Mrviktor: Maguire was good in the game.
Na Walker nd dier cause d goal The standards for good seems to have changed. If you watched the match, it seems just because he didn't make a mistake for the goal doesn't means he was good. He wasn't worse than most of his teammates but I would not describe his performance as good. He was average at best and you can see his lack of confidence on display. Southgate is the worst culprit. He seemed completely clueless. Interesting to see how he does at the world cup because I know they won't sack him. |

Manchester United have six contract decisions to make in next four months: David de Gea - extend 1 year or sell in the summer. Diogo Dalot - Extend 4 yr deal Luke Shaw - let him go Fred - undecided. Marcus Rashford - Extend new 4 year deal. ( I have a soft spot for Marcus) Cristiano Ronaldo - Let him go. The club has an option to extend them all by one year. Who shall be extended & who should be let go for free? https://twitter.com/mufcMPB/status/1569206091715858433?s=20&t=N2Veakh6kwUtwhlLVXv-rA |

elampiro: The same midfielders we were told were a million miles ahead of McTominay? When we argue we should also look at ages of players. Their are up coming players and there are those in their prime. I think you should watch more matches. They're playing 36 year old James Milner, 19 year old Harvey Elliot with either Fabinho or Henderson depending on who's fit. Fabinho, Henderson, Thiago and Keita have all been injured for many periods already. |

Someone you just backed with a host of record breaking signings. Why sack him less than 2 months into the season? They sacked him 1 week after getting a striker he specifically requested. Those Agberos are different. |

Illimitable: Ole never beat Arsenal and Liverpool in a league game throughout his time at the club.
That should tell you all you need to know.
Maguire is a very terrible player. A horrible player and a useless captain.
Maguire has never won player of the month at the club. Martinez did that under one month of joining the club.
Bailly also won player of the month at the club under one month of joining the club.
This was why the fans were outraged that it was Bailly leaving instead of Maguire. Bailly was outstanding in the preseason but he doesn’t have a British passport so he had to leave for useless players to thrive at the club. The passport is irrelevant.it didn't help Henderson or Lingard get in the team. |

Bombblacks: When all Our center backs were fit last season he was 4th choice behind an English, French and Swedish player. He couldn't even get game time ahead of Lindelof. Bailly should not be talking when he couldn't play 3 matches consecutively without getting injured. We're saying different things. I'm saying when Maguire was half fit he was still played ahead of Bailly who was fully fit at the time. And let's not forget Maguire was playing poorly. So despite being unfit or out of form, he was playing ahead of Bailly. Varane was injured quite a bit so Lindelof was playing quite a lot of matches but Bailly wasnt. That's the only point I'm making. Bailly didnt get an opportunity, I dont necessarily think its due to Maguire being English but he has a right to be salty about that. |

I dont think he has a future at the club though and I think he knows that. |

I doubt Antony will start. Back 5 is the same but midfield should hopefully be Casemiro and Fred with Bruno. Unfortunately front 3 will probably be Elanga Rashford and Sancho. |

Arsenal are definitely a much more serious side than recent years. The only doubt I have is how they will manage the Europa League with premier league games. I think they might struggle with that. These first few games they have won Arsenal of previous years would not have won them. It's never easy consistently beating teams you should be beating. |

I actually thought the Leicester match was a good chance to rotate Eriksen with Fred or Donny and Varane probably with Maguire. But ETH chose not to. Varane can't be far from a muscle injury.Maguire own don finish for sure. |
