north will continued to stick to their old slogan "NIGERIA IS NOT NEGOTIABLE" NIGERIA IS INDIVISIBLE and all that BLA BLA!

The 2014 National Conference Report should be immediately opened and signed by the Executive and passed to National House of Assembly ( senate and House of Representative) for full approval and immediate implementation.

There should be no time to waste as the country is at the verge of disintegration. It is either we work together to keep this nation called Nigeria or we continue to fight one another and reap the consequences of our actions.

The north should not be afraid of RESTRUCTURING!

The north are refusing to approve restructuring because they feel it is not to their advantage but I think they are absolutely wrong.

RESTRUCTURING WILL NOT KILL YOU NORTHERNERS WITH ALL YOUR ECONOMIC STRENGTH IN AGRICULTURE INCLUDING A BIG LANDMASS THAT YOU CAN USE TO GROW FOOD FOR DOMESTIC CONSUMPTION AND EXPORT.
Very good points brother

Restructuring is not the solution, its just a new political jingo or term used by politicians to deceive the masses.how can someone like Atiku support restructuring and you think its for a selfless cause? All this people shouting restructuring are those that brought Nigeria to its sorry state, failed leaders.even if we restructure,it is still this same set of politicians that would rule us.restructiring calls for transfer of corruption base from abuja to states, make these dictatorial governors more powerful.i suggest that we instead transfer and make local governments more autonomous and stronger.duties like electricity, natural resources, prison, railways, some mineral resources, federal roads, ports should be shared by all tiers of governments.
Again, salaries of political office holders must be placed on the minimum wage.the president and governors should not earn more than 400,000 a month witjhno extra allowance, nasd members, state legislators, commisioners, chairmen should not earn more than 200,000 monthly.their convoy should not have more than 10 vehicles with no siren, they should not have more than 5 aides,no pension, there should be electronic voting.this would naturally discourage corrupt people from emerging and allow selfless leaders to emerge.governors and president must not approve more than 100million without the approval of a national body made up of poor masses.commissioners, aides, ministers must be chosen from among the masses, those that earn less than 50,000 monthly.
Lastly,in order to solve the niger delta quagmire, the 13percent derivation or at least half of it should be given to the oil producing communities directl tp develop their communities and no more to the governors.the communities can spend it how the like afterall it is their money.i think with this nigeria would be better.this restructuring na political gimmick.
Wow brother, you made some very good points oh !

I would relate to u an instance while revolution can never happen when u ve a docile populace divided along ethnic and religious lines. U could see that when Charly boy led "resume or resign protest, it was disrupted by persons from a section of the country. When a political officer holder steals, he gets support from people from the same part of the country rising tonhis defence.
Also, just like where I worked before, we had a very bad and exploitative management and all d workers agreed to lay our complaints. We were to gather for a meeting and at d end of it agreement was reached that all junior staff wud be present on d D-Day. Could u imagine , d ones that often complains d most backed off, a few others were walking behind and never wanted their faces to be identified before d management as being in against d mgt. That is how d masses are, we all are not prepared to make d move to face those bastards in power. Remember 2Face backed out of a protest he agreed to take part if not lead. And do u know what, the political elite knows that nothing wud ever happen that is y they keep doing what they do even worse. At best, just a weak protest and that is all. When u talk of protests we talk of a shut down of d whole nation.
It seems like you have lost all hope bro.. we must believe we can change things

I don't disagree with you.

But like i said earlier every time the ND talks about oil, they don't mean it as a resource to be harnessed for economic and industrial growth. Rather, they talk about its commoditization.

The militants and activists fight not against pollution or industrialization, but for a bigger slice of cheese from the oily cash cow.

When GEJ settled the Asaris and Ankio Briggs and Tompolos....didn't they get stupendous wealth and the expected silence that sold out their folks?

There's dishonesty in full display here from the self-styled activists for resource control. All everyone wants is the power to blackmail the rest of the country, and the means to make tons of money for self gratification.

When we start the national discourse on truly harnessing our resources for real growth and not self enrichment, then will i partake in the conversation without a healthy dose of cynicism.
The north bring nothing to the table, but they get the largest allotment of revenues

Have you been to sapele? Ogoni? Have u seen the state of the oil producing regions?

If you're smart enough you can.

If this is your idea of industrialization then perhaps we should start with steam engines, so that we follow the whole gamut of the growth narrative.

No need reinventing the wheel, is there?

Meanwhile we're not talking harnessing fossil fuel for industrial growth; the whole discussion is monetizing crude for financing of opulent and decadent lifestyles of politicians, militants, activists and their cronies.

Else what's the 13 percent derivative done for the ND besides enriching their leaders?
Bro, fossil based energy is still cheaper and more efficient than renewables. That is why I think we should harness what we have for now

Just like the Alternating current vs direct current war between Tesla and faraday. Direct current is safer and modern but alternating current won because of price and efficiency.

I do agree we should adopt cleaner systems but we have to harness our fossil base first. Europe did it, America and Asia did it, and they reaped the benefits. Why shouldn't we ? Must we suffer?

When Nigeria was operating federating units in the old regional structure, the southerners were protesting and the igboes killed northern leaders in the first coup that eventually led to the current federal republic structure.

So if the system wasn't working back then and led to a bloody civil war, why are these withered old fools talking about going back it now?

Are we socially devolving instead of evolving?

I'm also amazed at how the uneducated niger deltans are still harping on about crude oil when the whole world is moving away from fossil fuel and towards renewable energy.

Are the Ankio Briggs and co so backward?

Are their brains fossilized as well?

I never mentioned outliers in my post, I don't know where you get that from.
I don't blame you, you are probably regurgitating what you read elsewhere.

The following might sound cryptic to you but I will state it for the benefit of
those who can comprehend it.

Plotting any trait of a given population, one usually get a bell curve.
Where the majority are concentrated in the middle. It doesn't matter
where you get your data from, the outliers are always in the minority.

Ponder on this story: A spectator spotted a limp near the stadium and told
him: "You know you are limping, you can never run as far as others can"

The next day he repeats "You are limping, get that into your head, there is no
way you can compete with others, that is the truth"

The spectator repeats a variant of this statement for the next 30 days whenever
he come across the limp.

And the cycle of hocus pocus continues.

What do you think I will say if I meet the spectator ?
"See your psychiatrist immediately!"
"You may well be redeemable!"
You made a comment attempting to demean me by asserting I might not comprehend some concept you described in your post.. meh

My fellow man, I have no issues with you. But we must accept that the black race are an undesireable all over from Japan to USA and Europe, even the Middle East.

There is something wrong. There is a solution to every problem, but when the foundation is faulty you can only do so much

I am not surprised that this post comes from the OP,
being a white supremacist have its perks and this post
is one of them.

It may be impossible to significantly reduce the pathological
inferiority complex suffered by many black men, some have
advocated education but the kind of education we have,
teaching people how to read and write, has resulted in little
to no improvement because many can read but cannot think.

He got 56 likes for his post, meaning 56 people agreed that
the black man has an innate problem and he is so stupid that
he is incapable of managing his own affairs.

If an Indian or a Chinese had authored this post, many of
those who agrees with it would have shouted "racist".
There is something wrong with the black man. You will always have outliers in the data who perform well and are successful, but most of them succeed within the white man's structure.

I can't think of one black nation that is being well run, nor can I think of a single invention attributed to the black race

The OP is absolutely correct, blacks are inferior to the races from Asia and Europe
