I had 2 meters installed in the same address sometimes in 2015. they're both in my name(flat A and B)…Abeokuta
I have another build with 5 apartments somewhere else around abk. Sometimes last year, my caretaker contacted me about an ongoing mass metering program. It was free of charge for houses/apartments that are already registered under ibedc. I only registered 1 of those apartments. so, they were sharing just 1 bill(15K), and I was entitled to just 1 meter. The ibedc guys declined to install the meter, they suggested that we register the remaining 4 apartments, so that each apartment would receive its own meter. I was convinced by the caretaker and the tenants not to proceed (they said na setup), because the meter would probably not be installed(not enough to go round), and each of the apartment will now be paying the estimated monthly bill of 15k(now 23k). The community enjoys about 20 hours of electricity.
Note: the meters are not the ones hung outside.

Hmmm. Nigeria labor law is a mess.
In almost 3 years, I still can’t recognize my boss when I meet him one on one. I don’t have any reason to even remember his name. I’ve been at a dinner with on 3 occasions in which we had a handshake and that’s it.

if you have access to more funds, You may consider building some low cost properties and rent them out. Not necessarily for students. you can use some of them for short-let if you live in a major city.

Free feeding and accommodation is included in my contract at my place of work. I only spend money on those on my dependents and when I’m on vacation.
As per the contract they had with the catering company handling that, my feeding comes at 120$ per day(buffet).

A relative installed one in 2013. She had them replaced with nigerite ceiling in 2020. Why? They were just falling off one after the other.

This probably occurred during the cutting of the POP to fit in the Pop light (which has a tendency of causing some cracks) . Sir, Kindly go to the tenant's apartment to see for yourself or ask if the pop was cut to fit in the light. (if possible snap & send here).


Possible Solution to a cracked Pop!: if it's minor crack, refill & screed with little amount of Pop cement!
If it's a large crack, mix pop cement with fillas, to fill strengthen the large space, so as to avoid further cracks.

you are welcome sir, I had to run through my medias for a pic of how it was done at a relative's house..they traced the crack to where the crack stopped and cut a little deep for a refilling..in the pic, u will notice a line on the pop ceiling

Installing spot light shouldnt crack a pop...

I remember the electrician told me that the pop is not really thick.

if it's just a crack, there is a way they fill it up (not to serious tho) but if it's a wide one , they will cut it out and replace with another molded one..a picture of the crack is important Sir.. kindly upload the picture of the crack

The video sent to me is not clear. I could barely see it. It’s a thin line crack with no gap in between. It runs along the entire length of the room.

Bro, pls what’s the solution for a cracked POP ceiling?
It happened when the pop light was being fixed last year. I haven’t seen it myself but the tenant said that it’s now more obvious.
