This is an outrage!
He deserved some prison time with hard labour, at least 12 months, so that he can be a community wife for a season in prison and get some beatings by the "husbands".
Yellow paw paw like him
Hard labour ko, soft labour ni!
Thats how one girl had consensual sex with Tupac and claimed she was raped.
Their motives for getting beat are fishy. Ask Mike Tyson.

The questions you have raised are really pointers to the failure of government, not the banks.
It might be logical to ask for collateral, that does not make it a legal requirement.
Well the govt wouldn't expect the banks to cook the books in the first place so they failed to watch them and then the banks wouldn't have needed to con anyone with fictitious figures at all if they had not given risky loans or had atleast secured them with collaterals. Its that simple! The banks failed.

Stop that crap. The lady has done well. Don't say rubbish just because of what has happened. Watch and see and don't pass unguarded judgements
Sue me then! She has done well just like the CEO of Lehman Brothers did well. I admit I may have been harsh but she won't be in this spot if she followed right processes or didn't take to catering and practising it with the bank's books. Thats jungle behaviour so jungle justice isn't CRAP!

There is no law that says loans must be secured with collateral. Loans can be given based on an individuals/firms worth or standing, loans can also be secured on business proposals/plans etc.
Oh great! Now I know why it is so hard for ordinary people to get loans. . . - its because they are worth nothing! What was the essence of re-capitalization? I believe it was partly to support small-scale businesses and other entrepreneurs who are essential to the growth of the economy through loans. Why is it the made-men who get all the loans and get to pay anytime? The banks will then withhold loans from ordinary people since they'd think if the big men are not paying then how would this pauper pay up? Its only logical to ask for collaterals.

I could've done the track myself if I knew the details and could get a Rihanna look-alike, but I guess it will make sense to beat her with an umbrella and put the video on You-tube and get a cult following from there. lol.

Banks make money by risking customers money. That's the practice the World over and it is 100% legal. How do you think they can pay you interest on your savings when they arent counterfeit printing industries?
Well, how do they expect to get the loans paid if there were no collaterals involved?

Sanusi did what he had to do. If EFCC takes things overboard then its their problem. None of those bank CEOs deserve even a cleaners job in their banks for risking customers' moneys in risky loans!

Be sincere, how many times have you had to say you are sorry after a quarrel that you probably caused. Although I'm a man, I'm hating your husband for laying his hands on you but I know you ladies too well to blame him completely. You probably made a simple disagreement escalate to something uncontrollable and then you say sorry! It won't work everytime. For your baby's sake, accept your mistake and make things work.

Don't listen to all these people telling you to send texts and e-mails to them. I'll only tell you 2 things: 1. Stop unprotected sex as you can keep getting re-infected each time. 2. Go back to your Dr and ask him to do the m/c/s and treat you and your partner for an extended period. . .say 2 weeks as Staph. is very stubborn. Thats all!

Let EFCC arrest them all if they have to but due process must be followed. The courts that are supposed to ensure due process works too slow nowadays. Now those ones want 50 mills from EFCC! Why? To pay their banks debts? EFCC won't pay jack except. . .

From her desperation to land you, her husband fit don put mugu magun on her and she want make you become the mugu wey go remove the magun. Watch out guy!

I want to stop this stupid thoughts or feelings for him but it doesn't let go.
I would succeed to stop further contacts with him but he'll always have his place in my mind.

My husband has spoke to me to forget him, I've tried but it gets deeper the more I try so I decided to get more advice if it could help.
My friend also helps me by discussion on phone or chat.
Trust me. You'll forget about him easily once you know he is married with children. It will be hard but at this stage, feeling the desperation in your post, I'll say you should seek counselling alone or with your husband. Not necessarily a psychiatrist but a Clinical psychologist. Trust me, it helps.

All those saying she should tell her husband are being myopic, it'll destroy whatever future they might have left together. Someone said delete SMSes and contacts, hmmm. .she'll go crazy soon with nothing to hold on to her true love.
I think her problem is that she knows this guy is still available and thus she'll keep suffering inside until the guy gets married.
@poster, if you can't bear to suffer until the guy gets married then there is this simple procedure that involves the removal of a small part of your brain which would make you forget some things. . .say like back a few years. Bad part is you may 4get ur husband too and you may end up having seizures occasionally but here's the good part; you'll forget the guy too! What do you say?

@Fredique

You know, i read your previous post on this topic and i fought back the urge to give a rebuttal to avoid a "war of words" which is pretty common place on NL but all the same, I'll serve you.

First of all (referring your previous post) you don't need to know all the facts about the poster's background. Her post alone indicates she is a fully fledged woman (not a lil girl) and there is nothing to suggest a forced marriage (you don't need to be a profiler to analyze this).

Secondly, she has obviously been having flings with her "friend" before the marriage to keep her yearning for more.

Third, her "friend" might not be taking her seriously as she is.All the while, he might have been the "bad-boy" type (which ladies seem to be drawn to) who kept her around as a fling.I have a gut feeling that her husband is the "nice guy" type of person who doesn't treat her like a LovePeddler or gets nasty with her and she misses the "real man" in her life (If you know anything about women, then you can relate to what i just said.If you don't, well, whatever)

Fourth, i agree we are all human and sinful but there's a line else i would trace your ip,track you and gun you down for your annoying "civilized comments" (hehehehe, lol). She is married for God's sake. She must have dated this guy before getting married. This "friend" of her's wasn't keen on getting married and i bet he isn't bent of getting married now.So wetin be her own?She wants to catch her "trips" and she has a husband who isn't keeping a close eye on her (because of "civilized trust"wink else he would have known that she was sending texts and talking to a rival on the phone (I'm sure you are one of those guys that would accuse the guy of insecurity if he did this).

I know you're trying to be "Mr nice, civil and mannered" but apply some common sense before you reply. This is not Hollywood.Dis na 9ja people and in spite of all the education, we still have principles (thank God) else we would have gay guys kissing on the street.

Wow!!! I actually replied without negative words, lol
Agreed! I'm sure her husband is the 'nice guy' type that won't hurt a fly. The guy is probably still in the 'friend zone' and hasn't had sex with her yet! You'll be surprised.
