It’s Better To Have Many Wives Than To Have One & Many Girl Friends - Catholic Priest This is quite unusual for Catholic priest to say and he is insisting on his nation. In fact, Ngbe insisted that the Catholic doctrine most be amended, especially in the African Catholic Churches in order to accommodate every member of the Church. “The Whiteman that brought Christianity to us mixed the religion with his culture and Africans just accepted it like that at the expense of our culture. "If we did not incorporate parts of our culture into the way we worship God, our culture would in no distant time go into extinction,” he said. Ngbe explained that local foods should henceforth be used for communion in the Catholic Church instead of using products imported from Europe. The priest also said meaningful local names should be given to people during Baptism and Confirmation in Catholic Churches as against using “English names.” Ngbe urged members to imbibe the habit of wearing local dresses during weddings as well as using local languages for Mass. He said that anybody who practiced monogamy before accepting Christ should be given equal treatment in the Church with those that have only one wife. “It is better to have many wives at home than to have only one and yet have many girl friends and lovers outside,” the priest said. Ngbe therefore commended the Yoruba people for incorporating their culture in the way they practiced both Christianity and Islam and urged others to emulate them. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2016/12/its-better-to-have-many-wives-than-to.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 obinoscopy missyb3

The Chairman, Senate Committee on Local and Foreign Debts, Senator Shehu Sani which is also in a little bit of turmoil with his party (APC) which led to his suspension few days ago, talks about the failure of the All Progressives Congress to fulfill its campaign promises, President Muhammadu Buhari’s economic policies and Nigeria’s foreign policy in this interview with LEKE BAIYEWU A former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, who is the current Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, said the current administration in the country is already going the way of the PDP and that President Buhari should retrace his steps. Do you agree with him? The (Muhammadu) Sanusis, the (Charles) Soludos and others are liberal bourgeoisie economic thinkers whose solution to our economic problems is simply in tandem with the wishes of the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and other Western financial institutions. In their own thinking, if Buhari is not adopting the bourgeoisie, liberalised economic model hook, line, and sinker as was adopted right from the Olusegun Obasanjo administration to (the late) Umaru Yar’Adua and even Goodluck Jonathan, then he (Buhari) is wrong. For them, Buhari should privatise everything. He should remove subsidy on everything. He should go borrowing and collect money from all sources to create jobs. He should allow free market to operate; and he should also appoint a minister of finance in the good books of the world financial institutions. And that Buhari should not be concerned with the ratings in the hearts and minds of Nigerians; he should be concerned about the ratings of Standard Afore, Ernst & Young, Peach, London Club, Paris Club, the World Bank and the IMF. Buhari should not be concerned about the social institutions in whatever he is going to do for as long as all those bourgeoisie capitalist reforms are implemented. That is when they (Sanusi and Soludo) will say we are moving forward economically. But the question we need to ask them is ‘where was their wisdom when, by the time they came into government, Nigeria was 90 per cent dependent on crude oil’; when they left power, the country is still 90 per cent dependent on crude oil. The difference between the good minister when oil was $140 (per barrel) and a bad minister, who is now in office, when it is less than $40, is all about the prices of oil. If you look at it again, (the late President Umaru) Yar’Adua was a choice of Obasanjo while Jonathan was his vice-president. You can see the confraternity in the economic and political lever of the country. Nigerians are most times deceived when there are intra-class conflicts within the people who control the lever of power and economy. It is the same circle who continues to propagate and prescribe for the nation and implement on behalf of the people, economic policies that simply enrich a few and impoverish the masses. What they were talking about was reducing poverty and creating wealth, while all they did was creating a few businessmen. Who are the beneficiaries of their 16-year economic system? They were able to create a few rich people, who control the banking industry; who bought public firms and corporations; who control the insurance industry, shipping and the airlines. What they count as their achievement is the few people they empowered and enriched in the country, and not the people. How much can the APC government criticise the PDP when a large number of those who drove the economy and governance in the past have found their ways into the current administration and some are even in the National Executive Council? I am afraid; it is a contradiction in the polemics, dynamics and the tendencies of the change mantra. The very fact that most of the persons who joined the struggle for change were part and parcel of the system, their thinking, orientation and perspectives