I met a beautiful girl yesterday with good character but she has no career or any business ideas. She told me that she will love to go to school..I love this girl and I wish to marry her but my problem is that I want to enroll her in University. I keep asking her what have you been doing when you were young.? She said that her parents are poor.. that they were unable to enroll her in University

- decide you want to marry her like that (aka a liability)
- want to enroll her in uni (as if everyone out there have uni "intelligence)
- keep deceiving yourself that this woman ISNT a liability

then the problem is you sir. this is who she is, and if you think that you can just throw money and knowledge at her, and she will miraculously change, then i suggest you reconsider. you cant turn a liability into a success story, and you should probably accept her for the lazy uneducated woman that she is.

Quite a write up..and all true except for where you wrote that disagree about more life/work opportunities in the US/UK/Canada for Nigerians.
There are actually better opportunities in those places. Trust me. If you need to start a business and you know what you are doing. It's would be very easy because there won't be the usual bureaucracies, bottle necks and obstacles we are all too used to in Nigeria.

what i actually meant was that there are more opportunities in the world for Nigerians/Africans, than these above countries.... especially in places like Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Asia etc but sadly, because of that "american dream" mindset where EVERYONE wants to go to the US, then there are less opportunities in these countries because there are so many immigrants (both legal and illegal ones) trying to make it there., just look at the thousands of people everyday trying to cross from Mexico to the US? its harder to make money in these countries than in the above other countries i mentionned IMHO . how much are unskilled workers paid in the US sef compared to unskilled workers in Scandinavia, for example?

Also if you are the not so ambitious type, there are many unskilled hussles you can do that would earn you as much as your skilled counterpart earn. I know people who go about picking empty aluminum can and water bottles in trash and selling it for 50 to 100 dollars per day.

same happens everywhere...i actually posted about it here in 2017... in Denmark, you get $30cents per empty plastic/metal can and even glass bottle and you can easily pick up 100 cans in a few hrs. the normal ones make an easy 20$ per day doing this, the hardcore ones just sit at parks all day and walk around the dustbins and LITERALLY pick money from the bins, then you just walk to a supermarket, put the cans in a machine that will litterally give you the money back.

#8 a very simple hustle is to be a empty can/bottle collector. Many brothas walk around picking up these empty marked cans, beer/plastic bottle the whole day, and then go to the supermarket where there is a machine where you put them in. The machine gives you a ticket and you walk to the cashier and get your cash. Most Danish ain't down with it but many jobless foreigners were making up to 100/150DKK (about 15/20$) per day through that hustle. FACT!

So, is it worth it to go to Denmark?! Hell yeah, but I suggest you have a valid work visa, proper place to sleep at, and prepare for the worst!

Hello all, I need to know if I'm doing some things right or over reacting. My wife and I just married some months ago and we just spend here and there on stuffs. I bought food stuffs in the house and told her I will place her on 40k monthly to cover for soups and all and I expect her to add to it if it's not enough. There is this man i used to work with, he is married with 3 kids but a chronic womanizer, there was a time i counted his side chicks as being up to 13, inclusive of like 3 actively married women, he gave the excuse of one having issues with her husband who she opened a provision store and bought a car for but he ended up squandering everything on young girls such that the shop closed down, he sold the car and bought a bike with the proceeds(mind you, at the height of the business booming, he decided to rent the adjoining room to the shop, thereby abandoning his home, only came back when things went burst).

What karma awaits this my boss if the karma that awaits unmarried guys is other young guys would lash their future wives in return.

there is no such thing as karma as he didnt hurt anyone here (but his wife). as much as what happened to this man is unfortunate, many cheating men are highly successful and cheat til well into their 90s.... the simple reason for that is that there are equally so many women out there who are willing to get down with such men. you cant blame this issue on solely cheating men and need to equally look at the women they are cheating with. you certainly cant fix a problem by simply focussing on one side of the issue.

- some women's sole dream in life is to get married to a good man
- some women out there dont care about a career so long as someone is willing to take care of them
