I have Subaru Impreza 2011 model, there's this sound that's always come from the Engine it's always serious but will reduce when the car is warm.

I have been trying to take it to a mechanic shop but I don't want any mechanic to repair it. Is there any advice u can give me or any mechanic u can recommend me to or I should just visit your workshop sir?
