snazzylove: U clearly stated my mind. What if you are wrong? This thread is created to share perspective on a popular topic among we youths and it doesn't tell that a person is ignorant. To assume someone is ignorant here tells a lot about u. |
perry2020: Kai sum ppl and funny comments sha.Your point are very insightful, informative and educative. I hope you'd be able to provide answer to this question; 1. How long have u been married? *smile* 2. Who is a husband material? 3. Can one find a wife material with all the attributes u listed? Looking forward to your response. |
Another thread to insult Nigeria political officer holder? |
Hey ladies and gentlemen, I just want to ask what it meant for a lady to be a wife material because this has become a popular statement and excuse from guys nowadays. I have seen a relationship (i.e courtship) that lasted 3 years and only to break-up because the lady isn't a 'wife material' I was recently having a conversation with my colleagues on the essence of getting married as a young man, and you what I get. Aside the popular excuse of no job, no money bla bla bla, most ladies are not a 'wife material'. So, what does it mean to a wife material? How can one determine which lady is a wife material. This a thread where all opinion is welcomed from both male and female. #notimetoeditpls |
Manchester United‘s 25-man Premier League squad has now been officially announced. The squad had to be submitted to the Premier League by 5pm yesterday with no more than 17 players who aren’t considered a ‘Home Grown Player’, somebody who has has been registered to the FA for at least three seasons prior to turning 21. For United, there are no big surprises as to everybody who is in the squad but the inclusion of Marnick Vermijl and Davide Petrucci is great news. Guillermo Varela‘s departure on loan to Real Madrid shows that Louis van Gaal has real faith in Marnick Vermijl to become an important player in the first- team squad. As for Petrucci’s inclusion in the squad, it’s another opportunity for him to fulfil on his undoubted potential that has been held back due to injuries. Van Gaal also has the option to add as many home-grown United-21s players as he want throughout the season.

4 September 2014 , By Sulaimon Salau, Source: Guardian INDICATIONS of steady progress in the nation's oil and gas sector emerged Wednesday as Nigeria's was listed for the first time among the highest paying contract jobs in oil and gas sector worldwide. This is coming as the nation advances in its move to increase local participation in the industry through the Nigerian content agenda of the Federal Government. The latest release by Swift Worldwide Resources, Wednesday placed Nigeria third and fourth respectively among the ten highest paid contract jobs, which was led by Australia in two different categories. According to the report, which was obtained by The Guardian, a Drilling Manager in Nigeria earns up to $2, 844 (about N455, 040) per day and Project Services Director earning about $2, 817 (N450, 720) per day. Swift Worldwide Resources however stated that, "Nigeria is a new country on the list that ranks just below the returning leader," while Australia has always maintained the first position. The list was compiled by analyzing Swift's 250 contract positions in the oil and gas industry in 30 locations across the globe, for a total of 7, 500 total jobs. Countries that are represented for the first time include Nigeria, Venezuela and Angola. No jobs in the United States (U.S.) cracked the list of highest paying this year. Chief Executive Officer, Swift, Tobias Read, said: "As a global staffing company, we are able to track shifts in the way jobs are compensated in different regions." He said. "High project workloads and a shortage of skilled talent have kept compensation high in Australia. Both Iraq and Nigeria have seen unprecedented growth in industry activity, and workers there are compensated for the risks that come with working in the more dangerous areas, accounting for the increase in salary ranges. Salaries in the U.S. are climbing, but salaries in these emerging markets are climbing faster." Angola, another African major oil exporting country ranked ninth (Drilling Manager earning $2, 631 per day); Australia was ranked first and second (Completion Manager earning $3,075 per day and Drilling Manager earning $2, 942 per day); Iraq came fifth with a Drilling Manager earning about $2, 766 per day. Completion Manager in Venezuela pushed the country to the seventh position with about $2, 715 per day, while Iraq's Project Manager in Iraq smiles home with about $2, 700 per day. Others include; Subsea Manager in Australia ($2, 692 per day), and Completion Manager in Iraq earning up to $2, 624 per day. The report said countries aren't the only things to changed on the list this year. Certain job titles, like Completion Manager and Drilling Manager, are suddenly in demand and well- compensated due to increases in upstream and drilling activity around the world. Swift experts predict that as exploration becomes more competitive across major oil companies, skilled workers in these positions will be drawing even higher compensations. |

"This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was asked to do it. Everybody was sure Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done. " You’ve probably see this one before, but behind the play on words, there is some great career advice. If you want to create the life and career success you want, don’t be like Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. Be true to yourself. Take responsibility for your life and career success. Don’t let Everybody, Somebody, Anybody or Nobody stop you from doing what you need to do to create the life and career success you want and deserve. Take personal responsibility for defining what life and career success means to you. Take personal responsibility for building your self confidence. Take personal responsibility for developing the career success competencies you need to succeed. Take personal responsibility for building and nurturing relationships that will help you create your career success. www.budbilanich.com/the-story-of-everybody-somebody-anybody-and-nobody/ |
2 September 2014 , By Ruby Leo and Judd Leonard Okafor, Source: Daily Trust About 150,000 women suffering from obstetrics fistula are awaiting surgical operations, the Engender Health, a nongovern-mental organization, has disclosed. The country programme manager, Fistula Care Plus project, Dr Habib Sadauki disclosed this yesterday in Abuja during the launch of the project. Fistula is the occurrence of an abnormal hole between the bladder or rectum and the vagina characterized by continuous and uncontrollable leakage of urine and/ or faeces following childbirth. "We are at a critical time in Nigeria where we can make even greater impact so that more women living with fistula can be treated. We have an estimated number of 150,000 cases of fistula in the country still waiting to be repaired and on annual basis, we see about 12,000 new cases in the country. "We also want to encourage mothers to prepare for their birth and deliver in health facilities where a professional will take their delivery and they will not go into obstruction, that way you can prevent fistula from happening. What we are doing is a collaboration and minimal support from USAID", he said. Earlier, the director of the Family Health Department, Federal Ministry of Health, Wapada Balami, said through renewed efforts by government and partners to address the reproductive and maternal health, the incidence of fistula had reduced. |

OMG! I wanted to post this couple of minutes ago but I wasn't allowed to post. This will hit and stay on FP for sometime. Lucky You! On topic: I have know American to be interested in having a control over west african and Nigeria been the link or platform even before someone informed me about it (wikileaks article) and that make me so convinced. Perhaps, this will make some christian brothers and sisters here who believe BH is masterminded by muslims to have an Islamic state to have a re-think, like I have agitated on other forum that BH are not muslims because there are various verses in the quran that clearly negates there actions but my christian brother will never listen. American clearly played on our mental state and psyche by using what I call "divide and rule". I HATE AMERICA! #notimetoedit |
The boy (Asari) never stop talking and he has always been a "controversial" person, no malice meant. #notimetoedit |
Good work! Looking forward to seeing this on FP soon. |
