I still believe fcmb will run ahead of diamond if its true AMCOM acquired bad debts of some banks.
I need to have either fcmb or diamond bank(s) in my portfolio.

OR I GO FOR YOUR WORST ENEMY SKYE BANK.
This Amcom news must have favoured them.
Bros you too like FCMB. Diamond has more bad loans than FCMB so if there is any AMCOM deal it would favour Diamond more. The bank has equally devested from foreign assets thereby raising more cash to its profit, as compared to FCMB which did the opposite by spending on the acquisition of legacy pension fund thus reducing its balance sheet.

When results come out, people may be rushing for the exit. grin
Don't be too sure. FCMB q4 2017 might not be as good as last year but their q1 2018 mighy br very good since it will also have the result of their recent acquisition(legacy pensions). Both results will come at the same time.

Also try subscribing to CSCS. Where Morgan buys, it will reflect in your CSCS after a day or so. Don't always ask the registrars for update on your stock. CSCS is the depository of all shares bought on the exchange. Registrar can be late in updating.
Thanks alot. I will do just that

So I called on my registrars to find out the outcome of the e-dividend mandate I submitted, only to be informed that the number of shares listed under my name is just a half of what I have on my morgan capital platform. In otherwords, the additional shares I bought in November and December 2017 are not registered under my name with the registrar. The registrars have no explanation for that. Is this a normal occurrence or do I need to inquire/ petition?

Some people bought Oando at N15 and they were happy when it moved above N20! Some of them are still trying to sell today for below N6 and they are unable to.

That you bought and price moved does not mean you made a good decision.

And if most people here will kill your morale, why are you still here?
If anyone is willing to sell oando @4(cross deal) I am willing to buy but just 250k units.

Is this why oando does not want to want to take its case to ist(investment securities tribunal) despite the court's refusal to entertain their complaint?

I need the house contribution pls. Can we all know and share the first 5 stars this year. I mean the best 5 companies, I don't mean in terms of price appreciation, I mean in PAT and their % of appreciation, I know that dangflour, fidelity are amongst them, Can we share the remaining ... In term of PAT pls. Cheers! smiley
In terms of PAT oando happens tobe one of the best this year, whether we like it or not, the list also includes CILeasing, Caverton, Transcorp, etc all did well in terms of PAT but... It is clear that PAT is not the main thing, if not fbnh would not have witnessed the kind of price appreciation that followed it since march 2017 despite the bad mouth from meristem and others that have continued to shout sell, sell sell...

Then what happens to retail shareholders' fundhuh?
We pray they don't delist, if not the same thing that happened to shareholder's fund of other delisted stocks will happen. They will have to continue their struggle outside the exchange. In advanced countries, stock exchanges do not tolerate such degree of infractions.

As it stands today, I doubt if oando can validly be referred to as a stock on NSE. From the little I read on the SEC report, the possible punishment for each of their violations is delistment.
