This is truly a tough nut to crack.

1. The petitioner is the rightful owner but seems not to value his property.
2. The respondent covets the petitioner's property. We are not told if the respondent has her own toy/property.

Legally the petitioner who is the rightful owner should keep his property.
However scripturally, if he does not value his property, God gives it to the one who values it, as long as he doesn't steal it.

Hello guys, I graduated earlier this year but couldn't serve as I wasn't eligible for NYSC as I was above 30 years of age when I graduated.

Coming back to Port Harcourt, I applied as a Subject Teacher in several schools, went through several interviews and made it, after going through their salary rates, I had to go for the highest bidder which is 40k and I'll be Teaching two subjects..

Now the thing is, I lied heavily that I'm a experienced Teacher during the interview and added imaginary and non existent schools to my CV, what made me scaled through the interview here was that I researched and also went through several threads and noted down all what could possibly be asked and I also obtained lesson notes and lesson plan samples from one lessonnotes moniker, researched, practiced, found a topic and revised and scaled through the micro teaching, the next day I was offered the job.

Now schools would be resuming two weeks from now and I don't need to fumble, guys please any insight on what is expected of me as teacher?

How often should I give assignments?
Where do I get the syllabus and textbooks?
How often should I teach a topic, should it be one week per topic?
Any other thing I need to know?
Your inputs would be so highly welcomed.

Teaching is not for you, at least not for now.
Teaching as a profession is too sensitive a job to place children's minds in the hands of a duplicitous mind like yours- having lied through your CV to secure the job.
You will teach them, knowingly or unknowingly bad habits that with shape some of them for life.

If you do want to teach, please be sensitive of this.

Teaching as a profession is one of the best professions in better climes, it's unfortunate any tom dick and harry can become a teacher in this country because our government has also watered down the education system.

Gender Equality is very important discourse. However we must try to distinguish between Gender Equality and Gender Equity.
The more apt and correct Goal is Gender Equity.
Definitions:

Equality:
1. (not comparable) The same in all respects.
Equal conditions should produce equal results.
All men are created equal.

2. (mathematics, not comparable) Exactly identical, having the same value.
All right angles are equal.

Equity:
1. Fairness, impartiality, or justice as determined in light of "natural law" or "natural right".

Since our genders are naturally and biologically created unequal it is wrong to claim gender equality.

Equity recognises our natural and biological inequalities while ensuring fairness and justice in the rights suitable to each gender.

Gender Equity in the real sense actually favors women than men. When we start to consider the fact that women are given access to the same rights and jobs as men while being exempted from the hardships due to being weaker vessels yet collecting the same remuneration, including pregnancy and as nursing mothers. Men don't get this same treatment since we can't be pregnant.lol Even single fathers are not considered for paternity leave in most countries.

While gender equality actually favors men than women. Especially when we start to consider the not-so-rosy responsibilities and jobs imposed on men by virtue of being created as men. Or In dating and marriages, women in most cases often find it difficult when the roles are reversed/swapped.

So really it's a matter of mutual understanding.

This account did some thing I can't explain in me when it was preached by a pastor who was interestingly his namesake- John.

It's important to know that the Bible is an inspired book. Inspired by the Holy Spirit but documented by humans.1 Peter 2:20-21, 2 Tim 3:16-17

If the 2 of us were to give an account of the same event, we will share different accounts though the major story will most likely be the same but while I may pay attention to certain details, you may pay more attention to other details.

I believe this also accentuates the fact that the Bible is True. They didn't try to change or hide the obvious inconsistencies.
I have come to realise that God himself wanted it that way. So that not everyone can understand the Truth except those whom he has checked their heart and passion, those are the ones He reveals the Truth to.

You should know the Power of the Truth is that it sets you Free. And who the Son sets free is free in deed.
So whatever you desires to know, pray about it and ask the Holy spirit to guide and teach you.

Like every thing spiritual Heaven is multi-dimensional.
Let's start with the definition of heaven;

Heaven (Noun):
1. The sky.
2. (religion) The abode of God or the gods, traditionally conceived as beyond the sky;
3. (religion) The afterlife of the blessed dead, traditionally conceived as opposed to an afterlife of the wicked and unjust (compare hell);
4. by extension) Any paradise; any blissful place or experience.
5. (by extension) A state of bliss; a peaceful ecstasy.
6. (informal, with a modifier) Similarly blissful afterlives, places, or states for particular people, animals, or objects.

From this various definitions, clearly heaven exists.
What you may be struggling with is the religious definition of heaven. Which I will also by God's Grace try to explain. Though only God gives the understanding as He wills.

It is important to understand that there is supernatural existence, phenomena, occurrences and experiences that cannot be explained by our senses.
Various religions have tried to explain these supernatural phenomena, including our indigenous religions.

I will try to explain it through the Bible which is the inspired book that documents the Truth of these supernatural phenomena according to Christianity.
Various religions have their inspired books. The onus is on us to test them and find out which one has proven efficacious and stood the test of time and results.

On this premise, I will like to also state that Christianity is beyond a religion but that's another discussion. Let's delve into the biblical explanation of heaven;

1. Genesis 1.1 - In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

In the Bible we are made to know that in the very beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
So we believe there is a place called heaven just as we know that we are on earth.
We can also see here that wherever God was before this beginning was beyond heaven.
Heaven in this context referred to the Sky.
Genesis 1:8-10 gives more explanation.
We also notice that it says heavens (plural).

2. Heaven also refers to the kingdom of God- the dispensation of the Holy Spirit here on earth. Which is what Jesus Christ came to preach and also accomplished when He died and ressurrected, so that everyone can now have access to salvation and the gift of the Holy Spirit. Without which we cannot do God's will.

3. Heaven also refers to the realm of the unseen.
4. Heaven also refers to a state of mind. Romans 14:17
5. Heaven also refers to an actual place where those who die doing God's will on earth are going to inherit as a reward.

So I hope with this you agree that heaven does exist. However, to know more about the biblical explanation of heaven, you really do have to Believe First before you can See it or understand it.
The way things operate in the Supernatural realm is converse/opposite to the way things work in the physical/earthly/sensual realm. Like a mirror effect.

Once you choose to Believe in Jesus Christ and to know Him, you will start understanding all this.

What do you mean by education? If your definition of education is only the four walls of higher institution then you are deceiving yourself. Education can be acquired by mixing or interacting with people, travelling, watching movies, radio, documentaries, reading, surfing the internet etc. It can also be acquired through the business you do, the messages(Word of God) you listen to.

Before I got married, I had a long lists of what I wanted in a woman, for some years I was searching for a woman with those attributes but when I found my wife, I realized that my happiness and peace of mind is paramount.
A submissive woman, who is supportive, who will respect and cherish you, who gives you happiness and peace of mind is something you should prioritize.

Don't go and marry someone that will raise your BP after some years, you go just dïe trowey.
