lhordspy:Lol. The tribalists are here in full swing. They do not know Osifo is from Edo State. Soon, all Nigeria will be IPOB. |
There is a reason why the route to power matters. Now, SSS is ignoring the C-in-C. And the PEPT is still in session. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 |
LegendHero: ![]() Stay focused, Monsieur. Don't lose your sanity yet. When we fix the country, we'll need your history teaching skills... |
![]() DaddyJapan:Happy to see that Soludo appears to be imbibing the politics without bitterness that PO is known for. While we ride or die for our belief in what PO stands for, we will support Soludo to govern Anambra State well. We know he has what it takes. Our fear is that whatever APC touches goes to dust, without fail. So Soludo should dine with that devil using a long spoon. Whatever the case, we still have our PVCs, and are watching... |
You know I used to be scared of that "real politicking". But I have learnt, from PO, that it is possible to win against all that, without even harboring ill feelings. Those politicians always play themselves out of the game like Ngige did in Anambra. Ngige that most Anambrarians would have willingly died for then... Penguin2: |
Form EC8A. The court can order a rerun in specific places if it can establish that there was significant malpractice but the direction is not clear. If that happens 😊... garfield1: |
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Mr garfield1, You might need to spend some more time among the various peoples of Nigeria. In case you do not know, all the talk about IPOB/ESN does not trigger a Northern Christian. Just the Muslims. The Christians there have had a terrible time being dominated by the Muslims that they feel a kinship to the only people in this country who feel their pain, and has stood by them, without hesitation every single time. You really are yet to understand the undercurrents below the tribal affiliations in this country. But your principal does, reason he is actually more threatened by Obi than by Atiku. Forget what he says. Look at his actions instead. Clearly, they are preparing for a rerun. You might not see that yet. But the signs are all over - the attempts to demarket PO etc. But having known Nigerians from all around the country up close like I do, they should be scared. Really scared. Also, he needs to gain just 1.5m votes. Deduct it from BAT and Atiku and post it back to PO accordingly. Remember the BVAS... garfield1: |
Now the KKK states argument is out of the way, you clearly forget something about the 4.4m votes you mentioned. They were split by 4 candidates. Granted, PO was favored less in the divvying, but that was all good and expected. Have you actually lived up north, more especially in the North East? If you did, you would know that BAT's Mu-Mu ticket did more campaign for PO than PO did himself. Simply put, the propensity of Christian voters to queue up behind a candidate is directly proportional to the support Muslims give to one of theirs. That is what played out in Taraba, Adamawa, Bauchi, Nasarawa, Gombe and Kaduna. In some places, their combined numbers can even outstrip that of the Muslims. At a point, even the APC campaign team in Taraba queued behind Kefas when the Muslims adopted the NNPP Prof enmasse. So you can imagine the good work El-rufai did when he denigrated Northern Christians 😊. All Obi had to do in the NW was let BAT and Atiku campaign based on their Muslim and Northern leanings and watch the Christians automatically gravitate towards him, while still sharing the other votes with them, no matter how little. As for the Kaduna votes, LP garnered above 35% votes there. We wait for the PEPT to show it. Akwa Ibom for instance was won by LP. It is not on the front burner for obvious reasons 😊 but it is on the table. Benue too. Taraba too. Bauchi votes from Tafawa Balewa alone is far above the 8400 allocated. Michika, Mubi and Numan votes alone, in Adamawa are not small. Talking about politics, you just have to accept that PO played a wonderful hand, a winning hand. BAT resorted to rigging plans when it became clear during the campaigns. If rigging is the politics you talk of, then we are in for a long thing because the route to power determines performance whether we like it or not. garfield1: |
garfield1:Okay, let's wait for the facts then. One of us is right. We'll let time bring us to the truth. |
I'm stating this clearly, with every fiber in me - You are not from the South South. Noone from the South South will brazenly come here to argue about Tinubu's votes being inflated. Even Keyamo has the sense not to flog that horse, and here you are boasting and throwing insults about. I am not from the South South either. But if having a home in a state for over a decade qualifies, then I daresay I am. Same as the North, and I am not talking about FCT. I am in a good position thus to tell you that in all the SS states, PO won landslide with PDP coming second. APC cannot boast of 25% except with the results they rewrote. Importantly, ditch your insults. They don't move me. Just argue your points. I am not bitter. I am pissed, yes. But not bitter. And I am not the one throwing dirty words all around. You are. I am sure you even have a long way to go to get to where I am in life. So believe in what you believe in, but be polite in expressing your views. donphilopus: |
garfield1:🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Including Rivers? Please stop goofing around, Monsieur. Every Tom, Dick and Harry knows he didn't and that he rigged his way through. |
Those days are over when facts are dismissed on the altar of "you don't know politics". Firstly, the numbers that have always come out from the KKK states have been clearly shown to be inflated. Figures from the last polls show that clearly. Secondly, the KKK votes were divvied up so much that they were no longer a core determinant. Thirdly, PO got a very huge chunk of Kaduna votes, one of the much vaunted KKK. Over 25%, I believe. Facts will become clearer as the PEPT trial commences hearing. Lastly, BAT clearly did not make the 25% in 25 states as you claim. Just wait quietly for the PEPT. All the noise about PO knowing nothing about politics is becoming stale. In less than a year, without even a councilor, he beat you, together with your Ph.D in Nigerian politics, in Lagos and Rivers, infact, over one-third of the states. Importantly, with evidence clearly showing PO won in Rivers, it is now evident that BAT did not win in any of the three most populated states - Lagos, Kano, Rivers, neither did he even get 25% in Abuja. How then did he win the elections? livinbygrace: |
