CeeC failed as a celebrity before she began. Her ugly, crass and repugnant attitude makes her a liability to whatever brand she seeks to represent.

Her short stature worsens her chances of getting any sympathy and her yam legs as a weapon is a danger to young kids.

Marriage is for mature people. With ur Jean trousers, palm slippers, slim look and hair style, u don't look mature enough for marriage.

The new trend is for irresponsible and broke guys to propose. The girl feeling it's marriage gives the guy free access to her puci, only for the guy to claim it didn't work out months to years later.

Prove me wrong and get married to that lady.

Wish u well.

Current practice is CS for all breech presentation to reduce maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. In modern day obstetrics, assisted vaginal breech delivery and external cephalic version (changing the presentation from breech to cephalic per abdomen) are no longer practiced.
I agree with u though. Modern obstetric is advocating counselling breech on CS, and allowing them play a part in the decision. However, certain factors should determine the decision. E.g Expected birth weight, multiparity and presence of a midwife/obstetrician skilled in breech delivery. The woman should be counselled and her decision duely documently incase of an adverse outcome. In few years vaginal breech may become totally obselete.

OK.U at least confirmed, that it's a leading cause of death. 3rd for that matter. So if John Hopkins can be sincere in their research. How about Nigeria. It's the patients prerogative to escalate the case, and it's the hospitals right to also defend themselves. But as long as the human realm exist, human error is unavoidable.
HealthRe: The Doctors Forgot A Gauze Bandage Inside Me After Surgery (Disturbing Photo) by MrBigiman: 6:45pm On Jun 23, 2018
enonche85:
In medicine, surgery to be precised, mistakes are not allowed. Surgeries are meant to be 1000%, else that doctor should not be allowed anywhere near an operating theatre.

The doctor who performed that surgery deserved to have his licence revoked or suspended and the hospital should be sued and fined heavily for not been able to detect their mistake on time. Mistakes should never be allowed in medicine.
Stop speaking with sentiments. Last year John Hopkins, one of the top 5 hospital in the world, did a research and found that the highest cause of death in their hospital wasn't Diabetes or hypertension, but Doctors error. Humans are bound to make errors, even the best of Surgeons. That's why systems are left to minimise these errors. e.g A drug prescribed has to go to the dispensary, where the pharmacist can spot an error in prescription, and salvage an impending disaster. A scrub nurse should count the number of Abdopacks and instruments to avoid a disaster. I hope the hospital is sued, so they get their acts right, that's if the story is true.

Amarabae:
there is nothing inconclusive here,. The bastard doctor is a victim of the arrogance instilled in them in the medical school.
I heard this news at work today and it's very very disturbing.
This profession is the reason our health sector is in shambles!
And they don't want to improve themselves according to international best practices
You are no different from a School of Nursing graduate. Infact, graduate nurses are less equipped for hospital practice. It is plenty portfolio with no substance. The best nurses I know attended school of Nursing and have outshined the portfolio bearing BNSC nurses, who are only good at formenting trouble in the name of protecting a profession that is hunted by none.

The true story is out, the Nurse was a girl friend to the Doctor. He decided to marry someone else and the disgruntled nurse took the matter they have in their bedroom to the hospital, showing gross insorbodination and a distateful attitude. The stories padded and magnified by the nurse is not true. The slaps she got has nothing to do with the hospital or patient care, but the fact that she has become a piece of thrash and nonentity to the Doctor.

They should be advised to settle their matter out of hospital, instead of disturbing our peace with hopeless lies.

The other day it was a story of a Doctor pouring wound infested water on a nurse. The patient in question was called and when she gave an eye witness account, the case is closed. The nurse didn't come back to tender and apology.

The Doctor was screaming that what the nurses are doing, leaving him to attend to an injured patient alone is not fair, and the nurse was giving very terrible attitude. While still shouting in anger at the negligent attitude of the nurses, the bowl fell down and splashed on both the patient and the nurse, which was an obvious mistake. Yet the nurse blew it out of proportion and claimed the Doc poured it twice. The patient said it was false and the nurses have no manner or milk of human kindness.

After this everyone have remained silent.

