My good sir ...

Trojan horse gift, lmso

jamesid29:
that would not be the right way to look at it.
What specifically is wrong in looking at it that way my dear well esteemed sir

jamesid29:
We all have sins (anger, sex and sexual orientation, attitude problems etc) and things (depression, sickness etc) that we are all struggling with.
Fyi, sexual orientation is not a sin. Do you struggle being heterosexual? Just because you haven't the grace to be a homosexual, dont mean you should label those who have the grace to be homosexual, to be less of a human being than you and go to construe their sexuality to be sinful

jamesid29:
Some can seem like a lifetime battle (and some actually are), but as Christians, the solution is not to give in or give into our weaknesses. We have to remember that we are never alone and we do not have a high priest that is incapable of sympathising with our weaknesses because He himself was tempted in every way just as we are and He perfectly understands what any of us is going through.
The right solution is not to focus on our weakness, but to focus our eyes on Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith. As the author of Hebrew said
" For the joy set out for him he endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God. Think of him who endured such opposition against himself by sinners, so that you may not grow weary in your souls and give up."

We are to lean on His strength, on His grace, on His love. And as a community also, we are to continually encourage one another, be there for one another and spur one another on in love.

Yes, sometimes we will slip and fall. But grace and mercy is always available, so we pick ourselves up and keep moving.
In the end, on this side of eternity and in the next, It's only together in Christ we find true joy, true love and true family.
You busy mining a straw man, typed at length in a confused and inconsequential way

jamesid29:
I do believe, that's the right way to look at it.
Do you know that there are so many worse things than death, lmso, hmm? Well, not to be loved and/or not to be able to love, are some of the worse.

Now, please sincerely, honestly and truthfully tell, what is the sin, fault and/or wrong in two easy going, innocent, harmless, ordinary consenting God believing adults, minding their own businesses enjoying a life long caring, faithful to each other, committed to each other, truthful to each other, honest, lasting that's a lifetime life-long and loyal same-sex monogamous relationship, that is not causing damage or harm to another person, not betraying of another person, or even, not cheating on another person, and not being harmful to an object or neighbour, who love each other, enjoy each other’s company, are mutually respectful to each other, mutually supportive to each other, and all that and more, sometimes without sex necessarily being the leading or most important thing for them, loving each other, hmm?

You dont possibly expect me to teach you how to do that, so now why dont you tell what you found out written up in Leviticus 20:1-5 and what you've got to understand from reading and paying attention to Leviticus 20:1-5 then, lmso.

It is as natural as it comes.

From the religious angle, it is a huge burden on these people. They have no choice in this matter. They didn't create themselves. No forthcoming solution other than to be doomed to live and die alone. It is unfair.

Manasseh2018:
In Matthew chapter 24 vs 33&34 when Jesus was talking about what will happen in the end times. He was talking to his disciples and said that their generation will not pass until all the things he said has been fulfilled:
33.So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34.Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
The generation and countless others have passed and yet those things have not been fulfilled. Does it mean that Jesus lied??
"1As Jesus left the temple and was walking away, His disciples came up to Him to point out its buildings.
2“Do you see all these things?” He replied. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.
”
- Matthew 24:1-2

No Yahshua Ha Mashiah aka Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Saviour of the whole wide world, did not lie because all the disciples except for Apostle John, the disciple whom he loved, were all martyred and so therefore did all die before the "end times" pulling down of the temple and annihilation of Jerusalem in 70 AD by the Romans

lexy2014:
All these things u have said haven't in anyway answered d simple question I asked:
"Since u have read Leviticus 20:13 contextually, how does Leviticus 20:1-5 explain Leviticus 20:13 with regards d subject of homosexuality?"
"And the people of Berea were more open-minded than those in Thessalonica, and they listened eagerly to Paul’s message.
They searched the Scriptures day after day to see if Paul and Silas were teaching the truth.
"
- Acts 17:11

