i think they are in crude also.there is a standing contract for crude lifting which some local firms won.

They dont produce crude oil(mining). Its a lifting contract on behalf of nnpc, they have no oil well like conoil, oando, total etc

Please, can someone explain to me how the increasing crudeoil price can affect companies like Eternaoil, Conoil and Total? Especially Eternaoil.

Hello.I am back to the forum after 3 days ban.
Need to be careful posting against our big time online analysts.
Just to call someone a chief monkey hunter after reading his articles,I was immediately banned and the post deleted.

In the other way,I have reduced my holdings in Transcorp after delivering 85% profit to me in less than one month.
My portfolio now is oando 50% and Transcorp 50%.Portfolio now rebalanced for better returns.
Looking forward for what oando will have for me in the coming weeks.

The possibility of FBNH catching up and overtaking Access and UBA by next week is very very high. Any way on a good day FBNH should be challenging the likes if GTB and Zenith.

In other news, I give up on Eterna. It has gone beyond my reach.

Guy its a gamble. I bought dome units the day before yesterday. Thats how I gambled on diamond. The worse that can happen to oando is delisting. That my broda, is worse than having Daar coms in ones portfolio, that is why I bought what I can afford to lose.
I also want to gamble on wapco. From my little research, I found that They did a magical act last year, I dont kw if they can repeat same this year. They posted a loss after tax of about 37billion in q3 2016 but somehow they managed to overturn the loss and even posted about 40billion in profit for full year 2016, to the surprise of many.

Vetiva need to reconsider their 2018 recommendations, and perhaps make a new and updated one. This is so because 5stocks(out of their recommended 10) look set to surpass their target price in january alone. Eg seplat is already on 660 as against vetiva prediction of 600. GTB is on 47 as against vetiva 44.

Chai... I doubt if Loco has any drinking problem.His only problem is impatience. He sells too early. Imagine selling FCMB and warching it move immediately thereafter. Same thing with his threat to sell his transcorp. He can identify stocks but is not patient to grow with them. I bought some units of the same oando the day before yesterday. Its a gamble for me. With the way oil prices are going, I see promise in the stock. The only thing holding it is the suspension. The gamble is that if the suspension is lifted the stock will move if not, the money might remain stall or even vanish. If the suspension is lifted with minimal punishment it would be difficult for those outside to join.

When we were buying Diamond and FBNH they said we were operating in hopeville and buying carcass. Now the carcasses are coming through. Dead Diamond has already returned 100% since the dumping that followed its q3 result. These days its best to buy before the news, and rise with the news. The news is where the pe, ta and fa draw from. That is why the likes of pa emma is buying flourmills, wapco etc. For now they have no special news, but when they do, pple will start queuing after pa has made some reasonable percent in profit.

I want to look at the implications of the 1k rule on the rule of daily stock movement on NSE. The rule prohibits a rise of more than 10% per day. The 1k rule however goes against it. Take for instance you buy a stock for 1k each and sell for 2k, it means 100% rise in a day. While it means bumper returns for investors it also creates a new phenomenon. I would like our gurus to address this pls. Moreso that I am interested in some(gamble) stocks at 1k for 100% returns
