On a serious note, can somebody to answer me & giv me cogent reason why some states in nigeria practices strict sharia law, hav hisbah police force & sharia court. But it becomes an offence &treasonable for Kanu to innogurate an armless boys scout. To protect & saveguard Igboland from invaders?............smh for 1 zoogeria
How can they protect Igbo land if they are 1, armless and 2, boy scouts as you have said? You see the problem I was trying to address? Igbos need to start reasoning. The fulani herdsmen even have more weapons than these clowns you call BSS.
Politics › Biafra SS : Time For Kanu To Have A Rethink On His Approach Towards The Cause. by Mrchippychappy(op): 6:21pm On Aug 17, 2017
I read an article written by a certain Frank Eze and I would like to start by including that article on this thread:

PrettyRita:
I watched with utter disgust a recent video where Nnamdi Kanu was seen gallivanting while inspecting a parade and guard of honour mounted by the 'Biafra Security Service (BSS)' in Abia State. What a shame! While reactions have continued to trail the ambiguous show of charlatanry and utter exploitation of Ndigbo by the masquerade called Nnamdi Okwu Kanu, the facts remain that Kanu is a pseudo criminal perpetuating his ideals for personal gains.
The whole show of shame completely shatters possible silver lining in the rejuvenated Biafran dream amongst Ndigbo sons and daughters around the world. Kanu’s desperation for relevance has taken him overboard in a display of sheer ignorance, lack of coordination and application in his chauvinistic agenda.

The video was supposed to be a propaganda aimed at projecting the readiness of Kanu and his IPOB agitators to enforce the Biafra dream, by applying force where necessary. The BSS is supposed to be the vital component of the Biafran Armed Forces, with the mandate to muster military options in enforcing the realization of Biafran.

However, what we saw was indeed an eyesore, an insult on the intelligence and versatility of Ndigbo. It dashed the hope of anyone who thinks Kanu may have genuine intentions and organized plans afterall.
First, members of the BSS looked hungry, unaware, and are largely illiterate who were apparently detached from the show of shame even though they were the objects of manipulation. The BSS Parade Commander hardly made a coherent statement. He tried to rehearse a script while making disjointed parade commands. Even when the Nnamdi Kanu inspected the parade, it was another shenanigan for the camera.

My thoughts are clear and simple. Kanu will continue to pursue his acts of deception against the sensibilities of Ndigbo, as long as those WHO MUST speak continue to maintain a cold silence or total indifference. I know without equivocation that we the Ndigbo remain the target of Kanu's exploitation. He knows our passion for self actualization, so he will continue to exploit his caricature campaigns at the detriment of our collective will.

No wonder members of the BSS lack any form of originality. They played parade songs of the Nigerian military, while the acclaimed leader of the Biafra movement inspected the parade. They even sang an Hausa song (....wayo wayo wayo,......wayoyo....) commonly used by the Nigeria military and para-military outfits during training and road walks. Even the “general salute” which Kanu acknowledged and the accompanying trumpet sounds is copycat of the Nigerian Army.

It is therefore obvious to all who can see that Kanu has nothing different to offer. He wants to lead the Ndigbo by faith or by force. With his BSS, he is only primed to take his thuggery to Anambra State where he has vowed to disrupt the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the State. We must rise and resist this sham and refused to be cowed by Kanu and his group of Social Media Warriors.

I hate to say this but I agree with the writer Frank Eze. Ndigbo, for just a minute, I beg you, take off the "Pro-Biafra" spectacles / glasses and see clearly, for JUST 1 minute. Now, ask yourselves- how on earth does Kanu intend to liberate the Igbos from this contraption called Nigeria? By using his illiterate boy scouts? Ever heard the saying "don't bring a knife to a gun fight"? Kanu wants to liberate the East by leading his BS sorry BSS to battle against the Nigerian army? I am all for Biafra but I have to say Kanu's strategy and that of his team (IF he has any and that's a big IF) has been clueless right from day one. No Diplomatic game plan whatsoever, no proper international presence / recognition, and going by what I have seen with this BS security team or whatever they are, I would say he also has no contingency plan in the eventuality of violent against the people he so "loves".

Kanu has so far handled the Biafran struggle as a personal pet project of his and it is A LOT MORE BIGGER THAN THAT. We need intellectuals to champion the Biafran cause, Kanu has been a bold outspoken individual so far and I commend him for his sacrifices, however the new Biafra WOULD NEVER be a "one man" show, We wouldn't have a repeat of what happened in the 60's when Ojukwu, as motivated and eloquent as he was, stubbornly refused to listen to the wise counsel of more experienced Biafran high ranking officers who served as combat soldiers in Vietnam, Burma and in the Congo crisis, if only he was willing to be humble and receive some advise from his colleagues and fellow Biafran soldiers with a lot more experience, we would not have been in this sorry excuse of a country called Nigeria and I probably wouldn't be written this article, but here we are!