of change is not the same. Their objection to the PDP was not from an ideological point of view; it was from the fact that they were protesting against the politics of exclusion and marginalisation. Most of them did not disagree with the PDP based on views about the economy, the country or the future; their objection to the PDP had to do with the fact that they were outmanoeuvred within their own intra-class conflict. So, they joined the change train. For this, they now think that we have a change but they should also continue with that very exploitative and oppressive socio-economic system that preserves the privileges and interests of the political ruling class and oppresses the masses. The APC, as a political party, is not a congregation of ideologies; it is a communist party. It is not a party that is defined by a certain political thinking, philosophy or ideological direction. It is a convergence of people with different tendencies, ideas and thinking, with one common aim to evict Jonathan and “to move the country forward.” But how to move this country forward is another thing. Are we going to use an airplane to move it forward or are we going to use a car, a cart or are we going to climb a horse or donkey? Then, how are we going to move it forward? Is it by implementing liberal economic policy or which other economic direction? The contradiction with the aftermath of change has to do with the fact that there is no harmonised and agreed direction we are going to follow. For example, Bola Tinubu came from the Action Congress of Nigeria. The ACN came from the Alliance for Democracy and the AD had a history of the National Democratic Coalition and the struggle against military dictatorship. Bukola Saraki, Atiku Abubakar and many others came from the PDP and they had been part of the economic fulcrum in the last 16 years. And you have a Buhari, who came from the All Nigeria Peoples Party and the Congress for Progressive Change; he became the presidential candidate of the APC and now President of Nigeria. If you look at his history, he is more of a leftist nationalist, who believes in state control of resources, who doesn’t believe in the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank policies and whose thinking of an economic regeneration is internal. These are the arms that we have (in the APC). What brought all these people together is that the system, for 16 years under the PDP, was not working. But if you look at the PDP elements in the APC today, what moved them from the PDP was the fact that they were marginalised, excluded and treated badly. Did they ever say that they were opposed to the corruption or economic policies and programmes of the PDP? They have never said that. What brought the ACN people into APC? They realised that the ACN remained a South-West party and for the party to be relevant politically, there was the need for some consensus and compromises to move to the centre (the Federal Government). If you look at Buhari, the party he headed was almost a one-man party. It revolved around his integrity and reputation as a person. When you have people who came from these different backgrounds and they have got to a point of ‘we are at the top of the mountain. How do we fly?’ That is where the issue comes from. That means the APC is truly a congregation of strange bedfellows who have come only to take over power. - continue article @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2016/12/sen-shehu-sani-admits-that-buhari.html cc lalasticlala mynd44

Have the world evolved to this extent? That discussing one's faith in a work place is now ground for terminating his/her job? Such is the story of Sister Sarah Kuteh. A nurse with over 15 years’ experience and yet she was sacked for discussing Christianity and offering to pray with patients before their operations. Kuteh, who's a mother-of-three, was dismissed for breaching guidelines, even though her job involved asking people preparing for surgery about their religion. Recalling how she was suspended and escorted from Darent Valley hospital in Dartford, Kent, Kuteh said: ‘It was embarrassing for me – and painful after all I had done in my years as a nurse. I was told I couldn’t even speak to my colleagues. All I had done was to nurse from my heart. How could it be harmful to tell someone about Jesus?’ She admitted she may have spoken to a few patients without their express permission when she first began the job, but was more careful after a warning in April 2016 that there had been complaints. In June, She was ‘shocked’ when they told her that three further complaints had been made, after which she was told to stop assessing patients and was suspended a few days later. She was sacked in August after an investigation, and her appeal rejected. The bosses at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust however insist that her discussions were unwanted and this had upset patients. They also claim that Kuteh failed to heed warnings that she was being unprofessional. She is now suing the hospital for unfair dismissal, describing her sacking as ‘disproportionate and punitive’. whats you opinion on this? more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2016/12/uk-nurse-fired-for-discussing.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 ishilove obinoscopy missyb3