Your are sounding like someone already served sumptuous and luxurious meal but is expecting the waiter to help cut up the food, eat, chew and swallow the meal for you, lmso. Get off sitting your bum on your fingers, and do as the Berean do, which is study carefully examine the Bible to see if things were so that Leviticus 20:13 is about temple male prostituting, infidelity, promiscuity, ritual pagan temple sex escapades et cetera

lexy2014 , my dear beloved new found friend and bro, lmso, I dont mind being Bob the Builder. I am more than happy to iron sharpen iron edify a brother, because a candle doesn't lose light from lightning another candle but what I see displayed on here, is nothing other than, a sense of entitlement, wanting something, without so much having anything to do with any heavy lifting work and/or pushes first, by yourself. It is a common, pitiful lazybones, despairing trend and not good at all sight to behold. I wasn't handed anything to pick, on the surface nor on a platter of gold, or with almost no effort to dig and dig deeper on my side

Here is the point I am making, lexy2014. Fyi, midwives, assist in pushing, to help, to bring out. Midwives don't deliver, its the mother, while doing the pushes, who in fact, does the actual delivery by herself, with the midwife, acting as cheerleader, encouraging the mother to be, to take in deep breaths, give more hard and hard pushes. The midwife doesnt pluck a baby out of thin air, but she hands back to the brand newly mother, after the baby's being briefly cleaned up, the successfully safe delivered hale and hearty baby she, all by herself pushed out, after so many deep breaths, grunts, grimaces, deep hard pushes and harder pushes attempts.

lexy2014, do not laissez-faire those verses in Leviticus nor any other similar elsewhere, but push the latch, to open the hood/bonnet, lift it up fully and safely propped for you to now next, 2 Timothy 2:15 start to look underneath the hood and see inside exactly, specifically and precisely what the verse Leviticus 20:13 is talking about, lmso.

I pray all children to be gay too[/s]
Hav you heard of the Boomerang repercussion, hmm? How about there is power in the mouth and tongue.

gayboy or is it gregyboy, you call yourself, here is my free refresher Bible 101 lesson and fyi for you, there is something called the "boomerang repercussion" effect. Now, listen and re-learn this real good, which is that, you never wish for someone what you wouldn't wish yourself, and that is because of this same thing known as the "boomerang repercussion" effect. Dont ever, say it is an error, which carries a curse, because whatever is initiated, allowed to roll off your fingers to type, so shall it boomerang back to the sender, in that all that you fear about all your children to be gay, will surely come to pass, lmso

BoboNogoDie:
Only a deranged miserable and frustrated sick BASTARD will continue to defend gays.
Homosexuality is a pathological psychological and neurological disease.
All gays needs medical attention.
You havent a Scooby Doo what you are letting yourself in to talk about, lmso

In Nigeria, we hate gays with passion.

In Naija, full blown hypocrisy is the order of the day

BoboNogoDie:
People even haunt and kill gays because we detest the act.
What exactly is detestable in the act and why is it according to you detestable?

BoboNogoDie:
The government will even jail you for fourteen fuckǐng years with hard labour.
That government law is an ass

BoboNogoDie:
If you're a gay, you better repent and seek medical attention because you get caught up with... A word is enough for the wise....
I have not in my life ever had a sexual attraction or fancy of a male and I am not ever to go. I am satisfied with the beautifully toned, fearfully and wonderfully made curvaceous God's pièce de résistance

lexy2014:
Pls come again with ur explanation of Leviticus 20:13
"1Then the LORD said to Moses,
2“Tell the Israelites, ‘Any Israelite or foreigner living in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech must be put to death. The people of the land are to stone him.
3And I will set My face against that man and cut him off from his people, because by giving his offspring to Molech, he has defiled My sanctuary and profaned My holy name.
4And if the people of the land ever hide their eyes and fail to put to death the man who gives one of his children to Molech,
5then I will set My face against that man and his family and cut off from among their people both him and all who follow him in prostituting themselves with Molech.
"
- Leviticus 20:1-5

Go over Leviticus 20:13, by reading it contextually, thoughtfully and carefully. Dont overlook the Leviticus 20:1-5 part that I have helped you reproduced above to see, lmso. This practice mentioned in that Leviticus 20 chapter and the misinterpreted Leviticus 20:13, in its entirety, is/are still being modern times practised, specifically in places like India, as in meaning even, today
