I researched a lot on the net just to see how to root Infinix note 2 but i have to tell you this, it was hell. I red a lot of ways to root this beast of a phone but most of the methods involved, TWRP flashing with SP Flasher and downloading SuperUS and ADB as well as USB Vcom drivers. To crown it all sha, it was HELL and it is not easy to root because of the updated firmware on the phone.

Worst part of it is that, you can do all this and yet the "Big 6" will not budge. Now sit back and relax let me show you how to root this beast with just a click. It will also be nice for me to mention that this tutorial is for Infinix Note 2 running on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, NOT Marshmallow.

The only thing you need to root this phone is internet connection on your phone and Latest Version of Kingroot. That is all

How To Root Infinix Note 2 X600

1. After downloading Latest version of Kingroot Tool, copy it to your SD Card on your phone
2. Make sure you enable your phone to accept unknown sources for installation
3. Install Kingroot to your phone
4. Run the kingroot and click ROOT
5. After successful rooting, kingroot will install an app on your phone named PURIFY

Note: Once your device is rooted with Kingroot, you will find the Purify App in the App Drawer of your device. Purify App allows you to perform various tasks that includes removing the Pre-installed system apps, Block Auto Start Apps, Clear Cache Data and Save Battery and it simply serve as your SuperUS cuz recent Android phones doesn't accept SuperUS anymore

Congratulations, you now have root access to your phone.

The news of Uju Stella and Burna Boy has been making waves or should i say trending of lately and Burna Boy's mum has not been happy about the controversy and thus has decided to step in. When this whole drama started, Burna Boy reacted for the first time to Uju Stella’s accusations through a lip sync, where he insisted that he only slept with her just once, and therefore he strongly believes the young woman is framing him.

I was listening to a program on AIT this morning and the clips of the speech Prof. Lumumba of Kenya gave which AIT showed was so so touching and straight to the point. If you ever want to know what is happening in Nigeria and African at large, you need to listen to this professors speech. I however, took the liberty to search for the full speech and post it on my blog for Nigerians to listen. Truth has never been this sweet to my ears before.

An eloquent lawyer, he holds a PhD in Laws of the sea from the University of Ghent in Belgium. He is also a staunch Pan-Africanist and has delivered several powerful speeches alluding to or about African solutions to African problems.

He is an admirer of Patrice Lumumba and Thomas Sankara, the deceased revolutionary leader of the Burkinabe people. He is also remembered for his emotion laden and energetic speech in Uganda at the thirrd Anti-Corruption Convention. He has referred to and quoted them several times in his speeches. On August 28th, 2015, the PAV Ansah Foundation invited him to speak at the 2015 PAVA Forum on Good Governance.

Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA), has called for the immediate sack of the Minister of Information and Culture Alhaji Lai Mohammed for reportedly abusing the privileges of his office. Lai Mohammed reportedly misused his his official privilege by requesting for N13. 12 million from one of the agencies under his supervision.

This Day reports that the rights group said the action amounted to promoting the culture impunity and lack of transparency by demanding for a loan of from Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) to fund his China trip. According to a statement signed by the National Coordinator of the group, Emmanuel Onwubiko, the group demanded his immediate dismissal from the federal cabinet for abusing his official privilege. Onwubiko described the minister’s action as “a subtle attempt at blackmail and a sinister plot to seek to extort N13 million from one of the agencies under his ministerial supervision.” The action is absolutely against President Muhammadu Buhari’s current anti-graft disposition which is signposted in the bringing into being of the Treasury Single Account (TSA).

He added: “As an administration which has shown through different local and international platforms that it is primarily passionate towards eradicating economic crimes and corruption, it is imperative that everything is done to protect the whistle blowers without whom this heinous illegality of obtaining loan through false pretence by the information minister would have become a fait accompli.” The rights group stressed that, “Mr President must see this as a litmus test of his avowed commitment not to tolerate impunity and lawlessness from even his closest political friends.”

Michael Nwobodo, a 31-year-old technician caught with 81 wraps of cocaine in Lagos on his way from Dubai on February 29 2016 has pleaded guilty to drug trafficking. He was sentenced to 12 years behind bars with hard labour on Monday the 16th Of May 2016 by Justice Okon Abang of Federal High Court 10 in Abuja.

Nigeria’s democracy day on May 29, is fast approaching and President Muhammadu Buhari will reveal names of persons who have voluntarily returned looted public funds. The president who will also mention total amount recovered so far by his government made this known during an interview in London after attending a four-day international summit on anti-corruption hosted by the British government.

“So far, what has come out, what has been recovered, in whatever currency, from which ministry, department and individuals, I intend on the 29th to speak on this because all that Nigerians are getting to know are from the newspapers, radio and television. We want to make a comprehensive report by May 29,” Buhari said.

In December 2015, President Buhari had promised to those who have voluntarily returned looted funds to the coffers of the Federal Government in due course. Then, he had said: “in due course, the Central Bank of Nigeria will make information available to the public on the surrendered funds.”

