Update: Did my capturing on the 29th of February 2024 at NIS HQ Sauka in Abuja and I collected it today. It has been ready since on the 30th of March last month.

Congratulations!!

Few Questions :

1. Online or offline application? Because I heard the office staff are victimising online applicants, how true is this?

2. You said five years, how much did you pay?

3. Is it true that toddlers would now need local government of origin certificate to apply for passport under the new reforms?

I might opt for that same office you used.

They are all different, Also the requirements differ depending on where you’re capturing most local governments ask for attestation.

Thank you.

Austinn316:

Yeah Declaration of Age is actually 2k but they specifically asked for Attestation, and the NPC site doesn’t work cause I don’t have barcode affidavit. But I got Attestation for 15k before capturing

Pls is this declaration of age and attestation different from birth certificate? Is birth certificate not acceptable instead of this attestation?
Travel / Re: Cost Of A Nigeria International Passport by Naanlong01: 9:41am On Mar 26
Ojoboak:

Follow this link https://attestation.nationalpopulation.gov.ng/welcome , you do not need to go to NPC office.
It cost 3k, excluding convenience fee.
Cheers

Pls, is this age attestation compulsory for all? Or its for some category of applicants

My guy always take profit... in this bull . market take profit, wether short or long please take profit ( trade at specific hours, don't stress yourself trading every hour of the day ) It doesn't matter if you take profit of 10-15 dollar seven times a day. Yes 15X 7 or anyhow you wanna do it just discipline yourself and stick to a strategy. Don't be greedy. The market will always be there and it doesn't run away shocked

Trading times I recommend 11pm-1am

4am- 6am

11am -1pm ( afternoon)

4pm- 6pm ( evening)

Why?

Asia ( yes Asia is the biggest movers of crypto when Asia wakes up ( 11pm -1am) liquidity is very high

When Asia goes for lunch break ( 4am -6am ) liquidity is high

When Asia returns from work 11am- 1pm them go bathe resume crypto wahala yktv

Before Asia sleep 4pm-6pm ( America wakes up) the cycle continues

Note all time stated above are gmt ( Nigerian time)

When should I avoid trading?

Weekend o.... yes Saturday and Sunday avoid am like plaque because institutional money and Asian whales are taking a break and spending time with their family so market is very volatile

*note* this is not a financial advise it's based on personal experience. I lost so much money during weekends that I saw the pattern in this bull run you can always find yours ( I only shared a pattern I noticed to motivate someone to figure out theirs)

Thank you for this, it helped me.

All this 1st class country should guide against Islamic terrorist entering their country in the name of immigrants, you don't have to be father Christmas every time

Muslim terrorist that don't mind hiding in hospital, operating among school children will not think twice to lie using taqqiya in order to access successful non-muslim non-terrorist countries

Europeans will never learn. Sometimes I wonder if these people are right thinking people. Just look at the recent clashes happening on the UK street where these terrorist sympathisers clearly overwhelmed the UK POLICE as they daily embark on protest under the pretense of "freedom for Palestine" If nothing drastic is done to get rid of them, it's only a matter of time before the worst happens. Look at the physical assaults going on in the US by these same people. It is in Europe they have the freedom they lack in their God forsaken countries, and surprisingly they will approach the EUROPEAN COURT and secure right to continue staying. They have infiltrated every corners and the Europe better wake up now and get a firm grip on their immigration policies. I miss Trump.

How is £363 = ₦124k? Didn't you say it was previously ₦124k for visa fee?

Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Naanlong01: 10:57pm On Sep 16, 2023
What false claims? What you are seeing by yourself, is it difficult to convert the new Total fee of 490 pounds to naira

Newbiein2016:
Do verify before sharing false claims. The website li k is right here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/visa-regulations-revised-table/home-office-immigration-and-nationality-fees-4-october-2023

The additional fee for applying from outside UK is £127.

Has any one else seen the latest outrageous visa fee Increase by Sunak government?
Student visa to cost roughly 480k as against 124k from October. This people really don't give a damn about migrants.

Not having a relationship with his children just because he's not accessible always maintain frown face, in my thirties now, and I can say there was never a time me or my siblings sat and had a father to child/Children discussion.
Making our mum our goto for anything including confidance, we eventually bonded with her and never missed our daddy even when he's not around. He pushed us away unknowingly and now at old age he complains every time about how we don't tell him things, how our mother turned our back against him.

Not showing care enough for us but can go out of his way for outsider. I remember been brought home very sick by a neighbour where I lived, mum was at work, Dad came home saw me lying sick on the couch in the parlour, didn't even bulge, I didn't take anything until mum came back from work. To think am the only male Child makes it all unbelievable. It took the grace of God to forgive him and let go even though I can never forget. I have seen mummy sick several times with him giving the same attitude.

Too blunt, almost emotionless. I have taken after that bluntness unintentionally but the caring aspect, my wife can testify.

Nagging, I do this too but cautiously.

Thank you and God bless you sir. My phone is now working normal after following your advice, though only the apps were updated, as for the MIUI, it's requesting 3.3gig, would you advice that I still do the MIUI update even though the phone is fine now.? My fear about that is that some people have complained of issues that weren't there but suddenly showed up after updating MIUI.
Thank you.

Somebody, please help me, my three months old Redmi 12c keeps shutting down the very moment the back light goes off, then it takes more time to power on each time this happens.

It started today, initially I thought its because of some newly downloaded apps so I uninstalled, but it persisted. No difference even when it's plugged.

Could it be because I have never updated it before, even though system apps updater is showing 18 updates available?
Pls has anyone any idea what the solution is?

The behavior of some of you teenage kids on this forum needs caution.
You take every thread as your usual childish discussion and take every member here as your mate.
The person you're referring to is a grown man, old enough to be your uncle or big bros.
You can can spew trash when you find your fellow secondary school mates here you trash talk with, not on every thread.
Be careful, everything is not a childish play.

I wonder o!

If one is to consider the height of uncultured behaviour being exhibited on this platform, one would abandon it all together.

What I do is I try to scan through, overlooking a lot of gibberish especially when they start attacking people's ethnic background.

Nairaland is different thing to different people all along. While some rely on it for informations that could even be life-imparting, some see it as a place to come and cash cruise.
