Politics › Re: Nigerians Battled Police In China by MUZBO(m): 6:42am On Sep 01, 2009
Those guys don dey watch Chinese movies too much to be diving through windows; dem no know say na film trick? There's little the Nigerian govt can do because the law is the law. We have plenty chinese here too and if they break our laws we'll fall on them hard except of course if they can bribe us first. Let those guys just come home and preserve the little dignity we have left there.
Politics › Re: Sacked Bank Chiefs Arraigned by MUZBO(m): 6:22am On Sep 01, 2009
Its about time they prosecute everyone. Let the courts decide. I appreciate those who say its a conspiracy but these people are not innocent. One more thing, all this shake ups are for our own good. At least now people will take our country more seriously. Its not business as usual again.
Romance › Re: Guys, What Happened To Treasure? (wooing) by MUZBO(m): 5:43am On Sep 01, 2009
Ujujoan:
Guys, what happened to treasure?

What happened to those days that guys pay bills, shower a girl with gifts, take her to exotic places, just to get her to say 'yes'!!

What happened to spoiling her to get her on you side?
Whats up with you and 'guys paying your bills'? Wooing is less common nowadays because it is now synonymous with big money, no thanks to girls like you. The desperation in your thread shows that even you; the self-acclaimed rich girl has problems finding a date. Sorry o! BTW, nice to know you've accepted the kid in your profile is 'your baby'. Yea, I remembered!
Politics › Re: Amnesty Bazaar: Militants On Spending Spree! by MUZBO(m): 5:18am On Sep 01, 2009
What do you expect them to do with the money? Put it in Union bank or Oceanic bank or Afribank? Should I continue? There are problems everywhere in this country!

Politics › Re: Can Nigeria Police Be Reformed? How? by MUZBO(m): 12:22pm On Aug 31, 2009
The new police should recruit literates and more women. Then sell all those new and rusty jeeps and buy helicopters for easier crime fighting! Then they should be more autonomous hopefully with better judiciary.

Romance › Re: Yoruba Girls Love Igbo Guys A Lot by MUZBO(m): 6:14am On Aug 31, 2009
So The Seeker is a hybrid! Thats cool. I think these hybrid guys should be made moderators in the culture section so as to keep those Igbo tribalists at bay. Was that tribalistic? If it was sorry o!

The most entertaining post of August on NL actually came to me on the last day of the month. Very funny stuff. Sorry sha! As far as I know, an Igbo girl would date me easily than a Yoruba girl and I'm Yoruba. Don't mind all these people saying you generalised, isn't the thread itself generalistic?

^Japan has gone through alot. Maybe we should get the U.S to drop a nuclear bomb on us then get people to start eating tofu and doing some sumo wrestling and of course we'll let our suicide rates go up, only then would we have matured enough to vote PDP out.

Don't the two to some degree go hand in hand?

A parent who fails to accept correction from his wife or child when he is so clearly wrong is more than likely to be a disciplinarian.
I catch your drift but its not all inclusive. My mum is also a 'disciplinarian' but readily accepts mistakes now. She might not say 'I was wrong' but she'll readily say: you are/were right! It makes a lot of difference to hear either!
Health › Re: My Girlfriend Is A Sleep-Walker (Somnambulist) by MUZBO(m): 10:16pm On Aug 30, 2009
Sleep walking is a normal thing, almost as normal as that thing those girls lie about when they are feeling lazy. . .em. .em whats it again. . em. . ahh ha, PMS they call it!
Family › Re: Is It wrong to correct ones parent by MUZBO(m): 10:02pm On Aug 30, 2009
There you go again! Its not discipline, its accepting mistakes.

no one can be 100% right 100% of the time

Could it be the way you communicate your correction

I find that turning the issue into a joke and having a laugh about things makes it easier to put your point accross. I do that to my mum and it works for me.
We are talking Dads here! Try correcting your Dad the next time he tells you not to watch TVand see if he'll laugh with you.
Women easily accept mistakes relative to men.

Ok @ikenna, another dumb baseless allegation from you. Clap for yourself.
Now I'm almost sure that you are an optometrist. Now I can understand your jealousy. I'm not saying its impossible but prove how getting the wrong glasses can cause blindness.
How can I know what you are saying are not allegations when you are not giving us the documents.

The dumb cops should all be hanged and just before they die should be cut down and shot between the eyes. Or they should be forgiven and then sacked!

Maybe the scottish people are planning a re-colonisation of the area for the oil. Perhaps the scottish army uses this Clydedale bank and so the notes would be easily deployed for apt reconnaissance. Sue me!

@Ima1 has said it all. Its Nigerian Men o! Most will never accept they're wrong. I pray I'm not like that with my kids. How can you be right 100% of the time and what type of example do you want to show to your kids if you refuse to accept you're wrong sometimes?