Amarabae:
The comparison is very right.
Why should a fresh medical graduate earn higher than a teacher with over 15years experience?
Answer me!
Funny u. Pls the American bereau of employment ranking of profession by pay is an open source statistic. U could check professions and pay to enlighten urself. Also the British employment and pay statistic is also evident for all to see, try and read that up, at least u always threaten to run to UK.

That said, Doctors are first teachers before being physicians. Febrile convulsions are better aborted by short acting benzodiazepines, Rectal Diazepam is better given than IV, also if ur facility has Lorazepam, or if u write ur NMC and see Lorazepam and Diazepam, pls choose lorazepam, it's shorter acting, less respiratory depressing and is the drug of choice. This is a Doctor! A nurse can give diazepam, but when the patient starts asking, will my child overcome this convulsion, will it happen again, can it cause permanent brain damage, can it diminish my child's intelligence, will he need an EEG, what time is he likely to overcome it, what areas of the brain is affected?, the nurse quickly says, ask the Doctor, because the Doctors core job is teaching, Doctor comes from the Greek word Duceo, meaning to teach. So if I am both a teacher, and a physician, and paid as both. I should with all due respect be paid more. Half of the time I spend in the Clinic goes to teaching.

So now you accept teaching is a noble profession, I can remember the day you were mocking teachers and how nurses are better than them, you will say anything to bring down other profession if and when it suits you especially in the case of doctors.
She has a really ugly heart. I also saw that post, and the post against consultant physicians, and the post against engineers, and against those studying agriculture and lawyers. Her vocal eruptions and indescresions are endless and I wonder if she is really ok.

Teachers aren't paid well, and aren't motivated, and as long as that is, examination malpractice and our academic indices will dwindle. And whoever wants to speak for teachers can, but not the double mouthed amaraebae or amara oriaku.
She only cuts out of her megalomania and fellowships with other professions when she wants to belittle the effort or significance of Doctors in the Society. Today it's comparing Doctors with teachers and lecturers, forgetting that there are Doctors who are also teachers and lecturers, contributing immensely to society than any other person.

U are so used to bringing other people's profession down and it's sad. The other time u insulted Engineers and claimed Agricultural Engineers were less than u. U also insulted Consultant physicians claiming u know more than them, yet u want to travel to the UK were the physicians plan must be followed to the letter or u fill an incident form. You better retrace ur steps.

Several Nigerian Lawyers have written the LCAT and other law exams and are practising successfully abroad. Law is a professional course and yes is rated higher than Nursing anywhere in the world. People leave Nursing school in Nigeria, and do just 1 year and get their BSC in the UK. Non science related People also have an acelerated 2 years program to become nurses in the US, so nursing is not a hard nut to crack. Reginia Askia once boasted of being an art student, but passing the nursing exams and now being a senior nurse in the US. Dekunle Fuji also dumped a failing music career for nursing. It's only in naija nursing runs for Donkey years.

That said. Humble urself, write ur IELTs and aim an average of 7, and a minimum of 7, write the CBT, then proceed for OSCE. Several school of nursing ladies has given up on the IELTs, so be sober and cross that not so difficult huddle. Before boasting of leaving.

I am apologising on behalf of this stupid doctor, Olufunmilayo that wrote this article with an intent of hate in a bid to prevent his fellow doctors from practicing in a saner clime like him. If he is so patriotic why is he not in Nigeria.
I am also apologising to Nigerians who feel that doctors make too much noise about their leaving. The truth is most of us who are planning to leave don't even loud it and we are so mad at this Dr Olufunmilayo of a guy. Who send am message. Now people are thinking we are sounding like a loud bass.
Nigerians don't worry, you will have doctors to treat you and you won't notice the doctors exit as you'll have new graduate from medical schools, JOHESU members and quacks parading as doctors readily available.
And to many NHS doctors in view, let your soul rejoice as you stand a good chance of treating Buhari when he next visits. The door as been thrown wide open to more non EU doctors. Just write IELTS, PLAB 1 and PLAB 2 and Issagoal.
I'm already learning to say, "God bless the Queen"
Very true. Most don't loud it at all. Up to 6 residents left a facility I worked for. And they weren't even acting as if they were planning on anything. Doctors don't threaten to leave but leave. Work 2yrs in UK and u can Migrate to Australia or Canada and experience the new world.

