Ogbeni try to keep your mouth shut! How did Yorubas collude with the North to rip the country? Did Nnamdi Azike not rule Nigerid for six years? Was Ekwueme not vice president for over two years? You iboes are born to be pathetic liars!
U speak as if 1960 is yesterday. Where is the current president from, how about his vice, how about the Senate President, or the leader of the house of rep, and the Chief Justice. Who are the spokemen to the president? Think of the answers, and if u can't they are either Hausa's or Yoruba, in a Country that claims one Nigeria.

The truth is bitter, but we will keep saying it until our opinion is heard, counted and acted upon. You cannot marginalise a group of people and expect them to keep shut.

Nnamdi Kanu spoke, even if I don't agree with many of his approaches, and was silenced. Where is he?, are Yoruba's not happy that he is missing?

The northern bigots and the Yoruba asslickers must face judgement, no doubt. People are dying and another section is starving, and the only facade u hold on to is some dirty knowledge of history that belong to the trash can of oblivion.

Right now Yorubas and Hausa's are our problem, and it's glaring before our eyes.

Why do you think some ashawos pussi are always super tight? She's not just into you and only concerned about their money. Hence the reason her vjay remains tight and difficult to penetrate.

Back to HeepB you are one of those entities in their element when engaged in a good quarrel.

I am here to discuss HepB
Informing the public about it, how to avoid it and what to do if you have it

So It is probably a good idea for every one to get tested and get advice.

In countries where prostitution/porn industry is legal there are many commercial centres involved in testing and giving advice to the public
In Nigeria non Sexual transmission within families households and possibly hospiitals likely to be more significant. So thos working in Hospitals need to consider vaccination along with there families.

Those who are carriers may need to have their families immunized and or take antiviral treatment, best thing is to get advice from a qualified professional

Vaccination requires testing afterward to confirm that indeed immunity has been achieved
This useless thread has gone south. A lab technician who wanted to take over treatment of HepB, and advertise his shop has been bursted.

Lies cannot thrive in this health room when I am still around. I will speak the truth, no matter how unpopular.

Is hepatitis B a health problem?, yes. can anyone talk about it?, yes. Is the topic misleading?, yes. Did he stick to a lab Scientist perspective?, No. Was he professional, and did he deal with the possible complications of hepatitis B exhaustively?, No.

Trying to learn from this thread is gross waste of time, and the reader ends up having half baked knowledge.

Bigiman.

Lab Scientists , Bloggers , commercial sex workers, Food handlers and volunteer workers are all appropriate people to give advice about HepB with adequate training.
This does not have to be technical

Some of The key issues to be shared with the public are that

1. it is caused by a virus called the Hepatitis B Virus( There are other Hepatitis virus eg Hepaatitis A )
it is sexually trasmitted
2 It can be transmitted by other intimate contact withing the household from body fluids
3.. It causes an acute illness which may be mistaken for something else or not even remembered
4 After this most people clear the virus from their systems and become immune
5. A small number do not clear the virus and it stay dormant in the Liver and sometimes may be infective
So it is important to know the status of your partner and other household members
Chck your status as some carriers have no idea
6. It can be prevented by vaccination which is compulsory for health workers to protect them and their patients
7 those that do not clear the virus may later on develop more serious live disease shortening their lives and this is importaant for alcohol users.
I think these are easy to understand concepts and the idea that it is sacrilegious for any one not a doctor to discuss these things is petty in the extreme.

This is the Information era and information is available to the public easily now
Accepting that u are in the information age makes u a decade backward. It's obvious where ur petulance is emanating from. It's time lag.

Exactly my point.

That is how it started, before they wanted to make a claim for Sapele land some years ago. The Orodje of Okpe had to put a law that no Itsekiri should be buried there.

I think that law still exist.

89.9 % of the Itsekiri's living in Sapele were born and grew up there and know nowhere else. Because the Urhobo's(Okpe) are very accommodating, they allowed them thrive and grow there.

The others relocated there when they had that long fight with the Ijaw.

Everything was peaceful until because of their large population in Sapele, they wanted to claim some part of Sapele as their own. It was quickly taken care of,and has not repeated itself again.

For the Record, this guy is from Itsekiri and not an Urhobo Man, neither is he Sapele.

Cc: Frathermathy
U are correct. The same way Ijaws started fighting for land in Benin, and even fighting for traditional rulership.

let us discuss Hepatis B otherwise please stay on your lane
This thread is dead from the outset. Ur verbose words gives it no life. If I am woken up from sleep to give a talk on diabetes, pulmonary TB, hepatitis, etc I will give a fine and convincing talk.

But for a struggling technician to claim Hepatitis B from a Lab scientist perspective is gross sacriledge, that can only be committed in this shit hole.

A lab scientist should give me a HBSAG result. He should further show me the envelop and core AB and Ag, as these will allow me determine infectivity. He should finally tell me the viral count. Any other thing apart from these is unquantifiable stupidity, and a single credit will not be given.

