Haven't you Heard even former judges admitting that the judiciary needs reforms so it can be truly independent? The executive at all levels control the judiciary and legislature and that's not democracy no matter the party you lean to... There's a reason it's called the last hope of the common man cos there's the rule of law and the absence of arbitrary government as postulated by A.V. Dicey. You guys will eventually ground this democracy to a halt with this sentiments. We need to keep carrying out reforms in all sectors to deepen democracy and not encourage tyranny. It only brings one thing eventually... people resistance and definitely military regime. We should fight for our democracy |