Kanu should learn to sit back and think things through before taking actions, his impulsive actions and decisions has so far made the Biafran struggle seem like a joke, he needs to build an intellectual team and send them out to create more international awareness for the cause, garner more support and learn from history on how smaller, weaker nations have defied the odds against them by humiliating their larger and more advanced adversary(ies). The time of being outspoken has come and gone, the call for Biafra has NEVER been louder than it is now (with the exception of the mid 60's incident), he has our attention, NOW IS THE TIME TO SIT BACK AND WORK ON GAME PLAN.

Regardless of where you stand on the call for Biafra, understand this - voluntarily or involuntarily the lives of MILLIONS of people are now in Kanu /IPOB hands, some of these people are in support of him, some are not in support and some undecided, ANY BLUNDER, I repeat ANY BLUNDER as a result of one mans braggadocio or arrogance could led to the death of MILLIONS and I for one wouldn't rest until that man is paid back in Kind.

I would end with these bible quotes:

Matthew 10:16 - Be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.

Proverbs 24:6 - For by wise guidance you will wage war, And in abundance of counselors there is victory.

That is your personal opinion, dont make it Kanu or IPOB's opinion.

When I was a member of ny schools boyscouts, we saluted and had guards of honour.

When I was in the Redcross, we saluted and had guards of honour

Even during my NYSC days, we saluted and kept guards of honours which civilians occasionally inspected

IPOB gives Kanu a guard of honour which he inspects and salutes to and people start writting nonsense. All of a sudden it is about "applying force where necessary"

Kanu is not doing anything you dont see other organisation like the Boys Brigade, Boyscouts and so on doing

But because it is Kanu and IPOB, people start foaming at the mouth.

The write up was utter nonsense.

While i support the notion, i must say the poll is flawed. Majority of those that voted him do not have access to Internet. So more reflective poll will go to the streets, especially, those in the president's region to ask if they would like him to resign. I'm sure the answer will be a resounding No. Simply because over there religion trumps everything else, even morals.

As long as he had a dignified job, that's all that matters. Luiz Da Silva of Brazil was once a shoe shiner before he became a president. Most countries prefer leaders with humble beginnings and respectable background, shame the same cannot be said about Nigeria where the likes of Tinubu and his toronto certificate gained political relevance and power through thuggery, ritual killings, looting, fraud and other vices.

These weaklings are subhumans - they have been rolled over and trampled upon by the Hausas, the Igbos and lately the Ijaws have been causing mayhem on their water ways but they wouldn't tell you about that lol, they are low life serpents, forever in the dust. No mind the subhuman slaves, trying to play the "convenience" card against the igbos, when it is convenient they say delta igbos are not igbos and when it is inconvenient then they say yes delta igbos are igbos. When a man from the South South is apprehended for criminal activities he becomes "omo Igbo" but when a man from the South South makes disparaging comments about the Igbos, then they laugh and say "Ïgbos are trying to force affiliation with the South South" , its a shame most igbos can't see through the deceptive and slave like nature of this slimy, scumbag filths.

I hope the people of the SS and middle belt are reading this thread very carefully.

Kanu called his own Igbo people piglets and idiots this morning. Now, the people he called idiots and piglets are calling Banjo a traitor.

This same Banjo died for the Biafran cause when Ojuku ran from Abakaliki to Abidjan like a molue lorry that failed brakes.

Any tribe that follows the Igbos in their journey of perdition is doomed.

Mark my words.
Because everybody get data and access to Nairaland no mean say everybody carry the same thing for head. Guy abeg go and read more about the events that transpired between the Banjo and Ojukwu. Why make a radio announcement WITHOUT the permission of highest authority? Why did Banjo halt his advance for 6hrs? it was within this 6 hr period that, for some mysterious reason, the FG got an anonymous tip off and started placing road blocks all over the same route banjo and his troops were heading towards. Your people are snakes and the head of the serpent must be bruised.

You keep mentioning Afonja when your effeminate fathers never started a successful riot not to talk if winning a war. Afonja had a record of winning ALL his wars and losing just a single one. That was his last war.

On the other hand, mention a single war won by any Igbo man living or dead.

Even the Aba women riot was started by your women and led by a Yoruba Woman, Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti. She led Aba Women's Riot, Banjo led the only Biafran offensive in the civil war.

Don't be sentimental just judge by the first coup.
And what do you know about the first coup in Nigeria? some of you here probably don't know about Awo's plan to topple the federal government, this was long before Nzeogwu, who do you think sowed the seed of discord in Nigeria? even the northerners would tell you that there was a time when an Igbo man would govern in the North and a Northerner in the East UNTIL Zik won the western house, Awo then had a meeting with the western representatives and told them it would be a shame for an easterner to govern in Yoruba land, The next day, an event that had NEVER happened in the history of Nigeria happened, there was massive CROSS CARPETING, virtually all yorubas who voted for Zik voted against him and till this day we still have this problem in Nigeria, some people are fond of trying to re-write history so that they can paint an evil, conniving, petty, sadistic crook as one of the founding fathers of Nigeria but we know better.

And if you want to be honest and truthful, it is actually a number of indigenes who come from that area, that keep trying to disassociate themselves from Igbo, by claiming they are Ika and not Igbo. It is not outsiders, that say they are not Igbo. sad So what fake point are you trying to prove, here?