The truth is better, but Mr Bigiman has been in the forefront of keeping Johesu liars in their place and saying the truth for sanity in our health sector.

Because of this ugly post, intruders entered the group asking people to check their signature, and how they cure hepatitis B. These intruders are definitely Johesu members, who cure all sort of ailment with becham.

Tec

Your problem is illiteracy or semi-lieracy.

There is a difference between "technician" and "Technician" , doctors are technicians. There are other ccategories of worker called Technian. These fundamental lacunae in your education are not too late to remedy.

This is an anonymous forum so let us stick to the issues. I never introduced myself to you as a man or young. You only reveal your insecurity with condescending or patronizing rhetoric.

What is it I am "bitterR" about?

If you have followed the developmen of medical education curricula oer the last 30 years at postgraduate and undergraduate level then you cannot be so blissfully oblivious about complaints by senior medics at conferences and in the literature about being turned into technicians with very rigid categories of disease and treatment protocols and guidelines and an increasingly litigious society. In short doctors are trained and expected to follow algorithms that are fed into computers wth computers performing consistently better than traained specialists in ALL objective testing.
This is very TECHNICAL and doctors have been moaning about this for over 20 years in WRITING.This phenomenon has advanced in that time.

Folk like you instead of avoiding issues which you are clueless about must dive in, youu must have an opinion, you must talk and be heard at the full blast of your vacuity and when pushed it is : " young man you are bitter" . No I am salty and spicy not bitter.

Leave all that nonsense out and speaK to Hepatitis B>
I know a Femi Aribisala, and if u are related then I need not worry much. Guidelines and protocols are now designed by computers says a helpless Johesu noise maker.

Doctors will still remain leaders in designing treatment guidelines and protocols, and other health workers either comply or fall off the radar. The guidelines and protocols ensure uniformity and protect patients from being mistreated. It is the same guideline and protocols that Johesu in Nigeria kick against vehemently.

It is common knowledge that the only true professionals in the hospitals are Doctors and pharmacists. All others are glorified and upgraded technicians.

That is not relevaant to this thread though might be crucial to your self esteem

Fact is doctors are technicians
a person employed to look after
technical equipment or do practical
work in a laboratory.

That's the dictionary definition of technicians. That's exactly what Lab Scientist, who are fighting to be consultants were employed to do. Lab scientist will remain technicians for a long time coming.
HealthRe: Hepatitis B; From A Medical Laboratory Scientist Perspective by MrBigiman: 5:54pm On Jun 29, 2018
aribisala0:
Most doctors are not trained to critically appraise research papers.
Doctors generally are consumers (rather than producers) of research by real scientists.

Doctors are simply technicians many are good at remembering what they read in textbooks but have no idea how stuff gets into textbooks. Many have been trained though T or F conditioning to view textbooks as bibles without any understanding of how stuff gets there.

One clown up there was sneering at the stated predominant mode of transmission.

My question to the fool would be

Describe an experiment to demonstrate how hepatitis B is trasmitted in Ikeja Local government Area and they will start stammering because it is not in their textbooks
Doctors are technicians!!! Bitterness should have a limit. An upgraded technician turns back at those who gave him a hand of fellowship, and call them technicians. NCBI is an American achive of Journals. Go there, enter the health and Medical section and see who head 98% of the Medical research.

Bitterness is understandable. But becoming petty, and spewing falsities to look sane is gross insanity.

i think you are wrong, i noticed it depends on the type of body the person have. I can recount an experience i had in Osha sometime,it really changed everything, i wanted to pull a fastone on a pretty neighbour at my sisters place. I made friends with her and things were going well.
my sister had already warned me of her promiscousness but i persisted. the D-day came and i struggled to penetrate her for 45 minutes to the extent i started wining myself:
Me: is like you are a virging?
Her: mmm....NO
Me: why the difficulty in penetration?
She:
Me: No, you are a virging or you just had sex once grin

we only get to had sex once and it was very painful,(bruises) its like clearing a bush.

One month later she visited me in PH, we have to skip sex most times because of bruises and wounds.
later i asked my sister's husband to verify the truth about her because we were getting serious, he gave her a good score but said that she sleeps around. shocked
What did i learn? Well after having a few more flings with females i realise that vagina size is not attributed to sexual regularity but its purely due to their body system (soft and hard)
That lady may not just be into u. I had a problem penetrating a lady. But when she freed her mind of a certain day, she almost finished me.
RomanceRe: The Tightness Of A Woman Is Not Related To The Amount Of Dick That Has Entered by MrBigiman: 6:14am On Jun 29, 2018
Not true at all. I once had a gal friend who I dated for 2yrs and disvirgined. She got admission for master and things naturally drifted. She had become a big gal, with heavy make up and started sleeping around.

