1. The LE and XLE sienna allows opening of the 3rd row windows which will increase ventilation
2. At full load, the sienna will still do better on bad roads than the big daddy all you need is remove the extra tyre from under cause it's the one that hits the ground often. remember, the sienna carries 3 passengers more than the camry
3. The sienna has a higher ground clearance than the camry do your research.
4. The sienna is more reliable than the camry the only place the camry wins both the I4 and V6 is fuel economy
stop that talk of sienna looking like ward robe in 5yrs time, if you take good care of your property, it will still look brand new in 1000 years.
To add to all, the Honda and camry are robber magnets, the sienna thief's no dey come close to it.

Please after carrying out a quick search/check prior to Survey plan, the following report was sent as feedback by the surveyor:-

[center]"Site off Oreta road requires consent to survey for agric uses.
A survey needs to be done since it includes consent, it takes 5 weeks''.[/center]

My questions are in several folds Sir.

(1) The term "consent'', what is it about? Why is it required for the survey?

(2) Agric uses: I once heard that if a land is meant for agric uses then it has to be for poultry,farming or livestock.
At worse, small scale farming needs to be carried out on the land with little (not elaborate residential housing).

(3) Can a C of O be gotten for such a plot of land?

(4) Is a land that requires consent be considered safe?

Kindly assist with proper advice for decision on subject plot (off Oreta Road Ikorodu) from your wealth of experience.

Please who has an incline into how i can get a professional to assist with the installation of water tank
stand, made out of H-Beam iron like the one in the picture below.
The idea is to raise the tank some 15 feet high to help with water pressure from the taps and bathroom shower.
Although the building is a bungalow investment in a tank stand now is expected to come in handy for future development.
