PoliticsRe: Video: Moment Angry Obidients Chased Lamidi Apapa Out Of The Court Room by Mordecai(m): 2:42pm On May 18, 2023
You have been throwing insults about, because clearly you've been triggered. By the mere mention of Obi's name? By the truth? By what exactly?

Your demi-god assembled a warchest over a period of 22 years, placed members of his mafia in positions of authority, including a President and his VP, Governors of about 20 States, Senate President and Speakers etc. Only for a PO from Anambra State to join a relatively unknown party LP barely a year to the elections, and knock him around like a child in a campaign that kept Nigerians thrilled and hopeful for the future, topping it off by giving the old man a sound beating even in his own home. A very sound beating.

Your demi-god had to resort to rigging in many states to get between 25%-29%. He couldn't rig FCT obviously. All the international observers are quartered there. And he needs to make a show of legitimacy...

Ever since PO gave your demi-god a beating in the campaigns, locally and internationally, gave him an even bigger one in the elections, and is set to give him another in the courts, you have all been behaving irrationally. So get a cup of water, drink, and accept the realities. You're just in the second stage of grief. We'll wait for you to come around. We'll need you when we begin rebuilding Nigeria, maybe as a scapegoat. You decide.

Sonyboom:
Look at this idiot an amount that the IGP instructed the whole Lagos state commissioner of police Marvel Akpoyibo to escort Obi Pandora thieving criminal to the bank and ensure it was lodged.

You are definitely doomed, if the curse be on me leave me to it as I have left you shameless soul to be lying to yourself n other ipob clowns that clearly know that Obi Pandora is a die hard criminal that was caught red handed looting ₦250 million monthly for 8 solid years before he was caught yet you think you can sell him as a saint to mumu cos it was obvious that lie wasn't selling to Nigeria no wonder the bastard declared a free n fair election a religious war.
PoliticsRe: Video: Moment Angry Obidients Chased Lamidi Apapa Out Of The Court Room by Mordecai(m): 6:22am On May 18, 2023
First and foremost, you have to admit to yourself that N250m cannot fit into three suitcases. So the amount of money in those suitcases was clearly blown out of proportion.

Your favorite newspaper house The Nation reached out to the Governor and his aide made it clear that the amount of money involved was less than a tenth of the amount being bandied around. If you cared about the truth, you'd have seen that report too, and that is more in line with what is realistically probable or possible.

What we have here is clearly a case of imaginations running riot, as all the accounts by different persons quote different amounts.

I am responding to you because you placed a curse on yourself and your generations. Obviously, you couldn't lay a curse on me even if I'm seated by your side. Most probably even, I might be old enough to be your father, or maybe not. So think rationally and hard, and count your teeth with your tongue. Don't go and die for the one caught on camera with bullion vans...

Always apply reason.

Sonyboom:
It is clear you head is completely damaged.
Did Obi Pandora denied he was caught looting ₦250 million monthly from Anambra ?

The police commissioner Marvel Akpoyibo that called the IG to report the case is brain dead like you ?

The vanguard newspaper journalist n editor that carried the paper on their paper are also brain dead like you ba ?

Do you have any idea how long the bastard Pandora criminal Peter Obi was being monitored before he was caught red handed with the money in his warehouse in Orile ?

You have to be mad to discredit a report Obi Pandora dare not deny himself

I bet you have no idea what a devil 😈 is. A daredevil criminal Obi Pandora that was caught red handed with a named commissioner of police in the person of Marvel Akpoyibo who is not even dead n your miserable soul is denying on behalf of the criminal ?!

If Peter Obi governor's convey was ever caught looting ₦250 from Anambra to Peter Obi warehouse in Orile in Lagos state as reported by Vanguard newspaper which he never denied but instead tried sweet talking the IGP Mike Okiro to leave the convoy with IGP insisting the money must be return back to the state account with the police escorting the convoy to the bank where the money was officially lodge into Anambra account may it never be beta for you n your entire household from this generation to your 7th generation but if the report is false this curse should befall me.

Misspelling people's names, especially people whose names are heard of often tells a lot about the writer.
Don't be that writer. Do the needful.

But most importantly, in your assertions, separate politics from good governance. Eg. Tinubu is excellent at politics, but terrible at good governance....

Some dead brain fools idiots n bastard will not see anything derogatory in such glaringly vivid bigotry but let Yorubas call Obi Pandora who was caught looting state fund into his daughters Gabrielle Pandora account and see the same foolish set of oloriburuku humans will be wailing like lunatic over the obvious truth

NL will not see this one to ban but type Pandora Obi n it will be changing it to Peter Obi. I doubt if seun fit get sense till Jesus return.
@SonyBoom, please tell me, how can N250m cash fit into three suitcases?

sad

The people do not need to be enlightened. They are the ones on the frontline, not the VP. Infact, he needs to be enlightened on the actual realities on ground.

