Ramires is way better than Mikel, Meireles, Malouda and a ton of other guys on that team.
Hehehe. Based on what exactly?
You probably can't even say why.

RDM has got his own ideas. No Lamps, Cole, Drogba.

Ramires is just what he is. . . . He will not and can never be my ideal midfielder.

Ramires has been handed a new 5 year contract.

Good riddance to bad rubbish!

All those talking about financial fair play bla bla are being hypocritical
People are trying to be more catholic than the pope.

Roman's millions made Chelsea what it is today anyway.
We forget that too quickly. Pre-Roman, CFC was just another Spurs.
Really? FFP pundits are hypocritical?
Care to explain?

AVB sacked. Another one gone. Yet again.
Players will raise their game and go on a roll.
The inevitability is delayed. Yet again!

Even the likes of Owen Coyle,Mick McCarthy,Sam Allardyce,Steve Kean,Neil Warnock etc will not be this poor if they have the caliber of players at Chelsea.

Meanwhile, rumours of Benitez coming in are becoming stronger.
Benitez ain't exactly my kind of manager but i won't mind someone else helping us till the summer.
So you believe Benitez is the answer to our problems right?
I laugh in blue.

there's no chance to be taken. rooney, robin van persie, aguero, suarez, etc miss as many chances as torres does but they get tonnes of chances per games to correct their mistakes. however with chelsea, torres gets one or 2 chances and that's it. . . . .in other games, he doesn't even get any chance at all and he gets slaughtered.

Help me tell them abeg. Im tired of drumming this into the ears of fellow Chelsea supporters at my local viewing center.
One more guy on our side. Abeg tell them.

@Ibime,

I honestly do not understand your argument.
If you tell me that AVB wasn't supposed to bring on Torres, I can understand.

You however cannot prove that we lost because it which is my point.
We conceded from a set piece and there's nothing to suggest we won't have done son even if Essien was present.
Your argument of economics is irrelevant here, there are not guarantees with Essien on.

The greatest mistake i ever made was to advocate for CA's sack. I was ignorant and i own up.
And we are asking for another to be fired who has similar results to the one last year.
Unless JM has agreed to come, who will you bring in and what's the guarantee they won't finish 5th.

BlueDiva:
And the team leading the log had how many points?
Go on and complete the stats.
I don't know how this is relevant to the discussion but here it goes.
This year after 26 games, 1st position had 63 pts.
Last year after 26 games, 1st position had 60pts.

You forget the main point. . .solid 3 in midfield with Essien wouldnt have conceded 3 goals against Napoli. . .

Would West Brom have won the corner or had the space in midfield to force the corner if Essien was on the pitch?

West Brom is all about their midfield. . . everybody knows that West Brom can pass you to death. . . why would a manager take off his DM against West Brom?

Its an attacking change, I hear you say?

What kind of attacking change involves bringing on a player who hasnt scored for 20 hours?

Looks like a manager gunning for a payoff.

When have DD and Torres ever linked up well? Everytime they play together, the play is disjointed. None of em drops deep to link up play efficiently.

What you have left is a team with no link between midfield and attack, and yet no defensive midfielder.

You might call it an attacking change, I call it unbalancing the team suicidally.
Ibime, this is like finding issues where there isn't one.
What should he have? Not brought on Torres? We won't have scored.

And I reiterate, Essien's presence would not have prevented the corner neither would it have defended the header to the goal.
I also do not remember being the creative engine behind our attack.

It reminds everybody that we have a child managing the club.

Never have we seen a team so unmotivated and lost.
It's obvious AVB is sitting on a time bomb. I'm expecting good news very soon.

And the dudes who played against Napoli killed the tie shebi?

AVB handed West Brom the game by taking off Essien for Torres, leaving the team disjointed and handing West Brom the midfield.
Hehehehe. West Brom scored from a freaking corner dude.
That's a very silly comment dude unless you are suggesting that Essien would have prevented a corner kick, defended the attack that led to the goal and scored a goal himself.

Quit the crap dude. Essien was doing nothing special while he was on.

AVB has undermined the reliable players.

Shall we revise your argument that "we shall judge Torres when he starts playing with Mata and Sturridge now?"

I remember telling you that Anelka is 10 times a better team-player than Sturridge and if Torres cannot shine with Anelka, Sturridge cannot help him.
And even though I watched you say this many times, I am still waiting for you to fetch the statement of mine that said so.
You know I have always been a massive supporter of Anelka even though I say he slows the game down. .

I'm not saying the current Chelski squad is JM-era quality, what I mean is that it is better than Tottenham and Arsenal, and should be outperforming them.
And I ask again, how do you reach that conclusion. Just one little thing. . anything at all that makes you reach the conclusion that makes you reach the conclusion that Chelsea are not good enough to win the league but just about good enough to be above Spurs and Arsenal?

Common factor = Ramires!

Soon as Ramires was benched (for the most part) around Feb last season, Chelsea went unbeaten for eons, finishing comfortably in second place and even had a chance of catching Manure.
I agree.

How is Chelski's previous season's points total the issue when AVB is saying that the CURRENT squad should be above Tottenham on the table?
Why should you be talking about matching last season's points total after spending over £50m since then and only losing marginal players?
Did Abramovich spend all the money he did on getting AVB, Mata, Romeu, Lukaku, Cahill and Mereiles to be in the same position as last season?
No Roman didn't. However, did the other team sit and watch Chelsea improve their squads and do nothing?

Did the rest of the quote fly over your balding head? grin

Ok let me break it down for you - you claim it's because AVB hasn't bought 'his players' that he should be given more time. I've told you consistently that Chelski's squad is far better than its league position and the excuse can never be an issue of players.

Even AVB has confirmed that, saying it's his own naivety that has led to the poor performances so far, as I've said repeatedly.
And I have always wondered what backs up your silly assertion? Sheer guts?
This exact time last year after 27 games we had 48 pts,  . . If we win today's game, after 27 games we will have 49pts.

this debosky is a treacherous twit.
what do you expect him to say? if u ask alex ferguson the same question, he would blame himself for some of the results united have had in the season.
fergie admitted making mistakes against ajax, against city and so many other games united had performed woefully.

brilliant managers take the bullet for the team's woes.
only lunatic managers blame their own players in every game they lose.
ask mancini the same thing and he would criticize himself for not playing aguero in this game or resting nasri in that game.

that's the standard in their industry.
you homoerotic nincompoop.

No mind the dude. Trying to act like AVB invented admitting mistakes of a team.