South Africa and Kenya has been the most interesting countries on the media for quite sometime now and i may add, in the most questionable and mysterious ways. This time, a South African cleric, Prophet Rufus Phala has made his church members drink disinfectant, Dettol to be precise, in order to get healed. Phala, a pastor with AK Spiritual Christian Church, Makgodu, Limpopo in the north eastern area of South Africa, instructed his followers to drink the disinfectant, while also acknowledging that it was dangerous to do so. “I know Dettol is harmful, but God instructed me to use it. I was the first one to drink it,” the pastor said in a video sighted by South Africa’s Daily Sun. He also claimed he has been getting WhatsApp messages from people who say they have been healed by obeying his command of drinking the disinfectant. Dettol is the trade name for a line of hygiene products manufactured by Reckitt Benckiser. While the liquid antiseptic may be harmless when mixed with bath water or when cleaning a wound it is known to be dangerous for internal use. According to “Dettol poisoning and the need for airway intervention”, an article published in the Hong Kong Medical Journal, Dettol poisoning has been reported to result in serious complications including death. Phala’s case is coming only few weeks after one Prophet Lethebo Rabalago sprayed his congregation with Doom, a popular brand of insecticide in the country. In 2014, Pastor Lesego Daniel of Rabboni Centre Ministries, Garankuwa, north of Pretoria was also reported to have commanded his followers to eat grass in order to get closer to God. Though he is not actively involved in Nigeria politics, former aide to the former President of Nigeria, Reno Omokri can't stop summarizing the things about Nigeria's predicaments and making conclusions and assertions that some people may consider pathetic rues. Apparently, no matter how tedious his work is, he always have time to pen down articles which as a blogger, i think Nigeria and Nigerians should take seriously. My opinion though. Read the article below by Reno Omokri, former Goodluck Jonathan's aide..... The contradictions of Nigeria under this administration are quite pathetic. You have a state government that cannot trace the killers of the wife of an evangelist beheaded in broad day light in Kano even though the event was caught on camera, then you have another state government that is able to trace killers of hundreds of its own citizens to Cameroon and Niger and when they traced them-wait for it-they did not apprehend them. Instead they offered them money not to kill again. No. this is not an excerpt from Steven King’s latest horror book. This is an excerpt of life in the new and improved Nigeria! And the contradictions continue to pour in. Firstly....... On Monday the 5th of November, 2916, President Buhari complained about the demands that Nigerians were making on him and ended his lamentations by asking Nigerians not to make expensive demands of him. A president who built an expensive helipad for his personal use in Daura with taxpayers money now asks taxpayers not to make expensive demands! Indeed, #ChangeBeginsWithMe! If President Muhammadu Buhari knew the demands of the office were too much for him then why did he contest for the office four times? If I were to advice the President, I would tell him to choose his words carefully because his defensive words today may be offensive words tomorrow. Secondly........... And yet another contradiction is the ugly news from the NCC. When the madness from the Nigerian Communications Commission reared its ugly head in the form of the attempt by the Buhari administration to hike the tariffs for GSM and Internet services, I immediately saw it as a desperate attempt by the federal government to source for funds to pay the 200,000 N-Power graduate employees it had promised to employ. After repeated promises to employ them and even more repeated delays in the date they were to resume, the Vice President eventually set a resumption date for the scheme as 1st December, 2016, the same date that the federal government through the NCC had set as the start date for the new tariffs. Coincidence? As a life long student of mathematics, I am convinced that there are no coincidences and this latest ‘coincidence’ only crystallizes my belief. Like someone said on Twitter, other than Nigeria, I can not imagine another nation that will devalue its currency, increase fuel and electric cost yet leave wages the same! Little did I know at the time I was reading that tweet that the government was toying with another tariff increase. And when it suspended the data tariff hike, after public outcry, the NCC said it did so to enable it do consultations? My response to them is that they should not waste their money. I, Reno Omokri, have consulted on their behalf and free of charge at that and here is the verdict - Nigerians reject it! It is wrong really for officials whose electricity tariff, fuel and GSM plans are paid for by taxpayers to increase fuel, power and GSM plans of the people! In truly progressive nations, it is the regulator that forces telecommunications firms to lower prices. I am dumbfounded that in our case, the regulator is the one seeking an increase. I thought the federal government said they were going to spend their way out of the recession? From the look of things, their plan seems to be to tax their way out of it! In my opinion, rather than direct GSM firms to hike rates, the NCC should invest in free public Wi-Fi for the advancement of knowledge in Nigeria. Free wifi would boost the type of thrift and industry that Nigeria needs to come out of her present recession. It will enable unemployed youths gain access to a treasure trove of publicly available