We met again after a while and the puci wasn't the same. It was now wider and swallowed my dick. The puci is elastic, but conforms to the size of the biggest dick it has taken.

Prostitutes look tight because they are not sexually attracted to u. I know boys who claim a gal is tight, but as the lady becomes free with them, they get wet easily, relax their muscles freely and the guy knows the gal is a bore-hole.

TempoJames comes through every time. Health workers are couselled to get immunized against hepatitis B, because of their increased risk of exposure to the virus.

Zones with the highest density of the virus, are zones where there is increased scarification markings like OYo, and areas with FGM thriving.

There are many problems in the world real and imagined.

Who is parading as a doctor on this thread falsely.?

The subject matter here is Hepatitis B .

I know for a fact that over 99% of doctors do not know what the virus looks like ,hell how many doctors in Nigeria have seen and electron microscope.

So because the person who started the thread is not a doctor you must put them down? That says more aout you than anything else

Your biography is of no interest to me apart from revealing your immaturity and lack of exposure.

You need to get out of Nigeria and see how healthcare delivery works in advaanced societies
And u think my practice is restricted to this country, u joker!

99% of Nigerians parading stethoscopes on their vehicles are lab scientists and pharmacist, yet u think that's what goes on in reasonable countries. Pharmacist also parade themselves as doctors where healthcare delivery works.

When nurses are asked questions in the UK, they answer professionally and add that they'll confirm with the patients Doctor, then a frustrated lab Scientist opens a hopeless thread , telling unsuspecting people that he will teach the management in subsequent day, and u are cheering the chalartan on.

Get an international licence, then we can be on the same page.

Honestly this is unnecessary. Why put people down?

There are so many cowboys out there with Nigerian MBBSs who are no worse than butchers.

It is not having or not having MBBS that mkes a person knowledgeable but continuous study and updating.

Anyone with A level science can read up and understand cirrhosis /cancer and the science .Mind you most of the research that constitutes the knowledge base in medcine is not done by doctors but by specialist scientists whether they be viroligists pharmacologists etc.

This " local" attitude of Nigeria doctors is embarrassing.

You folk need exposure

You give an example of a bad Phamarcist

for every one there are dozens of doctors in th US or UK undergoing fitness to practice hearing.

Your anecdote proves nothing about pharmacists but proves you cannot reason logically or scientifically without bias
Don't come here and mutter gibberish. Anyone can read up anything, but anyone cannot be a specialist. I have reffered aged men today to urologists, and they were thankful. 1 was for bladder CA.

Guess what's? pharmacist had milked those dudes dry before presenting to our facility. One with passage of clots, but the pharmacist kept loading him with antifibrinolytics. Just a history of bloody hematuria, without concomitant rise in BP clinched the diagnosis. If u say I shouldn't educate people of these then u are an enemy.

There are terrible Doctors, pharmacist, lawyers etc. Yet Doctors don't go parading as lawyers, pharmacists and nurses. There must be something wrong, as u walk into pharmacies and they consult and are called Doctors, and they can't even call the client to order that they aren't.

If asking people to remain within their scope is unprofessional to u, then u need ur orientation and education rechecked.

yes o.
Ur colleagues want to cause nuisance here
When did u become a Lab Scientist. Is it the job a scientist to Educate people about ailment? Even his choice of Language and his equating cirrhosis, as liver cancer, already shows how much of a Google maniac he is.

The other day a Chief lab scientist was running around saying a neonate has jaundice because the SB is 75umol/l, because the range on his book put total at 17umol/l. In a bid to look intelligent ran out to say the value is high. Whereas the value just amounted to 4.4mg/dl which didn't need photo. Trying to explain was more confusion to the semi-illitrate. I had to tell him to go back to his office and allow the Doctors do their own job, and he walked away thinking he was right.

A pharmacist sister had a positive HBSag, after visiting the Doctor he only wrote linvolin, and asked her to follow a particular management plan. The pharmacist went ahead to dispense antiviral without the hepatologist consent. It was during severe viral reaction, the patient presented, her condition was reexplained, and she used her own mouth to curse her sister, the pharmacist.

People should be content with their role and stick with it. I have several lab scientist oriented journals from UK, and other advanced countries, and they always maintain a Lab oriented scope.

Disjointed information, given by someone who has no business giving it. The shame we found in this country. Google will not replace Lawyers, Doctors and Engineer, and should only be sort to increase patients awareness.

Health workers working with body fluids are more prone to Heb B. All health workers are advised to immunize against hepatitis. This is my little contribution.

That said, the Lab scientist in Nigeria will soon meet their waterlow. The threw microbiologist and every other course allied to diagnosis away from the lab, and come online to peddle disjointed stuffs, meddling into areas they have vague knowledge about, consolidating their ignorance by Google.

A hematologist should write a better piece, not this gibberish written to sway unsuspecting individuals.

Pls health workers immunize yourself, that my only advice again.
