Pls what is the real eps of transcorp. Proshareng is saying 8kobo, some persons are saying 20kobo and others are saying 25kobo.

I hope it’s not Transcorp or any other stock that declared bonus in the past 1-2 years in which you were allotted and you sold all including bonus and later to renter it. What was not showing in ur Morgan account was the bonus u were allotted to you and sold earlier. In all, all your shares unit are in ur CSCS account and you can also confirm that from Morgan by trying to place a trade with the total unit at maximum offer price just to be sure your units are intact and once done. You can cancel ur sell mandate.

The suspensions at SEC is clearly Oando related. The suspended DG, Head of Legal and Head of Media are clearly involved in oando case. The DG gives approval for oando investigation, oando goes to court and are beaten by the legal department, and the media head who has been leading the defence of their decision to investigate oando in the media. Hmm, if money enter my hand I go run join oando. I do not see the investigation going too far moreso that Atiku is somehow connected with the petition against oando.

The major difference is the outstanding shares. Apart from that, Diamond did better by posting PAT of 5.9billion which is more than the 5.4billiin posted by fcmb. The difference is that fcmb OS of 19billion is lower tha Diamond's 24billion, thus the eps gap. All that will be made clearer in q4

The case against Eterna appears very strong and from all indications Eterna oil
lawyers appear to be playing delay tactics. One thing about this case is that if it goes well for Eterna
they wold be paid an outstanding sum of 1.5billion withheld subsidy payment. If they lose, they will cough out over 3billion false claims among other things. Dont worry, I will re-enter at a good price. I dont want to sit and watch diamond move. I see eterna move from march next year.

So I sold my Eterna today. I am expecting it not to take too much steps before Jan. when my tbills expires, so I can re-buy. For now, let me put my money into Diamond before pple eye go clear.

Fcmb loan provisions(impairments) fell from 34billion last year to 12billion this year, meaning that they saved as much as 22billion. Yet the bad result. diamond took 35billion loan provisions.

While we were all looking at fcmb, dangsugar did a minor magic, hitting 17.2 and then went back to red.

This is the opinion of someone who has never been burnt by FCMB. The bank usually pumps the price and volumes up before releasing their results(which are often below expectation). They will keep defending at a certain price until result shows up. They did it to me early this year and made me sell my zenith at 14 only to board an fcmb bus (at 1.29) that never moved forward. Thank God for FBNH, when I finally sold my FCMB at 1.17(after zenith had taken off) I bought FBNH at 3.10 with the money, and the story is still on sha...

But FCMB will do well next year.

At least the expectations are very clear the board/management expects the share price to increase and has no intention in crashing the share price. They intend to raise the funds at a better valuation than the current market valuation.

If you are able to convince us, we will surely buy, but not before reconstruction. No company will tell you that its share price will fall, or that you stand to lose from its reconstruction.

C&I Leasing is a company valued at N2.5 billion at the moment on track to make N1b full year PAT. How low can it really go? It has the fundamentals to more than support the current share price. The management seems to be preparing the company for the second stage of its growth trajectory given its asset base and deal pipeline.

You value the company at N2.5billion. You say it is on track to make ONLY 1billion in PAT, and you still think it will sell at N3 after increasing its outstanding shares to 25billion units. I no dey plan go village any time soon sha.

If the bolded is true then it is real danger. To raise 25billion by equity could mean rights issue or some other special placement that could see additional 20billion units of share or more. Hmm. If that is the case then this stock is an early candidate of 0.01. per share. Thank God for removing my interest from all these companies wey I no know wetin them dey sell. The 'excellent' result could be a ploy to lure both gullible and innocent investors into a long thing. Another DAARCOM loading, if true.
