Christianity Etc › Do Christians Worship The Human Or Devine Jesus? by muhsin(op): 5:51pm On Nov 20, 2009 |
Greetings,
I many at times wonder; and suddenly enough I today came across something on another discussion forum, which I feel like sharing. And ask the same question on this board. Hope I'll get good answers . . . and without much derailment of the thread. Much, I repeat, for I know it’s definitely going to be derailed, polluted, hijacked and what have you by folks like . . . don’t have to mention names. They'll do it. Sure.
Question: If Jesus is both fully human and fully God, do not you think that you worship human along with God when you worship him? Other wise you have to separate Jesus as Jesus the human and Jesus the God.
In addition to above question, can Christians produce a single verse from the Bible where Jesus ever claimed to have two natures, or where he claimed to have a divine and human nature all in one, being fully man, and fully God, and where he made such a distinction? |

davidylan: yeah she did play her cards well, she showed she's just another deluded muslim who doesnt even know that only the duff is allowed in islam and that allah hates music just as much as he hates dogs, christians, jews and even muslims. I laugh harder this time than before. And in my native language, again. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Lets Discuss The Issue Of Palestine And Israel Here! by muhsin(m): 5:33pm On Nov 20, 2009 |
davidylan: It matters A GREAT DEAL! As at 1948, a "palestinian" refered EXCLUSIVELY to a jew living in the palestine area. Palestine derives its name from the AD 70 Roman invasion of Israeli JEWS not arabs!
What is important to note here is how arab muslims have DECIETFULLY co-opted a name that doesnt belong to them to mask their real problem . . . the islamic desire to destroy Israel. Stealing this name has allowed arabs to somehow delegitimise the real jewish owners of the land of Israel. Today when we say "palestine", it has become synonymous with braying arab terrorists screaming at Israel for "stealing their land" . . . which land exactly? David, you remain the most adamant human who denies the fact that Palestinian land is being occupied by the Jews settlers on this earth. Wallahi just yesterday I watched on BBC, Washington warning Israel to halt her intended action of building more houses on Palestinian land. Haba?! How shamelessly unfair of you? Furthermore, if they aren't Arab then what tribe are they? What language do they exclusively speak? What sort of culture is theirs? Answer these question for the beginning. |

when can allah be heard from you hypocrite? Can't Christians ever post without name calling, insult and abusing? Or this is one of the practices of Sunday's teaching? |

Yoighaman: I am a faithful Christian, realist, anti-terrorist and pro-western.
Having been an avid devotee of foreign affairs for a long time now, I am ‘tempted’ to stop taking sides with the West particularly “the big brother” United States in respect of the Islamic-Western hostilities as regards "Terrorism".
What is Terrorism? I suppose we all know the answer.
Initially, I was excited during the Iraq & Afghanistan invasion but years later we can all testify to the horrendous consequences of these actions.
The US spill the blood of hundreds of Muslims without remorse but up goes a brouhaha when an American soldeir is killed in ‘combat’ be it on US soil or not. Does the US not realize that these "lost" enemies are the Mothers, Fathers, Sisters, Brothers, 1st (2nd or 3rd) Cousins, e.t.c of one Muslim folk or the other who might be resident in Fort Hood or even the Capitol Hill?
The callous US sacrifice the lives of its soldiers for selfish socio-economic and political benefits/gains for its future generation yet cut short the lives and future of other nations and label any attempt to fight back with whatever means as “terrorism”.
Who made the defiant US the world police? A country that fortifies his military prowess with nuclear weapons yet sprints like a headless chicken to Russia (to Putin; not their figure head President) at every opportunity to solicit support for the castigation of Iran on nuclear weapons?
The US roasts the bodies of friends and relatives of Iraqis & Aghfans with dangerous chemicals called bombs, proliferate these bodies with smart bullets and expect them to fold their hands, have their butts glued to a sofa, relish in their favorite cuisine and watch latest movie? Or tap their fingers and “step in the name of love?” Nah! Impossible! The earlier the US realized that the Islamic community is highly cohesive and supportive of each other just like their NATO, UN, EU counterparts, the better.
Inasmuch as I do not support Hamas, Hezbolla, Al-Qaeda %other “terrorist” organizations including their actions especially 9-11, I’m 100% sure that you cannot kill my mother and expect me to pat your back and say a very big ‘thank you’, I will fight back with my last pint of blood as being done by these “terrorists”
I choose to stop here in order not to divert from the topic of discussion.
Conclusively, the US itself is also a “terrorist” - the cup could be half-empty or half-full; it all depends on your perspective. I wish I could dash you some amount of money for the above greatest post. Had you not stated you are a bonafide Christian I would have sworn you are a true Muslim who even follow things with just and good understand. God bless. I certainly know "those" folks will definetly critisize you. Or expect even worst, for they are readily capable of doing. Yet truth remains one and only ONE. And am sure as hell some of them rightly know; its just a frayed facade they are hiding under. |
