Take your time and ask most of our mothers who you thought were happy in their marriages,they will tell you they didn’t have an option because they were mostly stay at home mums or petty traders or had so many kids they couldn’t cater for,most of them were never happy,they just couldn’t leave because of the stigma.

No woman will ever be happy being married to an uncaring and inconsiderate man,a man who see his wife as a slave instead of a “help meet”.

How do you love someone and don’t want to help them around the house? Don’t want to spend time with them rather you give all that time to your friends? How do you love someone and see them as inferior to you always? These are the things putting women at the edge.

Show me a man who loves and cares for his wife and I will show you a woman who will go to the end of the world for that man.

Women are wired to dish out whatever you give to them,give them love and they do same. Especially with they level of exposure and literacy,those eras where women didn’t have a life outside being married are long gone.

Dear men,keep away from all those irresponsible friends who will tell you it is wrong to help your wife at home with house chores or you are less of a man if you spend quality time with your wife “woman wrapper”. If you love someone let your actions show,let them feel the love,from how you speak and treat them should portray that love.

And all these single ladies always coming for married woman for speaking out about how they feel in their marriages,just close your mouth! you won’t take half of what they have taken if you were In their shoes,common relationship is difficult for most of you to stay in talk more of marriage where you get to live with another human being and deal with all their excesses daily.

And you see all these married women who are privileged to have men who love them wholeheartedly and are not afraid to show it,count yourselves lucky,not every woman is lucky enough to have that,so don’t assume because the loves your man shows you helps you to have a stable relationship with him makes other women inconsiderate in their marriages,some of them are going through hell all in the name of being married but are still managing to hold strong.

And you see these men who are quick to call women feminists because they choose to have a voice,you all better pray your daughters and sisters have the courage to have a voice,so even when they are dying in an unhealthy relationship they don’t keep silent because they know you will silent them immediately. You might just send them to an early grave.

I am a proud feminist. Nobody cooks better than me,I still wash and clean using my hands,I love my husband,but I won’t stop advocating for some of the glaring inequalities that women face daily. Any woman who marries my sons will be the luckiest,am raising the kindest and most compassionate man ever,who will love to cook and wash after him,who will respect women and see them as help meets instead of inferiors, so he won’t go about thinking every woman he meets owes him a duty of meeting to his every need.

I will start by correcting all those inequality from my home because Most of this adult men are already filled with a mentality of entitlements from women.�
