@topic I detest the idea of gatecrashing - it's the kinda thing I say to the gatecrasher "get a life". Why should you be at a place where you were not invited? Inasmuch as some coys may be weak in their screening procedures which enables these opportunists to exploit these lapses, it's to me the hallmark of desperation. I got pissed off seeing a jobseeker asking another (invited) job applicant for the specific content and centre number/sender of the firm so he can clone the message. It doesn't speak well of your 'ethics' and it is an indicator of the damage you could cause to an individual. Anyway, we are all different but if your personality has an integrity and name to preserve and protect respectively, you should know better. Goodluck in your gatecrashing. May you not be locked behind the gates eventually. |
Caringpro: @ow11, @nitrogen and@shola. You guys come to nairaland to critize people. Who is above mistake? I just posted it without going thru it second time and all u guys did is to judge me with my write ups. It was a mistake frm my part just take note. It is not as if i dnt knw wht to write or how to . . .xWow, that was such a comeback! I'm just an observer here but at least for this section of the forum, it's expected that users are matured enough to pass their message across by constructing such in a clearly written manner. I personally hate reading 'abbrvtns' and feel it's like a deliberate method of punishing your recipients. It doesn't take much to review your writing before posting so that your message is not miscontrued - that's why you have the PREVIEW button. So biko, take criticisms (do like this for them sef - ) in 'utmost good faith' even if you feel it's overboard. You would be doing any reader a favor. Peace |
Why Did I Get Married Too? |
Is someone kidding me After the shock of 'Beyonce' and double shock of 'Beyonce & Rihanna', I see this poster of a nollywood movie - 'Avatar & Ben 10'! As in seriously Nollywood, biko, whadup nau? How market? |
tobnical: any job application to be sent to ...@yahoo, google/hotmail.com and not @company`s name might be a scam.Yeah true, like someone just pointed out, to 'protect' their identity and for other reasons best known to them, some coys could just use an employee's e-mail however adding up 2+2 would show the 'desperation' if such is a scammer. @topic Any job that doesn't specify the discipline (e.g. Any qualification) might be a scam. Please note the difference here o! I've seen ads that the 'qualifications' are not specified yet the job requirements show specialty in an area. It's in the scammer's desperation that he wants 'mass applications' from mugus so s/he makes sure there are no 'barriers to entry' yet the job could be a position for Senior Financial Analyst. = |
stuffs4me: @OPGood 'un @OP As it appears you're in a riskless 'state of mind', you have nothing to lose and something to gain if you give the NIM a shot. Whilst you failed to specify your discipline, my personal opinion suggests that you ought to have defined (or you should be modelling) your career path by now which is why I don't seem to agree with - Theben: mates are compelling me into registering for NIM and some others suggested i wait till i get a job. That getting a job would afford me ideas on the professional certificate that would be relevant to my job. They seem to be be giving uncorrelated views because you are yet to define your destiny, instead you want destiny to 'meet you there'. The future belongs to those who invest in it today so have a reflection bro and think about what you really wanna do and where you envision yourself so that everyone doesn't keep pushing you around like an experimental guinea pig with their ideas. Peace ![]() |
hobat4cash: cos i only have Nysc exemtion certficate not discharge certificate. If it's the same exemption I know about, your NYSC exepmtion is as good as the other. The exemption means you're exempted from service. Remember, not everyone goes for service due to age, professional membership etc. If you pay attention to job adverts, it's usually included in the requirements for applicants to have the NYSC certificate/exemption. So, you're good to go. |
Inasmuch as we know GTB is good and all of that, some people need to realise that what a customer wants his VFM - Value For Money. It appears that when GTB has issues/crises which any organisation can and would always face, they mismanage the situation. So it's not really about track record. A scandal could easily erase all good things done by a public figure so they need to 'stand up' when they have issues and prove their 'goodwill'. |
Chelsea - Madrid final. shikena |
And your Arsenal is no longer the only team to beat Guardiola's Barca ![]() |
Mr Cech, check them well!!! |
Over the bar |
The possession can be 100% to 1 for all I care ![]() |
Goalllllllllllllllllllllllllll~ |
Pics on this thread r so funny ![]() |
Olaolufred: Should we conclude that, chelsea wins at home, but Barca always qualify in thieir place?Well, honestly, that's what scares me; the 2nd leg at Nou Camp. I'm less concerned 'bout this than that one. One thing about Barca however is that they hate being frustrated in their game play. it's their hercules heel. |
BlazingKachy: In year 2000, a certain Roberto Di Matteo was playing for Chelsea, and Guardiola was playing for Barca in a semi-final match played @ Camp Nou. Barca beat Chelsea 5-1. Today, these guys meet again after 12yrs as coaches of there former clubs. Let's see how much has changed since then. That same year at Stamford Bridge, Barca lost to Chelsea 3 - 1 in the first leg. And btw, it was at the quarters, not the semis. ![]() |
Na lie. Those old horses would surely be playing for revenge. This season is a good chance for them to maximize their era prior to next season's restructuring. Arsenal is the only English team to beat Guardiola's Barça Chelsea is the only English team unbeaten by Guardiola's Barça ![]() This is Chelsea's match to win. ![]() |
Seun: Let me get this straight. You have a name for your TV show but you need us to tell you what your TV show should be about? Unbelievable! Dis Naija sef |
Hurray!!! Prior to the selection, Naijas supported this woman just because she's a Nigerian and they took it like it's a cup competition (well sha, na super eagles cos that). Now she lost and some have so yabbed her and am like "CHAI". Some even said "Nigerians no kukuma like her before sef". I believe in meritocracy not sentimentalism. It's no wonder GEJ said "his cabinet and other elected officials may not be the best" because we simply choose on factors that are < 'best man for the job'. Wo, let her continue co-ordinating the economy. The world doesn't need her yet, Africa's 'giant' needs her more instead. |
Dis Guy: very soon we will invent waterNo. It's air. You don forget some people happy say PDP wan rule 9ja for 60 years as long as they don't have power to 'rule the air'. |
Even BOKO guys too, they don't miss showing themselves. They go to Youtube for example. Na wa o |
maclatunji: Mustay is the former moderator here and Muhsin is the former poster of the year here. All correct |
Of course not but rightly so ![]() Prophetess Chief Dr Makinwa |

We've lived under the military era for long that the whip has to remind we bloody civillians of how it once used to be and why we should not misyarn near them just because it's democracy. ![]() With stickers (like Am a Liar. . .oops Lawyer) et al, we all wanna identify ourselves. Don't forget the politicians also have theirs - escorts and tinted glasses; celebrities with customized number/alphabet plates. Since we don't respect ourselves equally, one has to identify his/herself. I know this for doctors and journalists, usually they get a 'pass'. |
Whenever I sleep at whatever time of the day, the first thing I do after waking up is to brush my teeth. I don't know how some people do it but I even find it difficult to talk until I've performed this ritual. Couple of times, phone calls have woken me up and I 'have to beg the caller's pardon'; they're always like "does your breath smell via the phone?" I just feel uncomfortable despite not having mouth odour. @OP I feel habits die hard so you can be of influence. |
Salam Alaykum to y'all. This is [username]. I live (Life Is Very Easy) simple and like humour just to get 'stress' or sadness out of life. So, hope to read comments like am wont to do. I didn't study law, so I no sabi argue ![]() |
Whilst it's very convenient for us to simulate our images like they do on adverts, this post has defects and quite biased. Moreover, every family by default loves its members so you don't expect your partner to automatically terminate the relationship that exists between your spouse and the same family you supposedly sought your partner's hand in marriage from. |
Wonder why you seem to be bothered about this 'development'. A relationship is based on mutual benefits and whatever personal opinion I/you may have for/against such relationships, it seems to be beneficial to both parties. Shikena |
