It all has a lot to do with the mindset of the populace. Nigerians have no maintenance culture compared to some Africans. Look at places we occupy in London and South Africa, we found them clean and developed but today after our influx resemble what we left back home. So even if the Brits had developed the country , by now it would have been the slum we have. Look at places where South Africans refuse to rent us their homes , even within the same city , you can tell where there are more Nigerians and where there are more South Africans. Can we blame not having whites for our way of life and carelessness?.

You are very correct but sometimes strict rules kind of restructures peoples bad behavior that is why an average nigerian who is found of beating traffic light in nigeria will be forced to obey that same traffic in london because he might loose his drivers license if the camera at the traffic light flashes him. You see what reckless driving can cause.That was how i was travelling from lagos to abuja with a sienna bus i practically quarelled with the driver all tru the journey he was over speeding and not only that he will drive very close to trailers like 3 meters before trying to overtake them at high speed what if the trailer brakes suddenly?

The annoying thing was that my fellow passengers were telling me to leave the driver alone that they dont want to get to abuja in the night. I was like is it not better to arrive abuja late than not to arrive at all? Mumu passengers in fact i felt like slapping the back head of that driver.Never u hesitate to shout on your driver to slow down if he is overspeeding.

Britain has a point there.Half of that money might be used to rig the 2019 election and the remaining half pocketed or relooted if it is returned to this Apc regime. Britain should please pay that money to julius berger, to enable them tar all the rural, village roads in Nigeria.

That money if paid to julius berger is enough to tar at least 3000 kilometers of rural and village roads that will impact the lives of poor rural duellers.
