Today's volume is an indication insiders have already seen the result and it will look good..
This is the opinion of someone who has never been burnt by FCMB. The bank usually pumps the price and volumes up before releasing their results(which are often below expectation). They will keep defending at a certain price until result shows up. They did it to me early this year and made me sell my zenith at 14 only to board an fcmb bus (at 1.29) that never moved forward. Thank God for FBNH, when I finally sold my FCMB at 1.17(after zenith had taken off) I bought FBNH at 3.10 with the money, and the story is still on sha...

EXPO 2018.

Due to the 1kobo rule that will soon commence me and my household will no longer play penny stock for the time being.

I'm secretly mopping one favorite Pa Emma stock that will soon replicate what Guinness did this year.

If I want to buy a share today, in addition to what I already have, it would be Access bank. A CEO with this holding will work for the company.

It will also buy stock worth N383.94m, according to a report by Reuters.(pls explain dis)
But dangflour of N383.94mil is not too much as to cause a 300% rise in price. Its just about 45mil units. I know some men here have more than that, esp loco, cadillac, manonamission etc

I am expecting most stocks to turn green today. The bear we saw IMO was due to the tbills of yesterday. I have noticed that the days preceding tbills auction are usually very bearish. Auctions were done yesterday and the market recovery should start today.
Dis:
Just my opinion.

This bear won't last. Its an opportunity for those who are courageous when others are fearful. Some will sell everything and soon want to re-enter at lows, not knowing that all they have done is to make money for the broker(broker must chop sha). Take a look at your holding and check how much commission you paid for the exit and how much it would cist to re-enter.

I doubt if next year's election will bring much bears. The election will most likely be an all aboki affair with very little tension(mostly in the north). If it is the fear of having a bad leader from the election, I doubt that too. No leader can be worse than the one we have now.

Is this not the deal which its earning was reported in the 9months result of Dangote Flour?
It is certainly the deal. It reflected in the said result as gain from sale of asset.

Some pple might have seen what we re not seeing now
There is nothing hidden here. They made it clear at the last conference call that they chose not to write back the 20billion and also not to declassify aitoe as none performing loan in q3 as a matter of prudence thus leaving it to the auditors to decide by year end. Pple are just gambling with the belief that the auditors might decide to declassify the loan as performing and also allow the write back. If the declassification occurs their NPL will drastically reduce. Its a gamble. I personally believe in stocks that are down and about to rise, so that I can rise with them. From all indications, the bank is likely to increase on its PAT by about 300% by year end.
Not a buy rec.

PERSONALLY, I will ALWAYS reduce my position size after a 100% gain and severally before, except I am made the CEO.

Notice when the fundamentals are no longer seeing the break light of the price.
Also know that people WRITE these fundamentals which you CANNOT truly confirm, but the profit you book can easily be verified with your ATM.

People invest for different reasons and timeframes.
If you do not know the reason for buying a particular stock, Mr Market is not the best person to submit your questionnaire to.

NB: I am a short term player as I still have union homes/Goldlink in my portfolio to constantly remind me that profit comes from PRICE ACTION.
It is not always easy to do so. For instance, I am already on 100% in fbnh that I bought earlier this year but I can't reduce, even though I am not the CEO. Infact something is telling me to buy more and hold till it catches up with zenith lol.

That guy might be right. Let me tell you a little about myself.

I joined NSE in 2007 through Rolex securities (folded now).

Was heavily loaded on Bagco and PHB as at the day they were delisted. Only God saved me from Japaul as my bank refused to remit my money during their IPO in 2007.

Its not about buying a stock. Anybody can do that if you know what to do.
Its about selling the same stock when the chips are down wink

A likely scenario in this waking up of Caverton is that newbies will jump in, then the experienced hand will sell to them only for the newbies to find out the have nobody to sell to lipsrsealed Then caverton will not declare dividend shocked hence no motivation to continue holding the shares huh Then they will get tired and sell at a loss to the experts again cool
A company that wants to build an aviation school? Hmm them fit no pay dividend oh.

Bros just watch. Its a temporary reaction to an unimpressive earnings conference call, where they were calling medium to long term benefits rather than the expected short term gains.

How I wish morgan capital can allow customers place bids and offers at pre mkt. So many others take front rows before mkt opens, leaving others behind in the queue and with lesser chance of getting good deals.

Something tells me there may be more to that bid than meets the eye, else i dont know why some one will still decide to supply up to 5million units in one deal. We watch and see how it closes at 2:30pm.
By 2.30 the bids should be over 100million.
