I've answered this question before but since it interests you, I will dignify you with a more detailed answer.

1. Tinubu and Buhari are 2 different persons/politicians from 2 different parties. Tinubu from ACN, Buhari from CPC.
Along with other aggrieved members of other parties including ANPP, APGA, etc they collaborated and united against a formidable corrupt party PDP to form APC.

2. Clearly they had different political backgrounds and interests, but needed the political strength of their combined forces and clearly agreements were made and probably MoUs signed.

3. Tinubu being democratic campaigned and threw all his weight behind Buhari being the flag-bearer of their party. And Buhari won the election.
Tinubu during the 2015 campaign often mentioned that he sacrificed his presidential ambition then to step aside for Buhari and Yemi Osinbajo.
After APC's victory, Buhari being duplicitous, decided to renege on their agreement and rather implement his own agenda which is probably the agenda of CPC, his former party, all along. If you followed his 8 years, he practically cut off his ties with Tinubu.

4. This is made evident during Tinubu's agreed turn to become President in last year's election which prompted him to make the popular statement "Emilokan." Buhari together with Emefiele did every thing within thier human power and political prowess to frustrate Tinubu from winning the election. But God had other plans. It took the likes of El Rufai to knock some sense into Buhari.

5. When God fights for a man, every thing his enemies will be doing will only be favoring him the more.

6. When the bible says God remembers, it is not because he ever forgot. It is simply an expression that the appointed time for God to fulfill His promise and answer our prayers is set.

7. We all have been praying for Nigeria to get better. Even people who did not believe in prayer, due to the failure and fiasco of Buhari's government finally took prayer serious when their business and finances suffered heavy blows or insecurity ravaged Nigeria.
God has answered that prayer.
He may not have answered the way you specifically prayed but He has answered the way He knows is Best. Tinubu was the prayer of some, just as PO was the prayer of some, the same way Atiku and Kwankwanso were the prayers of some.
It is not a matter of who sabi pray pass or who holy pass. Simply God's mercy to honor his promise over Nigeria.

B. She, yesterday wiped my 6 years old son with iron buckle on the belt and his head nearly burst open. He complained of severe headache and we are still treating him.

C. Final straw was, while we were in the office today, my 6 years old started to throw up. He was sick. This girl just laid on the couch and instructed a 6 years old to go fetch the broom, mopping stick and packer to clean the mess.

My son was very weak, but he went to fetch these items and cleaning the vomit. Because he was very sick, he kept on throwing up and cleaning at the same time. All these while, this girl laid there relaxing until my wife came home and washed my son up and cleaned the floor.

When I came back this evening and learnt about the stuff, I quietly asked her why she'd behaved like that and she said it was nothing.

I really don't know whether to let her stay while I try to coach her or take her back to her parents.

I seriously need advice.

Your niece is not the type of material you need as a help.

There really isn't any thing wrong in having a help around to help, especially if you and your wife are overwhelmed. But you can't convert a small girl that is herself still in need of care, help and training to automatically become a help.

1. You can help raise and train your niece as if she were your daughter or send her back if you can't. Hire a good matured help, preferably from trusted person/institution like a good church. Cos so many witches/marine spirits invade homes through helps.

2. You and your wife should be prepared to be intentional parents, knowing that how you handle this foundation of your children's lives will determine who they grow up to become. Please learn from good parents how to be good parents via seminars, church programs, books.

God help and provide all you need to raise a good, godly and prosperous home and family.