information that they can then apply to creative ventures that will lead to jobs, businesses and vocations. The human mind must be engaged and if it is not positively engaged then it is a must that it will be negatively engaged. And of course I sympathize with the Buhari administration on its need to source for funds to pay for N-Power and other poverty alleviation initiatives. However, they should not tax the poor to provide for the poor. You tax the rich to provide for the poor. Third ..... On the second of December 2016, Forbes magazine reported that China has begun implementing a 10% additional tax (additional to regular sales tax) on luxury cars. In justifying the tax, the Chinese ministry of finance released a statement in which it said “In order to guide rational consumption and promote energy saving and emission reduction, the State Council [cabinet] has approved a consumption tax on luxury cars.” Nigeria’s leaders expose their hypocrisy when they turn up for public events in their long convoys of very expensive and foreign cars! This is a country that manufactures cars. Nigerian automobile manufactures now make bulletproof cars (partially made in Nigeria) so there is no reason for anyone, including the President, to drive in long convoys of obscenely expensive Mercedes Benz and BMWs. The government’s Naira hardly circulates within Nigeria. Rather, our government officials make the dollar, euro or Japanese Yen stronger by their purchase of all things foreign! Rather than increase the tariff on GSM and Internet rates, the federal government should direct the Federal Inland Revenue Service to take a cue from China and tax the super rich who import luxurious cars “in order to guide rational consumption” in Nigeria. If China, which is in a much better financial position than Nigeria, is doing it, what are we waiting for? But instead of taxing the rich, the FIRS announced that it is about to implement a policy where Nigerians would have to show a tax clearance certificate before being able to apply for an international passport. I mean what type of authoritarianism is this? An international passport is a right not a privilege. A government cannot deny it to its people. Even Nigerian citizens who become naturalized citizens of The UK, the USA, Canada and other such nations apply for passports without having to produce anything other than their identification and either a marriage or birth certificate yet in their own nation by birth their government is coming up with a hare brained idea of requiring tax certificate before a passport can be applied for! Rather than target the long suffering masses of Nigeria, wealthy Nigerians can and should pay their fare share! We are all witnesses to the larger than life lifestyles of the rich. First Class cabins on British Airways are still regularly filled up by those for whom recession is ‘just a word’. Additionally, we all read how President Buhari, a president who has only brought austerity where he met prosperity, recently had his daughter betrothed to the son of a billionaire who splurged ₦44 million on gifts for the President’s daughter! The funniest thing is that a few miles from the house of the President’s would be in-laws are refugees from Borno who don’t have enough to eat. That these acts are occurring at a time when the government is toying with taxing the poor out of existence only shows that some are mourning while others are celebrating! A situation where the cost of everything skyrockets except salary and wages should not continue into 2017 except it is a deliberate attempt by the Buhari administration to rapidly reduce Nigeria’s population by ensuring mass starvation! Before President Jonathan increased fuel prices, he first increase salaries and wages for civil servants, the military, the paramilitary and for members of the National Youth Service Corp. That is a government and a President that is connected to its people! Forth......... more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2016/12/reno-omokri-again-buhari-sanusi-ncc.html lalasticlala mynd44

The Lagos Division of the National Industrial Court has ordered MTN Nigeria Communications to pay full four years post-disengagement salaries to 63 workers, who were laid off by the company in 2009, Punch reports. The court presided over by Justice P.O. Lifu orderd MTN to pay judgment credit sum within 30 days from October 26, 2016 when the judgment was delivered, failing which the judgment credit would attract an annual interest of 10 per cent. The court also awarded additional N10,000 against MTN in favour of each of the 63 workers to cover the cost of filing the suit numbered NICN/LA/596/2013. The claimants in the suit are Harrison Ossai, Gabriel Ameh and Stephen Mahaja, who sued on behalf of themselves and 60 other workers laid off by MTN with the condition that they must never work with any other telecommunication company for four years after their disengagement. The claimants had, in their suit, claimed to have been subjected to financial hardship on account of the restraint of trade imposed on them by MTN. Ossai, in his testimony before the court, said the trade restraint imposed by MTN bungled his chances of being employed by Globacom and Airtel, which were other telecommunication companies, adding that after being sacked by MTN, he was jobless for six years. Like other claimants, he urged the court to order MTN to pay him N10m and another N20m for filing the suit. In his judgment, Justice Lifu said he was “satisfied that the claimants had proved their