N3xt keep up the good work you are doing. Please can you direct me on where I can buy power tools from. Tools from brands like DeWalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi etc.
Which one exactly do you need? I have a woman who helped me to bring some of these tools from UK and she has a lot in stock right now (DeWalt, Ryobi, Black and Decker).

The price is ok considering the area . Between orlu and ihiala. They have been using it since then without any issue. Most boreholes they did around there fall to function after a few months.
I understand you quite well sir.

One thing no one can’t take away from you is investments in tools to make the job easiest for your workers. If you don’t mind how much does this circular saw cost, how long does it work when fully charged, I’m thinking of getting one for myself. The brand please,
Thanks
Brand & Model: Worx Nitro Cordless Circular Saw.

I’ve not put it to test but it come with 4.0 Amp intelligent lithium battery

which 22ft tank do you want to do with 650,000
I said “ballpark figure” which means the actual price might cost more or less.

22ft tank is around 850 - 900k now.

To build the house in the picture is the primary target which i say 9 million will do, all other facilities you mentioned here are secondary, and imo is the location. you spent 20m on the exterior alone for both or for each, that's hilarious
I don’t do imo state but kindly put a figure to all those secondary items I listed above.

I only gave you ideas of what we spend money on. That’s why I asked if the budget includes exterior.

1. tank tower (nice-to-have)
2. flooring (nice-to-have)
2. security house (nice-to-have)
3. fence (nice-to-have)
4. gate (nice-to-have)
5. grill (nice-to-have)
6. electric fence wire (nice-to-have)
7. septic tank/chambers (must-have)
8. connection to the mains/service panels (must-have)
9. borehole (must-have)
10. mechanicals/electricals (nice-to-have)
11. Sandfilling
12. Hardscaping (nice-to-have)
13. painting (nice-to-have)

Yes including finishing
I’m currently working on 2 different project. We’ve spent between 10 - 20m on their exteriors alone. One is less than 180sqm while the other is 300sqm compound.

>> tank tower
>> flooring
>> security house
>> fence/gate/grill/electric fence wire
>> septic tank/chambers
>> connection to the mains/service panels
>> borehole
>> mechanicals/electricals
>> Sandfilling/landscaping/hardscaping
>> painting

This guy is so proud when I told him to post his price to supply me 15 truck of sharp sand and 7 truck of granite, even though he has supply me over 10 truck in another location before that he never knew. I’m the same guy. I just laughed. I’m luckiest guy then, when he was supplying sand I always paid him for Irons as well. He couldn’t supply at rate we agreed, he reversed my payment two days later.
I’ll still do business with him anyday anytime. His quantity is good for me and I’m happy with it.

He did all my granite supplies at the XL6 Trillion Atrium House project on POD and it was great.

I don’t know what really went wrong with him but I’m sure he knew I’d be happy to assist any day anytime.
His issue with Thenext is not far from what we were discussing yesterday about making upfront payment for goods that’s not readily available or would be picked at a later time.

Yep!

I was a mediator on the matter and he got a very fair deal to convert the cash he’s meant to refund into supplies (just 1 granite and 1 sand) but he still blew it up.

I think he has dipped his hand into many difficult stuffs. I pray he’s able to retrace his steps and come back stronger and better.

Please what could be responsible for the dampness in the pix below and what is the solution?

Please note that water doesn't enters thru the window but from the outside wall. And this is a duplex,it happens to the rooms upstairs.
That’s penetrating damp caused by water coming through the exterior part of the building that’s exposed to severe weather condition.
This can be stopped by having proper insulation installed on your exposed wall or waterproofing the wall.
In extreme cases, you may want to install awning over such area.

Penetrating damp can also be caused by water coming through leaking window frames. To stop this you’d want to use silicone gun to waterproof around your window.

You know with flow switch you pump water more than when there is no flow switch. Does flow switch makes pumping machine last long?
You’d want to avoid using it if your current is unstable.

Please is flow switch good for overhead tank on a building? If not, any suggestion?

Yes it is good.

Based on your water level, it will open or close the electrical circuit generally used to pump water.
