If you are Ijaw, I am sure you are very much aware of KAIAMA declaration, which was based on the fundamental principles of Major Jasper Isaac Adaka Boro (of blessed memory), tell me how has Jonathan's government seek or attempt to see to those declaration as President and as Ijaw son? If you have no idea, I can refer you to it. Another question is, in all honesty, can you say that Jonathan is not working the Ijaw interest with respect to what is happening in Rivers State? What did Isaac Boro stand for?

I am not more Ijaw than you (that is if you are Ijaw), but I sure promote Ijaw interest at every fora.

My question is not how close we are to achieving the kaiama declaration demands. I asked in relation to your position that Ijaw nation is worse off under jonathan that things were before he became president. Lets not expand the scope here unnecessarily.

How you think GMB will bring the Ijaw nation closer to achieving the goals of KAIAMA declaration is at best laughable.

bros fine you are right that most of these politicians are largely selfish and only fallback on regional sentiments when things get tough, but I beg ,don't connect Ijaw nation to a Buhari project. abeg things never bad reach like that.

The legality of ECA was always being challenged by the states . There was simply no constitutional backing for it. When Yar adua came in with the view to respecting the rule of law, money had to be gradually shared between the different tiers of government. The "progressive" governors were the most vocal on the need to give them (their states) their share.

OBJ is one man that refused to release Lagos state funds even after the supreme court had stated that it was illegal to hold on to the allocation. If someone like this calls another man weak, then you know what he means.

The then CJ of the federation said in one of his later interviews that he wished there was a clause in the constitution to empower him to send OBJ to prison for disobeying decisions of even the highest court in the land.

Can Obasanjo or Jonathan able to win a state house assembly elections without PDP structures and their professional rigging schemes?
Forget about politics and be honest.

Hope you know that the 12 million votes include massive underage voters and sufficient ballot box stuffing in the north. The corpers that refused to cooperate paid with their lives.