He said his government owes Nigerians adequate information on recovery of looted funds, explaining that it is part of the collective effort to change the country from the “bastion of corruption it currently is, to a place of probity and transparency”. Meanwhile, President Buhari has personally replied to British PM Cameron comments on Nigeria describing corruption as a “hydra-headed monster” and advises any country that thinks it’s safe from corruption to wake up.

37-year-old Gill Parker Payne, of Gastonia, North Carolina was on a South Airlines flight from Chicago to Albuquerque on Dec. 11 2015 when he saw a woman wearing a hijab sitting several rows in front of him. Authorities say Payne approached her and told her to take it off, she refused saying it was a religious headscarf, then he responded, "This is America!" He then removed the hijab from her head.

The woman reported the incident to the Police and Payne got arrested. He was charged with using force or threat of force to obstruct a Muslim woman in the free exercise of her religious beliefs.

He appeared in court on Friday and pleaded guilty to a federal misdemeanor charge. He didn't go to jail but was fined.

Ayodele Fayose, the Ekiti State Governor has taken another swipe at Mr. President over the continued detention of Warimopei Dudafa, a former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan and the siege of Mr. Fani-Kayode's house by the operatives of Economic and Financial Crime Commission EFCC.

Premium Times reports that the governor described two incidents as the height of “executive rascality” and stressed that the EFCC operatives must understand that the nation is currently running a democratic system. In a statement issued by Lere Olayinka, the governor’s special assistant on public communications and new media, Fayose also took a swipe at President Muhammadu Buhari.

“The EFCC under President Muhammadu Buhari is acting as if it is above the law and Nigerians and the international community must remind the commission that we are in a democracy where rule of law is sacrosanct,” he said. Further in his statement, the governor reminded the anti-graft agency that it was recently scolded by a judge for the uncivilized manner the EFCC operatives treat suspects.

“The EFCC must be reminded of the judgement delivered in March, this year by Justice Yusuf Haliru of the Federal High Court in Nicholas Arinse Vs EFCC & Nigerian army where the judge held that the EFCC did not behave as if we were in a civilised society and that the anti-graft commission was behaving as if we were in a military dictatorship, where they arrest and release person at will. “In the case of the former special assistant on domestic affairs to ex-president Jonathan, no one is saying those suspected of corrupt practices should not be investigated and tried, but it is wrong for Warimopei Dudafa to have been kept in EFCC custody for over two weeks without trial.”

Former “American Idol” finalist Rickey E. Smith Jr. was killed Friday morning in a car crash in Oklahoma, Variety has confirmed. Smith was 36.

Smith was involved in a multi-car, wrong-way collision on I-240 just outside Oklahoma City at around 3:15 a.m. According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol Capt. Paul Timmons, 27-year-old Gerardo Cerda Jr. was traveling in a pickup truck headed westbound in the eastbound lanes, and slammed head-on into Smith’s vehicle.

Smith died on the scene of multiple blunt force injuries, according to the Oklahoma Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. Cerda was treated for injuries at a hospital and released. He now faces DUI charges. The eastbound interstate was shut down for more than three hours after the accident, but has since been opened.

Two Nigerian men who duped the secretary of a serving Bombay High Court judge of Rs 2.2 lakh by befriending her on Facebook and eventually threatening her with ‘a judicial enquiry’, after she refused to make more payment were arrested by the cyber police station from New Delhi, India on Friday, April 22.

The Nigerian men identified as Casmir Chijioke and Oliver Onyeka befriended the woman with one of them pretending to be a UK national. According to the BKC cyber police, the complainant, who approached them on April 6, told them that a few months ago, she received a friend request on Facebook from a British national. She accepted the request and the two started chatting online, said an officer.

The man claimed to be from a well-to-do family and the duo started chatting frequently. Over a period of time, they became good friends and would chat almost daily, an officer said. One day, the man claimed to have been admitted to a hospital due to an ailment. The victim was very upset over this and communicated this to him. He then told her he was sending her a gift from the UK, as he himself could not come to India due to the ailment, an officer said.

A few days after this conversation, the woman received a call from the ‘Delhi customs’, stating there was a gift being parceled to her place and she would need to pay some ‘handling fee’. An officer disclosed that she paid the amount but over the next few weeks, she kept receiving demands for more money under various pretexts to ‘facilitate the transportation of the gift’. She then became suspicious and refused to pay the ‘customs official’ anymore.

"At this point, the callers, who knew she worked as a secretary to a judge, threatened her that if she did not make the payment, they would approach the judiciary and a ‘judicial enquiry’ would be initiated against her," the officer said. She quickly made another payment out of fear before approaching the cyber police station on April 6,’ A team led by inspector Ravi Sardesai began probe in the matter and based on technical intelligence, found that the “British” national was actually chatting from New Delhi. A team from the BKC cyber police station camped in Delhi for a few days before they managed to arrest Casmir Chitioke and Oliver Onyeka.
