Even big companies like Nigerite do ask for same. ______ Though I didn’t buy from you. I used Value paint on my fence and it look great. We really loved it. I’m happy to recommend Value Paint to KoboKobo home owners out there looking for something good at affordable price. Colour: Cameo (with a little tint of off white)

MrDraey: The house I presently live in has this, unfortunately with every wind that blows, it literally scatters the ceiling.
The owner used it both inside and outside and as I type now the veranda is open.
How can this be rectified, is there a glue/adhesive that can be used to hold it? Having this on the exterior is a big error. I did pop board installation on the building envelope in my project while the interior had t-grid suspended ceiling. To permanently fix this, you need to change all the boards on the exterior part of the building and replace it with any ceiling materials that can make it airtight. I can’t think of any other alternative except a site visit is conducted. I know there are some powerful adhesive that can be used to glue the boards it I can’t guarantee it’ll make the ceiling airtight or withstand harsh weather conditions. |

DFAMEGUY11S:
the rain bad true I know cheap stuff when I see one but what can be done to prevent this especially in a situation where most customers love to buy good stuff at cheap price? For instance, I’ve seen a lot of stonewall tiles but 90% of them are actually knock-offs. The one on my wall is CountryClay by STN Ceramica. It’s still as clean and fresh as it was installed several years ago. The same applies to the floor tiles. https://stnceramica.es/ |

Greenarrow01: Next You self look this house na Even d builder is wise Turned that place to a kitchen We both know 90% of houses on lekki and ajah Na similar houses Lekki/Ajah builds nowadays follow the same pattern and rhythm. Very predictable architecture. I follow timeless and classic masterpiece from top naija design architects that do the magic without traditions. Look at the creative use of cantilevered slab on this Ikoyi build and the preferred choice of fascia board over the popular concrete fascia (parapet). One would assume the owner is not rich or maybe can’t afford the popular concrete fascia but his name is “Mike Adenuga” Credit: Baron Architecture

Talking to my client (a septuagenarian momma) yesterday, I asked “What material would you like us to use for the finishing of your facade?”She replied “You should give us options.”I showed her a material and she said “Yes ” Watch out! __________ Roof Gutter Minus The Worries - The goal is to stop the water from touching the tower. Once again, we’re adopting a steel gutter/aluminum cladding/tar solution.

Person2person: Nobody will do this for you if you can't pay better money. The wood is not ordinary because you will pay premium to get drywood suitable for such design. It can also be achieved with boards too. All na money mater!
There are people that can do this perfectly if you can afford the right materials...
A good example is the tv console by NEXT....the cost is an ALARM but NO furniture maker on the street will go that extra mile.......
Goodmorning There’s always a price to pay for quality - time and good money. Reinforcing the TV wall cost more than N100k. ____________ I don’t do certain jobs not because I can’t handle them but because not too many people can pay the price. ____________ The fit out of the less than 25sqm NextHome H52 office space cost nothing less than N4.5m as at 2014 and whereas someone is trying to use the same amount to build a whole house. The Manhattan skyline mural on the wall cost over150k. The Romanian blind ?? _____________ Finally, I’m not done with the tv console. I’m also installing the lights, cables and a matching hanger (pic below) that can do a perfect job I saw some console advertised. I just flip past the page and move on. Afterall na kobokobo market.

Only few buildings come with wooden tiles or what look like wooden tiles. Anyway, this is naija floor minus the traditions for those who want out.

sonnie10: Oyinbo dey tey. Ordinary plank ! Ask our guys to replicate this, they will bring embarrassment to the property owner. Smiles. I’m doing something like this next week and I know it’d be awesome. Delivering first-time quality, zero-defect job starts by defining acceptance criteria (in other to put both parties on same page); creating a material list (to determine whether the job was done to satisfaction and meet specifications) and lastly, having a good knowledge on how and where to pick up the pieces (select the best material for the job).