claims before the court as to the oppressive and unreasonableness of the restraint of trade covenant for four years for making and leaving the claimants hard and dry for four years.” The judge held, “Terminating the employment of the claimants and at the same time restricting them from seeking any employment from the sector generally and preventing them to be acting as agents or adviser or to engage in any other concern directly or indirectly for four years is clearly unreasonable in the light of global economic challenges occasioned by recession, which has resulted in mass unemployment.” The judge ruled that each of the workers was entitled to be paid his last gross salary for four years after being sacked and ordered MTN to pay with an additional N10,000 each as cost. http://www.exlinklodge.com/2016/12/court-orders-mtn-to-pay-63-sacked-staff.html

The Association of Licensed Telecommunications Operators of Nigeria (ALTON) on Thursday told consumers to expect poor data services, a day after the Nigerian Communications Commission was compelled by public backlash to suspend a planned tariff raise. The chairman of ALTON, Gbenga Adebayo, said in a statement in Lagos that there was need for an upward review of the tariff, so as to offer better data services to subscribers. Mr. Adebayo said the operators fully understood the public sentiments that greeted the announcement of a minimum data tariff being introduced by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). He said the NCC intervened to set the data tariff floor in view of its statutory responsibility to promote healthy competition, by periodically reviewing voice and data tariffs in the industry. According to him, the commission’s intervention was to ensure the sustainability of the Nigerian telecommunications industry. He also said the regulatory body had extensive consultation with the industry prior to the finalisation of the data tariff floor. “Further, the commission has since Wednesday suspended the implementation of its determination on the data tariff floor. “ALTON notes that it is within the statutory remit of the NCC for it to make decisive interventions to address the data price concerns which had led to data prices falling to unreasonably low levels. “This is with the effect that telecommunications operators were unable to recover the cost of providing data services and reinvest in capacity expansion to accommodate the increased usage arising from lower tariffs. “The situation has been compounded by the recent economic challenges characterised by the steep depreciation of the naira. “It is characterised by the need to resort to the parallel market and foreign exchange scarcity, which have considerably increased the capital and operational cost of providing telecommunications services. “This has made current data tariffs unsustainable. “This situation, if left unaddressed, could result in a sustained deterioration in the quality of data services across all networks and the attendant poor quality of experience for users. “In this regard, our members await the conclusion of NCC’s market study, when the commission will be in a position to determine its requisite intervention,” Mr. Adebayo said. He said that NCC introduced the minimum price for data services to help ensure cost recovery and drive the continued investment in the telecommunications sector. The ALTON chairman said it was necessary for the provision of world-class data services for the overall benefit of the Nigerian subscriber and the Nigerian economy. “It is our belief that interventions such as these are in keeping with the NCC’s tradition of implementing customer-centric regulatory initiatives such as the Do-Not-Disturb Service and the Mobile Number Portability Scheme. “These were introduced to enhance customer satisfaction with telecommunications services. “ALTON also notes that price changes for data services across all networks following any intervention by the NCC are not expected to have a detrimental effect on broadband penetration contrary to some sentiments being expressed in the media. “ALTON wishes to emphasise that while it is imperative that telecommunications operators continue to explore opportunities to provide their subscribers with more value for their money, it is important that prices be set at realistic levels. “This will ensure that subscribers are not only able to afford services, but that operators are also in a position to provide first-rate Quality of Service to their subscribers,’’ he said. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that NCC on Wednesday suspended any further action on the directive to introduce price floor for data segment of the telecommunications sector beginning from December 1, 2016. The Director, Public Affairs, NCC, Tony Ojobo, said in a statement that the decision to suspend the directive was taken after due consultation with industry leaders and the general complaints by consumers across the country. Mr. Ojobo said the commission had weighed all of these and consequently asked all operators to maintain the status quo until the conclusion of study to determine retail prices for broadband and data services in Nigeria. He said the regulatory body wrote to the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) on November 1, on the determination of an interim price floor for data services after the stakeholder’s consultative meeting of October 19. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2016/12/telecom-operators-warns-nigerians-to.html cc lalasticlala

