eziokwunwoko:Are u sure? See this https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/33303__UPDC_REAL_ESTATE_INVESTMENT_TRUST%20_AUDITED_FINANCIAL_.pdf |
ojeysky:What about UCAP, Over 400%, from 1.4 to 6.9 |

Qualification date is 8th September. DISCLAIMER: I don already sell mine. Will buy after the unbundling. |
This group is fast derailing. Surprisingly the main actors of the derailment have not been regulars here. It appears like they just invaded this platform, hijacked it in order to discourse their own topic which does not align with the aim of this thread. For the avoidance of doubt, the thread is NIGERIAN STOCK EXCHANGE MARKET PICK ALERT. May we be properly guided please. |
mumu9gerian:One step backwards. |
Heishere:Are u sure? They only talked about value as at 30/06/2021. They never mentioned cut off date.
|
UACN want to do full offer |
Dollarwoman:Access bank has not released a result yet. |
Heishere:Where did you see this 30th June date? Sir its not yet indicated |
https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/33769_ACCESS_BANK_PLC%20APPROVAL_OF_THE_GROUP'S_INTERIM_AUDIT.pdf Access bank result and interim dividend approved by board. Waiting for CBN approval. That one will be by September. |
Its not a good corporate governance practice for audited bank results not to be released prior to submission to the CBN for approval. It gives a lot of room for insider trading. The CBN governor or who ever that is responsible for receiving and approving these results, have every opportunity to inform friends, relatives and other persons of interest, on the content of these results and the proposed dividends there from, even before the results are published on NSE platform. This is more so that the Apex bank usually holds on to these results for weeks before approving. I humbly (but strongly) suggest that results should be released "Tentatively" on NSE platform prior to submission to the CBN for approval. That way we get to know what they know. It also leaves room for amendments as may be suggested by the regulatory body. |
Lol, they don't have names right? Or is there something the govt don't want the masses to know? |
E don bust. |
https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/33694_UNITED_CAPITAL_PLC%20_QUARTER_2_%20_FINANCIAL_STATEMENT_FO.pdf UCAP wonderful result. Profit rose almost 100% |
megawealth01:na the same dangote wey dey fix cement price go come fix fuel price. |
drills:Are you sure there will be anything like imports after dangote refinery comes on stream. If the refinery functions to capacity, Nigeria might just become an exporter of the product. |
Pete002:Expect them between the last week of August and the 1st week of September. You know they are releasing audited results so it takes more time. Last year, their results came in the first week of September. Other results that are unaudited should start coming in from next week beginning with the usual suspects UCAP Afriprud ... |
zionaigbokhan:Lol. Access bank's recent numbers look even better than both fidelity and vitafoam |
emmanuelewumi:He is confusing it with share price. |
moneymanager:Stanbic is not necessarily doing better than zenith and gtb. Stanbic only has the advantage of lower Outstanding shares of 12billion most of which are held by a few entities(parent company in southafrica and the otumbas) while Gtb(29billion) and zenith bank(31billion) have higher outstanding shares. If gtb and zenith outstanding shares where 12billion units like stanbic, both would be up to #60 per share. |
emmanuelewumi:That is if they don't take the dividends before unbundling. UPDC REIT result has been excellent of recent |
eziokwunwoko:I doubt if they have set a date for unbundling. They only stated plans to do so and that such would be subject to regulatory and other approvals approval. THERE IS NO QUALIFICATION DATE YET FOR UNBUNDLING
|
yMcy56:Uacn dividend is 55kobo, special dividend 65kobo making it 1.2Naira. |
Thanks to Ubn and wapco, portfolio ended the day on a very green note. |
erwinschro:That's one of the business for UACN AGM. |
Somebody is looking at buying up its own shares hmmmmm.
|
The owner of that university should just sell it and come and invest the money in the south. Those people now know the university belongs to a southerner and would not let it move forward. |
Seems like wapco people are reinvesting their dividends. |
Wapco landed safely, and they did not even bother to take their 10% withholding tax. Abeg if u get there account number sent it now now, I want to pay my tax asap |
. |
. |
So after seeing this today, I now think I have to invest in uacn from tomorrow. Disclaimer : Not a buy recommendation.
