These days, a fresh graduate working as a graduate assistant in a university with his/her BSc. earns higher(about 85k-90k/mth) than a
fresher working in a typical ngrn bank; yet the bank worker works his/her azz off while at work.

I'm 28 M and a bit boxed up with good education(PhD)
But I still havn't loved or be loved (may be) by a girl yet.

my last visit to naija was just very disappointing.

The law says you have to PAY YA SCHOOL FEES and NOT TAX CERTS in order to study.
So why this nonsense about tax cert. Where in the world did u have to present ya tax cert
in order to go to school? Its just laughable.

Its so amazing how some ill-trained ladies are doing everything possible to destroy the fabric of our long cherished tradition in the name of civilization.
All you ladies supporting the notion that a man should wash plates, why don't you ask ya mothers or grand mothers if they could open their mouth and talk to their husbands the way this lady did to her man. It would be completely abominable for a wife to talk to her man like that, let alone asking him to go in and wash the plates.
I'm sure this lady, prior to their marriage, would gladly kiss this man's legs, bow and worship where he walks; but now that she's married to him, and probably has a male child with him, it is now ok to talk to him any how. My mother would never and has never disrespected my dad this way. Of course at his discretion, my dad do go in to help her out sometimes, especially for the fun of doing it; but never have i ever overheard my mum talk to my dad in such disrespectful way as this lady did. Neither of my sisters (a Medical Doctor and a Univ. Professor) has ever raised their voices on their husbands(a Priest and a Civil servant, respectively), ever; let alone asking them to go wash their plates, I mean its highly unheard of. It all comes down to home training. I still beleive in the tenets of the bible, from how Sarah worshipped his husband Abraham, to how Hannah respected and worshipped his husband Elkanah. In deed this world is coming to an end, if a woman could go to such length. Sometimes i wonder if I'll personally ever get married, seeing these kind of nonesense because i could beat my wife to death if she dares this kind of nonesense at me. I refuse to give up my tradition in the name of some stupid civilization.
