There is this guy I dated back then, we have been in and out of r/s and last time I saw him we agreed that we will never see each other again, he had a kid and the mother of his kid has been a problem, keep in mind that the kid was conceived while I was in his life and born and I didn’t know that until he was 1 year old, so after hearing that I have been a fool for this long I broke up with him and it was for good and yesterday he came in crying saying that the mother of his child broke his heart and he wants me back, my question was “R u here bcoz the mother of ur child disappointed u or what” and the answer was simple yes, so from the above I have realized that he doesn’t love me but he just need some1 to keep him company until the mother of his child come into her senses, so now the question is how do I answer him, according to the story of him and the mother he is been hurt big time and I don’t want to hurt him again, Im not a heart breaker, I used to love him but Im not sure now and I don’t know what to do anymore, I don’t know if those last feelings are for pity or what, if it were u what wud u do? Take him back or just kick his a$$ to the curb, he broke my heart so much that it has been a mission to let anybody in,

Remember yesterday my BF broke up with me on FB and when I get home my ex-bf was there begging me, how convenient of him and now Im so confused, I don’t know what to do I asked him to give me sometime coz I have a lot going on mind right now and since I was hurt I didn’t wana do anything I will live to regret, part of me wanted to throw myself in his arms just to comfort myself at the same time I was scared he might read too much from that, how to u combine crying and grieving hearts in the same place?

good for you na2day, i think uve started thinking the right way.  and of course cloud computing is an old concept and has been in the minds of a lot of people for a while but its implementation on a larger scale as it is been done currently gives me cause for concern.
of course what is built by man can always be destroyed by man and when it comes to computers, all it takes is a mind more intelligent than the other. there will always be room for loops, bugs and overrides.
im a religious guy so my comments will be biased. i am not too comfortable with the idea of placing a chunk of my docs personal or impersonal in the server of somebody such that[b] i lie mostly when asked to fill in personal info on loads of sites [/b]but although wiv the current trend there is no escaping it. but that is a fear that will be better expressed in the religious section.

cloud computing is nothing new, i happen to have used it as a security technology through one of the AMD's freeware and still use it in various forms in my daily life. there are tones of ways we all probably have already been involved in this technology, i have lots of my daily files on google docs and use them on the fly, Apple computers offers MobileMe(for old mac users, it is the same as .mac) , google is only taking it further by making most of the processes on various high powered servers while the end user use minimal resources on their end making it cheap to have. security will always be an issue, read  ur user agreement on ur xp home os b4 clicking "i accept" and u will be surprised (in one of my projects, i wrote "made by man, will be destroyed by man). guys, there are tons of links out there on google's os, read 4 urself and separate the facts from the myths.  a few of these links can be educational

Let me interject briefly that I did a quick check of the discussions like this going on online and offline and bring to your notice a couple observations. It's being wondered that Chrome OS would be no different from a linux distro that opens straight into the Webkit browser [i'm guessing that's a linux internet browser]  only utilising web apps, google GEARS, the gDrive and a strong brand name in Google. Care to point out the pros and cons of that argument?
Secondly, Apple is now said to have 10% of the general OS market, MS 80% and the rest divided. Which percentage is Chrome most likely to affect and what are its chances in the desktop OS market?
Please discuss and then get back to your hair-pulling if that's more fun.

my argument is not the fact that google will or will not take the market from MS(i care less), if i understood what google's intentions are is basically to change the concept of "LIGHT COMPUTING". google's idea is that since most users are not power users, so they intend to make an OS so light that it can run on very minimal resource yet exposing the end user to basic applications they are familiar with. any1 who thinks that if they get chrome they suddenly can carry out their vector computing and rendering as b4 is fooling themselves; autocad light, maya, adobe premier etc will not be the kind of software that will be used, the word "LIGHT" must not be lost in understanding google's concept but for sum1 like simpsonX to claim google can not write or design an OS as good as MS windows is just plain stupidity and extreme ignorance. this is a true quote from the guy

my guy, try do ur research well before u send posts like these. google chrome OS is currently a netware because they do not currently have the technology to make the transition from a single browser to a full fledged operating system like windows  that is why their target is currently netbooks. Nevertheless according to their recent blog they have plans to develop the OS to suit various demands. give them a break kid,  they are just starting.

there is a major difference between writing a good software and gaining acceptance (marketability), if more ppl buy or tend to buy a particular OS, companies are forced to tailor their products to be compatible with that OS in order to get the market, for example, MS windows has nothing on Mac OS X but MS got the market, another example will be  the current 3.0 OS running on the iphone is no better than windows mobile(i know bcuz i got both of them) but guess what, after Apple hit over 1bn downloads from the app store in June, there has been a exponential increase  on their request line by developers bcuz the game is all about the market. go check out craig's list and u will find that there are more request now for iphone developers than b4.


i open to discuss the pros and cons of a light OS but only with sum1 who actually makes sense
