Most people don't plaster both but this is poor and dangerous practice. The best practice is to protect the inner blocks from waste water and household chemicals which over time will weaken the already sometimes poor quality blocks. In such situation, you run the risk of collapse due to weakened blocks. So close eye and nylon plaster both to protect the blocks.

Sir, this septic tank caught my attention. Would you mind to explain why it was partitioned into 3 parts?. With this system, do you still need a soak away pit? Do you have a separate system for wastes coming from the kitchens and bathrooms?
I have a rental build that's expected to accommodate between 32 to 40 people. so, we did 14x6x10ft septic with soak away of 6x6x6ft. Both will take care of the poop. We are digging a hole of about 15 rings depth for the water coming from the kitchens and bathrooms.
I don't know if you have a better suggestion. Thank you.

Currently now no job. Am an ssce holder nd 25yrs old. But honestly if i can see 40k-50k job in any location or state, i will do it. Even if is labour intensive

Go and learn any skill of your choice.
Pop, tiling, electrical technician, plumbing, painting, even carpentry work.
These folks are earning well and sites are busy year round.

They're still there.
They're doing a neat job though but the person that took the job doesn't stay in the site on most days. He left 3 guys there. I won't recommend him please.

1. I'm not in the site. I didn't tell anyone to open each carton to count for me. Here's what a carton will achieve:
For the walls, I'm using 25 by 40. A carton will cover 1.5sqm. there's another size, 30 by 60. Its being sold for 2900 per carton. Each carton of that covers about 1sqm.
A carton of 40x40 will cover 1.9sqm and there are 12 pcs inside the carton.

I don't know if Mr Bolu1986 can help with some pictures. He is likely to be there today to inspect a separate work.
2. I'll try to do that once I have a clear one. The one they sent to me was taken last night.
3. He does most of his jobs in Lagos because he lives in akute.

I bought some locally made tiles in Abeokuta ( victory and goodwill) 4 days ago.
The prices are given per carton, not sqm.

kitchen wall = 2900

Toilet wall = 2800

Toilet floor = {40*40} 3800

Kitchen floor = {40*40} 3800

Sitting room, entrance porch and rooms = {40*40} 4400(victory).
Goodwill is 4300. There are some for 3800, which are the plain ones.

Go and do the pricing yourself. If you go with your tiler and he's known to them at the outlet, they'll add 50 or 100 per carton for him. They added 100 for us but we were ahead of them. Imagine paying that for over 500 cartons. He doesn't need to give them any signal. Some tilers too loiter around the outlets too. If you involve them in selecting a good tiles and all that, the sales person might add the tiler's rebate to the price they'll give you.

I'm paying 400 naira per sqm.

I placed order for them in abeokuta this morning:
30 tonnes Granite- 350k
Same volume of sharp sand - 150k.
Same person sold these for me at 195k and 110k respectively in February.

Am confident in the engineer handling the projects that this will not be the case , in addition to the hidden roofs , also have roof terraces in 2 of the build, 1st build is in operation , no issues so far

In those days,as a resident, if you have a Nigerian trained HO on call with you, you can have a small nap. If otherwise, dem no born you well.
A lady, Russian trained almost got me in trouble in the OR. I can never forget that experience. I never trust any HO since that time, even though I know what naija trained HO's are doing outside.

Unfortunately, they would need to look elsewhere to complete their training. Medicine cannot be entirely thought online, no matter how they sugarcoat it.
They should instead lobby the government to make arrangements for them to be absorbed by any accredited medical school in Nigeria, to complete their training.
Another option is to obtain their transcripts and get transferred to any of the private universities that offers medical training. They can also seek to be transferred to any other medical college in those neighboring countries.
Aside from MDCN, I'm registered with 3 other medical regulatory Authorities ( GMC-UK, DOH-ABU DHABI and DHA). I can tell you for a fact that MDCN is the most lenient, in terms of requirements to be fulfilled before being granted license to practice.

Ideally, its wiring first.
In my current build, I'll be doing the pop first. Some electricians can work with that (carefully).

It is possible that the height of that door isn't upto 2.1m, then the mason in order to save his energy and time just did a lot of padding at the door sill.
I will advise you pull out the door, get a good Mason to reinstall it. This time give good tolerance for the cement bed and tiles probably 50-75mm then fill up the space in between the door frame and the lintel.

Case closed.

Madam Engineer, with your explanation ma. My concern is the extra cost of sand, cements and labor. We can't blame any one until we hear the full story from the owner on his decision from foundation stage. My opinion, the gap shouldn't by more then 2" for tiles in other not to waste owners money

Sir, I didn't do anything special to cut corners from foundation. I even spent more than what was quoted in some areas on the boq.
The construction was handled (with the exception of rough electrical piping, door installation and windows installation) by a young graduate of civil engineering. Fund has never been the problem since we started, so I didn't request for any pash pash anywhere.

I've narrowed the possible solution down to:
To remove the doors and bring them down to close the gap underneath when re-insalling them( Someone that read my post here suggested this to me offline).
To pad/balance the floor with concrete before tiling.
To put a course of blocks or concrete slab, to seal the opening beneath the doors.

After how many blocks from DPC was your lintel done? Did you do German Floor (if you did, it does look deep enough)? This is one reason why I'll have to opt for custom made doors instead of ready made. You might need to add more concrete on the floor before tiling if you've already done German floor. Alternatively, your tilers may have to fill up that huge gap over the entire floor or just under the doors with mortar, in which case you might have to be lifting your legs to pass through doors.

What is the length/height of your door in feet?

It's either the caprenter did not transfer the right height of door around your walls while forming the llintel or your floor level is uneven. If it's the latter then the level difference should have been noticed while laying your blocks.

Anyways get a tiler to transfer the tile finshed level across the rooms and see the difference in the levels. Then make up the difference with concrete or mortar before laying the tiles.
