In other words, when you are inside the house and open the door, it swings towards you to your right hand side.

For transportation from Lagos , I would assume they will charge between 15- 20k. We can split that even. Fair enough?

if there wasn’t any grid in place what will you be connecting to in the first place? Everything doesn’t have to be tribalism or sentiments but if you think it’s too expensive then make your own connection directly from kanji dam.

I think the govt and the discos need to beam their lights on the activities of these CDAs.
I was told we’ll pay 250k(recently increased from 150k) to connect to the national grid.
Now, Mr Chairman has decided to flex his muscles by telling us that we will have to pay 750k because we have 3 buildings on the property. And these folks do anything they want as far as connecting to their community grid is concerned. They disconnect people when they so wish.

Hi Nlders, I need a physiotherapist’s advice on my father’s health issue. My dad will be 74 this year and he’s been battling all sorts for some time now but there are two scary ones which is glaucoma and body pain especially his right leg which kinda makes walking very difficult for him now. While he went on his usual visit to see the doctor treating his eyes 👀 the optician detected that his sight was in the last stage. He mentioned some things that had to do with eye pressure and he advised we let the leg alone for now and focus majorly on glaucoma. The moment we heard glaucoma we swinged into action, but his legs are hurting, they’re gradually becoming lean as if they want to stop carrying his body. His inability to do the usual things he’d normally do, is maybe part or solely responsible for why BP has set in. Pls anyone with useful (maybe on diet or otherwise) and professional tips can contribute and It will be appreciated. Thanks 🙏

I can’t imagine what your dad is going through right now.
He needs holistic care and blv me, he needs all the support that he can get from his family.
His leg condition has to be evaluated pls, don’t ignore it and I don’t think any reasonable medic will advise you to do that. Kindly consult an orthopedic specialist. They’ll ask him questions on how he feel, examine him and ask him to go for some imaging studies. X-ray of the knee, spine , plus/- mri of the spine. The specialist will then formulate a plan for your dad. Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, meds, procedures. Can’t go into the details.
He needs to see an ophthalmologist for his Glaucoma, not optician. Unless you don’t know the difference between them. Glaucoma can be stopped from getting worse but unfortunately, it can not be reversed.
He may need other services due to his individual needs. The doctors will definitely formulate a plan for him.

I employed the service of Olukaygold to build this, work on the existing buildings in the compound to correct the errors and to work on the flow and flooring of the compound.

Baba Egunmogaji2, I saw these beautiful bikes at one of the popular local restaurants in Abeokuta today. The riders stopped by to have some amala this afternoon.
I was with my project manager, olukaygold. We were both wondering if baba Eegun was part of the team.
I politely took permission from one of the riders before taking these pictures. Make I no colet.

Oga Kenny, na everybody get past experience. I don’t see any reason why he can’t wait.
I delayed Bolus guys on my site for about 4 extra days because I didn’t release the final payment on time. Not intentional but I got busy along the line. It was eventually settled and he took another job from us same month. This case is less than 2 days and this guy don unleash everything in his arsenal to recover his balance.
Same people that lost control in less than 2 days of being owed would want clients to entrust them with their hard earned money because they’re professionals and they’ve worked for “many clients “.

i have never called out any client here, i have done works for client, the last client i did an interior design even paid extra, he was sending in money in part without me asking. It's only fair i get paid as at when due, and if you have delays it's also fair the client informs me, this will be my last submission on this issue.

Lol. Your last submission my foot. After you don scatter everything finish. The client will eventually pay you but those whom you have attacked by proxy would not forget in a hurry. Learn to take it easy with money. You were paid 25% at a time that you could have also ran away with the clients money. We’ve had far more cases on here, in which the clients were at the receiving end. some are yet to be resolved till date.
Somebody old enough to be your father and who can also recommend you for career changing jobs was abused up there because of the peanut that you are being owed, you read it and just passed. No caution, no apology.
This one shall pass but those who are foolish enough to engage you again here must have seen what you are capable of doing should they forget to pay up within 12hours.