donphilopus:Is it BAT that couldn't get 5-digit number votes in SE/SS, lost Lagos and Osun that is better placed? |
![]() Reading between the lines, IBB is saying that the country is in tatters and needs urgent attention. This is essentially an assessment of the past administration and frankly, he is just being diplomatic with his words. What remains to be seen is how one that ran a campaign hinged on hate towards the SE would be able to unite a country whose most potent binding force remains the people of the SE. For those who would want to question how the SE is a binding force on the nation, they can as well ask how NYSC helps in uniting the country. Simply put, the SE has the single highest population of indigenes residing peacefully in states outside the SE. Whatever the case, we from the SE will continue live among our countrymen as we have always done, with respect for their way of life and customs, albeit with our heads held high, and not as slaves like the BATists would want. |
inoki247:The excuses have started. From day 1... |
So long, Chief. |
O D E when they use your light brain to cook gbegiri what else do you know outside stupidity
Why do you waste your time with these trolls? You do a good job of showcasing developments in Anambra. Don't let the paid pigs drag you back. We cannot be giving attention to those tribalists in 2023... |
Mokole2023:Ignore that kobojunkie. She probably works for an NGO whose objectives are to increase divorce rates whatever the method used, whether it's in the interest of the woman or not. Take time out and read all her posts. All she wants is that no woman should stay married to a man. Given that she's always on this forum without a break, it means she has no other source of livelihood and this is her paid job. To induce divorce. So listen to her at your own peril. |
Only a titled man will do those handshakes. The actors will greet their own traditional ruler the same way. They mean no disrespect. Infact, their gestures after the handshakes tell a lot about their high regard for the Ooni. From here too, we're saluting him. Kabiyesi!!! |
The way lala did his job was so mature and professional that I once believed Seun had to be lalasticlala. His only idiosyncrasy was snakes and in a very funny way...He will be missed... |
Here they are - the bigots that nearly did PYO in. I hope his next few years out of power will open his eyes to see their bile-filled hearts, and keep away from them. Hopefully, his experience would be handy to PO, if and when the PEPT do justice and pronounce their judgement in fairness and with truth. Offpointng: |
We like PYO. He was the only one that appeared sane among the whole of PMB's team. However, we do not appreciate that his crew chose to run with BAT's crew and in so doing imbibed all the negative traits the BAT gang were known for. I believe they ended up misadvising the VP on the actual state of affairs on the ground. Luckily for him, he escaped the anti-Igbo paintbrush those charlatans used in presenting BAT to Nigerians. (Nigerians bought it well though and showed that bomboklaat that they prefer love to hate). It is very instructive to note that in the few cases when PYO was apprised of the true situation, he was decisive and his decisions were praiseworthy. Fare thee well, Prof. |
Imagine this commenter and his question!!! Obi was not rejected. As a matter of fact, his victory shocked you, your likes and your principal to the bones. Reason the election was rigged. Moreover, that explains why it's a party we were made to believe placed third, that's giving APC sleepless nights. A party that could not boast of a councilor before the election. Lol. Say what you will. You know the truth deep down. Everyone knows LeoDeKing: |
Even if it's only Igbo youths, they are not Nigerian youths abi? And all the votes PO got were from only Igbos, abi? You labelled all Obidients as IPOB before the polls. You lost the polls, when Nigerians from all parts of the country voted their minds. You had to resort to rigging. Yet you're yet to learn your lessons. Kwantinue... Lifestone: |
![]() Lol. And then tried to give Obaseki the Ambode treatment. We all saw how that panned out. Or has Edo become Lagos? Gradually, we will get to a point in Nigeria where no godfather will determine if a governor stays in office or not. WorldRichest: |
Wike betrayed his people that have looked up to him for support, and supported him throughout all the attacks he faced at the hands of APC. He should have just let their votes on Feb 25 count, but no, he rewrote it. Flangelo12: |
Lol. We are not the ones in pain. We are not the ones trying to impersonate Baba Bullion van. We are not planting factional chairmen in APC, neither are we using incumbent power to snoop on opponents' private phone conversations. More importantly, we are not the ones smarting after taking a beating in our headquarters 🤣🤣🤣. We beat you before at the polls. We will beat you again at the courts. We are the many. You are the few. 😊 blacknp: |
Alaigbo again. Where is that coming from? Your demi-god assembled a warchest over a period of 22 years, placed members of his mafia in positions of authority, including a President and his VP, Governors of about 20 States, Senate President and Speakers etc. Only for a PO from Anambra State to join a relatively unknown party LP barely a year to the elections, and knock him around like a child in a campaign that kept Nigerians thrilled and hopeful for the future, topping it off by giving the old man a sound beating even in his own home. A very sound beating. Your demi-god had to resort to rigging in many states to get between 25%-29%. He couldn't rig FCT obviously. All the international observers are quartered there. And he needs to make a show of legitimacy... Ever since PO gave your demi-god a beating in the campaigns, locally and internationally, gave him an even bigger one in the elections, and is set to give him another in the courts, you have all been writing irrationally. Obi did not beat your god only in Alaigbo. He beat him in over half of the states of the federation including Lagos ![]() LeoDeKing: |
![]() You have not responded intelligently to the first question I asked you. You have just been raving and insulting yourself. I believe it is better we address the cause of your depression - PO slaughtering your god at the poll, especially at home . When you finally have a grip on your emotions, you might finally have the presence of mind to think rationally about how possible it is to fit N250m into three suitcases.Sonyboom: |
