Business › Re: Alertpay: Is It As Reliable, Recognised And Secure As Paypal? by mrrock: 3:09pm On Jun 16, 2012
@NSNA
Nigeria is not the only country not allowed by paypal. There are many countries also that's not allowed. Don't ask me simply check at paypal site or (google it). And it's not because of fraud. Biggest bank/credit card frauds come from USA, Russia, India, China, e.t.c and they are all paypal approved countries, again (google it).

@Topic
Paypal is not secure at all!!. If you are talking about security the most secure system is LibertyResereve unfortunately it's not popular.
If you know what you're doing online you can open and use paypal is Nigeria (for purchases only) maximum of $500 per month. I once opened 2 with my then intercontinental bank card and was using it for long before leaving. What paypal is after is not your IP really but the network or computer you are logging in from. Example; if you come to Nigeria from USA and log into your paypal it will be ''Limited'' until you verify certain info about your account. But if you log in with the same laptop you've been logging in before you wouldn't have problems.

@Dual Core
You are the only person that gets my point on here. I' am not saying Nigeria is approved. All I offered is a solution that would allow you open and verify paypal whether you be in Nigeria or other countries not approved by paypal.
Webmasters › Re: Why Give Us Ebay When We Dont Have Paypal? by mrrock: 7:28pm On Dec 02, 2011
@Bossman

That's not because you can't use it in Nigeria but because your IP dictates one of the countries they do not approve, if you go to any other country not approve by them you would have the same problem unless your IP changed.

What I posted is a solution irrespective of whether Nigeria is approved for paypal or not. Get the point.
Webmasters › Re: Why Give Us Ebay When We Dont Have Paypal? by mrrock: 7:18pm On Dec 02, 2011
@justwise.
Please stop posting what you don't know.

Any foreign company based in Nigeria would use a US or other country bank account to approve his/her paypal and it's completely legal, there are many Nigerian online sellers already accepting paypal there in Nigeria.

Nigeria is not the only country merchants do not sell to. If it was for fraud then no shipments will go to countries like Russia or Ukrain, or India. A merchant can choose to sell to few countries, infact many US businesses do not sell outside of the USA.

Normally I do not respond to fools but because you responded me directly and just seeing that you don't even know what you are talking about and many novice will go ahead and follow and believe what you saying about paypal that's why I' am writing once more.

1. I have not been to Nigeria for many years. I have neve been a criminal,  have never been convicted of any crime since my whole life.

2. It's not illegal for you to link US bank account to your paypal, infact paypal encourage you to open a US bank account to link with your paypal account if you are in some countries. I have opened paypal for my sister in Uniport and another in Lagos and both of them use it freely.

3. Paypal do not exempt Nigeria because of fraud. There are many countries not allowed by paypal and it's not because of fraud. It's because the banking system of those countries are not modern/ready for online transactions or government of those countries do not approve of them. South Africa was once approved and disapproved again by the government, I don't know the latest.

4. I have rendered services to people from all over the world!. Nigerians don't even use my service because they can't afford online payment.

5. This thread is my domain and if you need any info about paypal or online merchandise as a whole ask me.

If you know what you're doing online you can solve your Ebay and paypal problems whether you be in Nigeria or other countries not allowed by paypal. All you need is open a bank account in US or Canada or UK. Then link the account with your paypal and get paypal verified, and the sky is your limit!. Open your anomymous US or Canada or UK bank account.

Culture › Re: What Has Been Your Experience With Juju? by mrrock: 2:53pm On Sep 28, 2010
@all

Juju exist but don't believe it as you would be dependent on it, the more you believe it the more it would work for you. It's the more you look the less you see just like every other believe example; believing in the bible, koran e.t.c

Anybody saying juju don't exist don't know facts.

For those of you saying whiteman this whiteman that be informed whiteman don't know everything so don't know a thing about African juju. Whiteman have no clue about juju because they believe anything not scientifically proven is not a fact. That's a BIG lie!!!

Nigeria is a corrupt country. There's no institution in Nigeria that's not corrupt both private and government. There's no bank in Nigeria that's not corrupt. I have had encounters with first bank and Ecobank in which they were found to be corrupt. Ecobank is especially very corrupt.

Politics › Re: Obj Is Bad Yes, But He's Still Nigeria's Best Ever President. No Contest by mrrock: 9:45pm On May 28, 2010
I honestly believe OBJ did his best for Nigeria during his last tenure. Nobody is perfect.

Nigeria is one of the world's most corrupt country so any president automatically inherits corruption from you Nairalanders and Nigerians at large.

The only problem I have with him is not doing anything tangible on electricity. If I have the opportunty to rule Nigeria for 8 years I will surely solve our electricity problem once and for all
