@ last post true. She only quit speaking pidgin and started speaking English. Kx:On point. Am a radio freak and if we were to include stations that could be gotten in Lagos, then that list would surely be expanded to 90.5 OGBC/ Gateway Radio 94.5 Paramount fm (Abeokuta) - also part of FRCN 105.5 Splash fm (Ibadan) - they have a very good signal NOUN radio ain't stable. They transmit when they probably feel like. Nigeria Info 99.3fm started October 1, 2011 and it's where Matse is now speaking English as OAP. So that means, radio dimension is changing by having group structures and niche audience a la: > Classic Fm 97.3fm/The Beat 99.9fm/Naija Fm 120.7 >Cool fm/Wazobia fm/Nigeria Info Community radio is next and only Unilag radio has blazed the trail. . . |
Wizurai:Welcome. Be warned that we do have fanatics and bigots here. Even when you try to discuss logically, they defy it. So just share in your knowledge peacefully for us to benefit from it. |
![]() What are you turning on and off eh? The 3G is a service man, as long as your device is a '3G phone' with internet activated on it and the service provider also rolls out the service, you're good to go. Even after exhausting his data plan, the 3G signal does not 'need to be turned off ' as your theorem suggests. It's as silly as saying once you exhaust your credit balance, your network signal would be turned off accordingly. |
Got this from one of his followers. Quite apt: "Forget about witches and wizards, they are just spiritual insects." – Dr. David Oyedepo @ Shiloh 2011 |

pro01:Seriously. Even without the mall, that road get as e be sometimes. Though they have a space for parking but maybe that's the palaver of the SG if they can manage the traffic situation. |
lagerwhenindoubt:This is nothing less than a 'class' problem and yes, some of these people live around Adeniran Ogunsanya, Shitta, Bode Thomas, Iponri so they see less reason why they need to 'baff' up because they want to get #500 rice or #50 chocolate. @otokx that building no small at all o. I guess when they open finally for operations you get to see it very well and surely, it didn't take them donkey years to build it, they started 2010 if am not mistaken |
@benabbey You can search for ''jandus'' on google for the radio thingy on your BB. |
I ain't no BB freak and share some sensible comments seen here too. The limitation we have here is INTERNET DATA by the network providers shikena. There are so many other things a Nokia would do better than it - it's just that as a business, nokia is not a kinda 'focus' or 'niche' company. And seriously, the Nokia 3310 pings via IM ![]() |
mohawkchic:All these at the same time ehn? Na FBI exam you wan write? Anyway, this catches my fancy. I smell forensics, audit and investigation. |

Guys have mentioned some I would've posted but here's one more though an adult cartoon: The Boondocks It's ironic Uncle Ruckus is a black racist and Riley is a stubborn n funny boy. ![]() |
When the series is packed into a dvd, I am at home with that 'cos I can watch it at my pace. |
Amtired:Yes you can. You'd have to register for the ATSWA exams first before progressing to the professional stage. And please don't yet be tired like your name implies. ![]() |
So, finally students would stop disturbing themselves with the ''Stalla vs Schweser - Which is better?'' debate as Kaplan recently acquired Stalla assets. Thus, from 2012 you would have only Schweser notes and no more Stalla: http://www.schweser.com/cfa/blog/index.php?item_id=1645&cfa_blog=cfa1 |
I saw the poll attached to this thread and am thinking silly: "You are asking whether they support or not, nor let them catch you. Our legislators no even wan hear, no option. They'd be pleased to see the only option there being that of no support'' lol |
Samsung would probably be iLaughing at this. . .especially in Australia if you consider the court case between them. |
sovpounds:Mehn, you just stole that from me. I bother less reading comments these days 'cos sooner than the page is set up, the thoughts all deviate towards tribal lines. You read a headline about one Miss Funke killing a neighbour and the first comment you read is about Yorubas being killers. What I dangerously observe is that those who think along these lines are our so-called youths. Seriously, Social studies and History need to be as important as English and Maths in lower level education and General studies in higher level education respectively. What makes you think all mods are Nigerians for instance? Silliness!!! iHiss |
The earlier we have the SIM PORTABILITY in place here in Nigeria, the better for us. For instance, MTN in Ghana are not having a nice time since they had it there. |
The more reason why we need quality services from them. They seem more interested in attaining customer loyalty via deceptive marketing. As an aside, I don't usually rely on customer care information, some are not properly updated or are simply lazy to answer any 'Wahala' customer. |
olanie:Word. Was about to write that. One man's location is another's dislocation. |
Sike:Abi o. I've seen the reviews of the Nokia phones but it seems Nokia doesn't wanna learn. They build on one feature and leave another important feature, not like you can have it all anyway. Except you've got Wireless connection or a Starcomms et al connection, thinking of buying a smartphone or tablet makes less sense if the network providers' internet costs are at ridiculous prices. Personally, I consume a large amount of data on the phone and ''spin'', your data plan is zilch in just some days. Sadly but apparently, the 'fraudulent' BIS plans are cheaper than the 'fraudulent' internet plans these networks provide - it's a case of best among worst. Imagine paying 3000 for a 1GB cap on Zain? Hiss |
Or maybe ''break time'' also, which employer wants to lose the best times of employees or pay them for work where theory concentration is below 1? We all get mad when we pay for a service and we derive no VFM from it . There are some organizations where phones are not allowed anyway. So, it's up to the HR to determine or observe the effects both positive and negative on their workforce and come to a conclusion for their business environment. Afterall, we've seen what happens at Google. I remember some years ago, there was this lady who had work to do and after the internet ports were disabled, she popped in her VCD and reduced the movie window to a miniature size so no one will see her. It's not every one who has that professional etiquette to 'work responsibly' so I guess like the Yorubas say ''pikin wey no dey hear word, na cane e dey chop''. Lol |
Employees generally tend to abuse the 'privilege' - hence, I support these stuff being blocked to enable maximum concentration. Perhaps, after office hours. |

My dear, just go to the ACCA website and check out yourself - this information is available there and there's even a portal there where you can see the number of exemptions that can be granted to any certifications you possess. https://portal.accaglobal.com/accrweb/faces/page/public/accreditations/enquiry/main/EnqInstitutionsTable.jspx |
5columnist:Hmmmm. Election blues. With current situations on the country, I guess we can still be dancing post-election makosa hits ehn? niagrans!!! |
The job prospects will increase over the year as firms would demand for accountants who have technical know-how of IFRSes - the manddatory adoption of these standards in FR is just around the corner (Jan 2012). |
1025:I follow you laff sef. Wankstas they are. |

). We Muslims know the dangers of fake hadith and even Koran verses, because it's a fact. They are everywhere these days. If I was a non-Muslim reading these fake guides, there would be no reason as for why I'd want to even get close to Islam. I've also read about the injustice done to non-Muslims in certain parts of the world, with Islam being blamed for it. If only everyone had understanding of Islam through Koran (by reading all of it, and not claiming knowledge of Islam based on a single verse).