Prior to that 7 years, it was easier setting up a business. The only gains made today is that CAC certificates can be gotten online.

In its place, the additional hurdles placed before new businesses are quadruple. Try it yourself. Register a business, get a license for it from the relevant regulatory authority, open an account for it. Then come back and tell us your experience.

Even banks are scared of opening accounts for new businesses now because of the multiple needless regulations.

Well, I believe it depends on the training the officers get. And their outlook on life. Which is shaped by society too.

When the guardian of the law survives by getting handouts from lawbreakers, they can snap too. They're human.

We need to get our leadership right, first and foremost.

Then our law enforcement will have to be reoriented to place priority on "keeping citizens safe and secure" over "chasing after criminals".

Was it last week a lady was cursed on Twitter for not sharing 35million naira with her spouse, which was given to her by her Father. Now today, Hakimi is celebrated for putting all is fortune in his mother's name.

Truth be said, I honestly don't know what men want now? If you want to marry, good but also remember the lady left her family to build a home with you. If you must marry, be ready to give your ALL to your wife, since you trusted her enough to tie the knot with her. For it is written, once married you become one.

When old age comes, some of you men will carry your burdens and place it on one small woman to carry for you. Then you start to wonder, why children love there mothers more.

Anyone who applauds what Hakimi did, does not deserve any respect, just bunch of weaklings.
She gave her ALL for just three years. Now she's leaving.
His mother gave her all for ALL of his life. She's never leaving him. Who deserves more?

2. I think the average Nigeria is terribly misinformed when it comes to the law and marriage. Mass education is definitely in these major areas. undecided
1. You once argued on another thread (some issue in Ghana, if I'm not mistaken) to the effect that verbal agreements are enforceable in court. I guess we don't have to revisit that, unless you have no principles and change stance on subjective whims.

2. Nigerians are well informed about marriage, especially as it relates to their culture. It's the bigots that believe Western culture is superior that need education.

Granted, she contributed to his earnings in the three years they were married.

His mother contributed prior to the marriage, and even during the marriage. Just like he presumably owes his wife, he owes his mother too. And he was making those payments religiously.

Just like a man that divorces and remarries. His wife cannot accuse him of marital fraud if he was allocating 80% of his earnings to his ex-wife, as long as he was contributing reasonably to his home.

Drop this issue. Any judgement that convicts him of marital fraud is not justice. It's intimidation and oppression.

The op posted about a woman and a man in a polyamorous relationship. The woman made it very clear that "We've always been an equal-partner relationship. Everything is 50/50. What I can do, he can do, so as I date, Dustin dates as well...", so where and how does your question about women's right to power in a relationship arise from, to the exclusion of men's?

So when does a discussion about a polyamorous relationship involving one woman and two men become a discussion about just the woman's right to power in their relationship? Is the woman in the relationship alone?

Before now, I was not sure about 25%, but after yesterday it became clear to me that it is much easier for Obi to get 25% in Adamawa than for him to do that in SW apart from Lagos..

If he can win Numan Federation that has up to 4LGAs then he can..
Numan federation would traditionally vote Obi, but they're conflicted currently, because Atiku is one of them.

Walahi, Obi is a master strategist, Obi is going for the victory in Adamawa state...

This is the first time in history that a top presidential candidate visited Numan and Mubi..
The APC senator representing Adamawa north is Obidient, he is the candidate of APC in the said area..
Babchir Lawal on his own part is doing a great work, Tinibu supporters insulted him that he has no political value.. He will prove them wrong by delivering more than 35% of votes in up to 7LGAs (Song, Gombi, Hong, Mubi South, Mubi North, Michika, and Madagali) across the bridge.. The only LGAa across the bridge that Obi will perform poor is Gieri and Maiha..

Going south of Adamawa from the bridge.. Obi will get 25% in Yola North, Mayo, Ganye, Jada, Tongo, 50% in Numan, Demsa, Guyuk, and Lamurde

According to legal experts, verbal agreements — not just those that are recorded — are legally binding. undecided
Verbal agreements are binding, if they can be established ie both parties accept that there was an agreement in the first place. In this case, if the defendant pleads there was no such agreement, then it cannot be established.

She averred that she sent text messages to him as proof that there was an agreement. It would serve, if he was the one that sent it. So that is not acceptable evidence.

The man can easily turn it back on her and allege blackmail. The little she owns will then be sold off to support her legal battles and subsequent payments to him when she loses.

Beyond the legal issues involved, she still loses out. She will never bag another big fish. She will have to learn how to work hard for her money, which I doubt she could. Or end up as a short time sex worker.

The man most likely loses his job because the bank will relieve him of his job to save face. Beyond that, he can still leverage his network and the sympathy of other potential sugar daddy blackmail victims to find a new lease on life.

Don't sweat it, this is just an academic exercise.
