They won at the courts just like the staff of Alvan College of Education whose lands meant for staff quarters where taken and shared by family members. Court judgement was delivered on 28th may in their favour. If they go back to take their land, you will fault Emeka Ihedioha too. And a judgement debt of N400m was slammed on the state govt and it's Emeka Ihedioha's govt that will now cough that out for Rochas illegality

The People Whose Land Were Forcefully Taken By Okorocha Are Demolishing Akachi: Not Governor Emeka Ihedioha or any agent of the government.

Let it be known to all and sundry that the newly sworn-in Imo state Governor, His Excellency, RT. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha CON, did not authorise the demolition of this structure.

What happened was that the family whose land were forcefully taken by the outgone Gov. Rochas Okorocha administration without due process had gone to court to challenge the unlawful acts of the despotic former governor and won back their family land from the tribunals.

Gov. Emeka Ihedioha whom his predecessor ran away from handing over to could not have had any document on any of the state government's projects or properties and hence could not have authorised the demolition in vacuum in less than 24hrs after being sworn in.

His Excellency Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha is a known meticulous public administrator who can not carry out government functions without having documents to back off his actions.

If the state government under Governor Ihedioha will carry out state functions, they will not be carried out by an unknown labourer with one excavator.

These are some of the many wasteful ventures that the former governor will be leaving for his successor: many debt from won court cases against the state government due to lack of due process in governance.

Please kindly disregard the cheap blackmails directed at the new government by mischief makers with poorly executed propaganda.

Go and study the LAND USE ACT of the federation .

There's absolutely nothing to explain for Saul would have remained king of Israel if he had obeyed God as Samuel had said, or do you still doubt this, or feel that Samuel didn't know what he was talking about when he said that?

And your opinion that David's case was treated differently or that David was favored etc., is a common one no doubt among those of the church, but this was what God Himself said concerning David and why He established his kingdom even the Truth:

1 Kings 3:14 (KJV)

14 And if thou wilt walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as thy father David did walk, then I will lengthen thy days.

So the reason that God established David's kingdom was because he had done what Saul hadn't done which is to be obedient to God.

Yeah I know David made a mistake or two, but that was the exception for God doesn't judge a man by the exception of his life but the rule, and the rule for Saul was disobedience, hence his rejection by God.

So the gifts and callings of God are truly with repentance but you can choose to believe what you want.

Let me explain to you again.
If you draft a 15year old untrained boy to the army and send him straight to fight bokoharam, he will likely die in the battle. When analysts come to view the war video, they will see his tactical errors in the battle field. His death will be attributed to those errors, but the real reason he died is because he is young and untrained.

Such is the case of Saul. Disobedience is visible reason he failed but the main reason he failed is because he wasn't trained and empowered in the field of obedience to God. He was an appointed king not a raised king. He wasn't capable of obeying God because he doesn't even know God personally nor understand Him. God didn't start his process, people of Israel did. The true call of God was not on him. The personality and character of God was not revealed to him.

The Bible said that even though Jesus was a son, yet He learned obedience by the things He suffered(Hebrews 5:8 ). Obedience is learned through a process but Saul didn't go through it. He didn't suffer anything, so he didn't learn anything.

Jesus was on earth for 30 years just for a 3year ministry.

It took 15 years from when David was annointed to when he became a king. 15 years of constant battle!

Moses was in wilderness for 40 years before he returned to deliver Israel.

Saul came in through shortcut is bound to fail. I would have been surprised if he didn't.

Go and read the texts very well and you'd see that it was very clear that Saul was chosen by God, and anointed by God, and later rejected by God as was confirmed by the departure of the Spirit of God from him.

For the only reason he was rejected was because of disobedience, if not his kingdom would have been established by God as Samuel said.

So the callings and gifts of God are not without repentance for if you start being disobedient to God, you would lose it.

And some church leaders have shown this to be true, I know a man that was very powerful and was raising the dead, but then he lost focus as money became instead his god in the stead of God who had given him such powers.

And the works stopped and he could no longer do what he used to do because the Spirit of God had departed from him.

So do not be deceived oh, for you can lose whatever gifts that God gives with disobedience of His Word just like man did in the beginning, for man had eternal life but he lost it via disobedience.

I don't know how to explain this to you. It wasn't time for God to give Isreal a king. They pressured him so he gave them Saul. God has not obligation to protect what he didn't start. It is in His character. Saul was just unfortunate. His kingship process wasn't started by God but by the people of Israel.

Even David disobeyed God on several occasions but his case was treated differently, because he has the true call of God on him and there is no repentance on it.

David was God's chosen king not Saul. Saul came as a result of pressure from the people of Isreal to have a king.