U can imagine the impact the hospital felt losing 6 experienced residents and shopping for 6 more. First the Doctor patient relationship is affected, then also some of the best brains are lost.

just like how an anatomist will argue the location of thoracic inlet with a medic/surgeon which is the reverse clinically..

u grab..
if u wanna know, take this thread to another pathogist friend if u have one,
U noticed I stopped arguing with him. If u raise a point and someone gives a superior argument, it's best to stop digging and accept. But reverse was the boys case.

There are 3 location of the appendix clinically for example. So when the anatomist says it must be at the McBurney's point, we in the clinic's just laugh. Again it's easy to distinguish book knowledge from practical knowledge.

God bless you.
I wonder how a profession will be pained that others want to advance in their career.
I don't see a medical laboratory scientists dragging the theater with doctors nor pharmacists trying to drag a medical doctor role.
Johesu professionals want to advance in our careers and meet up with our colleagues in foreign countries,
That's international best practices.
Any nurse who leaves the shores of Nigeria is very happy and proud to work with foreign doctors because their mentality is different from what we have here.
We are not doctors
We are nurses and proud.
I pray for a professional inter relationship and partnership to be restored between all professionals in the health sector of Nigeria.
We see ur lies clearly. U insulted an Agricultural engineer and claimed their below ur course and asked and Engineer to go back to school.

You claimed to know more than a consultant physician and claimed the only person that knows more than u is a Surgeon. Yet u are here feigning fake need for interprofessional harmony.

Judgement day awaits u, if u don't repent.

Acidosis:
If you've been employed for at least 5 years, trust me, what people studied in school won't be of relevance to you anymore.

A lot of employees in the labour market don't even know what their colleagues studied in school. I don't think HR reveals such details. It took some employees 10 years to actually recognize that the man they've been saying "yes sir" to for ages had a "lower certification". Sometimes, roles and experience play important roles. In fact, for most productive companies (not government work), promotions and perks are based on performance appraisals/feedback from your manager or supervisor, not what you studied some 20 years ago.

There are doctors in many large engineering firms and other non-health sector organisation, why are they not ruling such organisations?

You are an Engineer so I expect more from you. In Engineering, an Architect is supposed to work hand in hand with a builder or construction engineer, yet Architecture in most schools is rated highly above others in terms of rigour, terms and duration of training. I've seen some Architects go back to school to study construction management (a perceived "lower course" ). New engineering courses are emerging on a daily basis given trends in the global economy, yet the older ones are not complaining.

I expect you to settle your scores with Amarabae, it is not a very good thing to speak ill of other health workers because they don't carry the MBBS tag. Some people just want to be Nurses, Pharmacists, and nothing more. They want to be appreciated and allowed to reach the peak of their careers.
Ur write up is filled with sentiments.

First u are replying a man who a fellow Johesu member insulted and called his course the worst among courses. The same Amarabae went ahead to insult Agricultural engineering, claiming they are lower rated than MLS. The same rating she criticises in hospitals, saying no profession in hospitals are superior. But even a herbiphrenic mad man will not compare MBBS with lab science or nursing, even in the most advanced and democratic countries in the world. You should have addressed the lady before turning to the sincere man.

You stated that in work places after some years people don't know what you studied. That again is partly the truth. In professional courses 20 years after, people still know what u studied. A gynaecologist will remain one after 20yrs, and a nurses role doesn't become skewed after 30years. In the Law court we know the Lawyer, the judge and the court clerk, and the court clerk never demands to be the head, and never tries tries to distort an obvious narrative. It's only in courses that are not essentially professional like Lab science, that a 2yrs graduate can claim to know more than a graduate of 20yrs, because it's mainly technical skills. Also Actng, singing, presenting etc.

Doctors don't fight to head engineering firms because thats not their niche. However, engineers don't fight to lead their clinics in companies. Chevron, Shell, Slumberger Clinics are also headed by physicians, and not pharmacists or Lab scientists. Note that the aforementioned coys are not Nigerian companies so u don't scream Nigerian factor. Note also that Doctors are paid more than other health workers in these company without any Johesu protest or pay parity struggle there. So it's obvious the struggle is a Nigerian factored struggle, where we disregard order and distort structure.