The rift in the Kaduna State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, worsened on Wednesday as the party slammed the senator representing the state’s central district, Shehu Sani, over his diatribe against Governor Nasir El-Rufai. The party described the senator as uncouth, shameless and disgraceful. The fresh harsh words were in response to Mr. Sani’s reaction to his “ indefinite suspension ” earlier announced by a faction of the party in his ward. The APC faction in Mr. Sani’s Tudun Wada, Ward 6 led by the ward secretary, Awwal Abdulhamid, had announced the suspension on Tuesday. The move to suspend the senator was opposed by the chairman of the party in the ward, Abbas Ani. The acting publicity secretary of the party in Kaduna State, Salisu Wusono, in a statement issued in Kaduna on Wednesday lashed Mr. Sani as representing “the politics of fraud and deceit”. Mr. Wusono stated: “As if determined to prove that he is beyond redemption, Shehu Sani penned a pathetic response to his continued suspension from our party that testifies that he is a denizen of the gutter. “Anyone that harboured any doubt about the morass in his mind and the decadence of his conduct would now have those uncertainties wiped away. Crassness of language is a twin to crass of conduct.” The party said Mr. Sani’s “outburst is a confirmation, that he has no sense of shame. “He is a man full of tantrums, a busker who simultaneously entertains and distresses people with his shameless antics. "He has since lost focus and why he was elected to the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by the good people of Kaduna Central under the banner of the APC. “He represents fraud, deceit in the name of Nigeria’s masses. We suspended him indefinitely following his various anti-party activities and utterances aimed at tearing the party to pieces. “The masses of Kaduna Central have since unravelled his deceit. His heart and mind are in the PDP whose agent he has been in our party. We wonder when he would gather the courage to publicly move to the party he hobnobs with in private.” the statement said. But in a swift reaction at a press briefing by his aide, Suleiman Ahmed, Mr. Sani said the state governor was being deceived by one of his advisers, Uba Sani. The senator alleged that Mr. Uba Sani was using his office and the governor to pursue his personal ambitions and vendetta. He said it was “painful and disheartening” that public funds were being used to sponsor “miscreants” to cause trouble in the society. “While states like Sokoto and Boko Haram-ravaged states like Borno and Yobe are commissioning mass housing projects, all our governor does is to paint roundabouts in Kaduna State”, the senator said. The aide said despite Mr. Sani’s suspension by the party, he “has been up and doing in the Senate, proposing and supporting bills that will bring succour to our people. “On the other hand Governor El-Rufai has been busy wasting state funds on a useless fight against an individual, leaving the state in a state of despair and hopelessness. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2016/11/kaduna-state-apc-replies-shehu-sani-you.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 obinoscopy

oh chineke for those who no know A stowaway is a person who secretly boards a vehicle, such as a ship, an aircraft, a train, cargo truck or bus, in order to travel without paying and without being detected. |
The lifeless body of a stowaway was Wednesday found in the main wheel well of one of Arik Air’s A330-200 aircraft at the Oliver Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg. Spokesman for Arik Air, Banji Ola, in a statement, said the aircraft operated the scheduled Lagos-Johannesburg flight that departed the Murtala Muhammed International Airport at 3:55pm on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 and arrived Johannesburg shortly before 11pm. He disclosed that engineers of South African Airways Technical facility at the Oliver Tambo International Airport where the aircraft was scheduled for a routine maintenance check discovered the body of the stowaway during their inspection phase. He said investigations were ongoing to determine how the stowaway found his way into the aircraft’s main wheel well. It has been a long time that the country has witnessed a stowaway incident which then became a big security issue in the aviation sector. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2016/11/stowaway-from-nigeria-found-dead-in.html?m=1 cc lalasticlala mynd44 missyb3

American news channel CNN accidentally broadcast 30 minutes of hardcore pornography to bemused viewers in Boston on Thursday 24 November 10pm EST (4am GMT) after a mistake made by US digital cable TV provider RCN. RCN provides CNN’s broadcasting in the city and although viewers were tuning in for a new episode of Anthony Bourdain’s ‘Parts Unknown’, an American travel and food show, presumably presented by a man of the same name, the unknown parts bit of it was a lot more than viewers were expecting. The scheduled programming was replaced with explicit material. According to The Independent, only viewers in the city of Boston experienced the mistake, because one viewer voiced her concerns on Twitter. The video was aired 4am GMT. "I can’t wait until [RCN] wakes up [tomorrow] & realises that hardcore porn was broadcast on [CNN] instead of [Parts Unknown] tonight ,” the user wrote. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2016/11/cnn-accidentally-broadcaster-hardcore.html?m=1 cc lalasticlala mynd44 obinoscopy ishilove missyb3
