Mjshexy:So in otherwords those ones who are now in APC were/are not corrupt abi But U all still blame PDP for the rot which most of the so-called saints oversaw... Dats d height of hypocrisy and double standards. So if everyone is now so disciplined and careful as u claim, what happened to the budget?? Who pad am?? Oh let me guess, d corrupt members of the PDP abi?? |
OP make I contribute my own quota.. D amount of funny dps in ma fone is enof to host "Days of a million laughs" ![]()
|
Why dem no jus talk say na d normal budget allocation money for the quarter instead of sounding like dey printed extra cash to distribute. So what happens to those "paddings/pads" in the budget?? Pumped to the intended recipients I guess? |
Goke7:last tym I checked, both the govt and d EFCC are yet to prove anything against him. They are even still yet to prove any of d loads of allegations dey came up with against anyone so far. So until then, it's all an illusion in ur paradise... |
And with each passing day GEJ is being justified... ![]() |
mykl01:zombies won't see dat one. What happens to d excess pads wen d budget is eventually passed. |
Hunger:So u finally concurred then dat dollar no scarce and d CBN has enof. D govt encourages import of petroleum products by way of subsidy because dey cannot meet d nation's oil demands. So therefore u cannot claim marketers can't access funds. |
Zombies will b like, "So d Inec staff even collected bribe, he's a PDP agent".. I thought APC ppl were supposed to b saints. |
Hunger:It's actually d other way around.. Oil price slump leading to slide of the naira because like we all know we import basically everything... read dis https://www.thecable.ng/dangote-well-start-selling-forex-to-cbn-by-2020 and dis http://www.financialnigeria.com/cbn-to-provide-forex-support-for-dangote-refinery-sustainable-photovideo-details-288.html D CBN didn't and haven't complained of dollar scarcity. Infact it's actually due to too much dollar dat our naira is falling lol. Why is it almost everyone is calling for the ban to be relaxed?? Read the various reports and interviews of Mr Kachikwu urself on d lingering fuel scarcity. Remember it was blamed on the I'll advised NNPC strike and den sabotage. If d CBN can make forex available to dangote to dat amount, how den can u say dey have no dollar?? |
Hunger:Lol.. Like seriously?? U obviously have no idea what is going on or how d whole foreign exchange thing works. BDC's (bureau DE change operators) and anyone needing foreign exchange used to get it from the CBN (find out about the form A and B) but d new restrictions included BDC's and some import items and as such dealers in those items and d BDC's had to go source for forex elsewhere. As for d current fuel scarcity, it has nothing to do with our refining capacity because our refineries have being comatose and totally non functional even though d present govt wants to make u believe it still refines at some level and as such d nation has always depended on oil imports. Even Mr. Kachikwu recently affirmed that. So I wonder where u get ur own facts and info from. We all need dis govt to com gud but we don't need to make excuses for dem. |
Dat d govt is still going ahead with a budget dey publicly admitted was padded is ludicrous and simply highlights the double standards and hypocrisy being exhibited in the Nigerian polity. If d punishment for the so called culprits responsible for d epic and large scale corruption uncovered in the budget is transferring dem to anoda ministry/department only, den d insincerity of the govt stinks to the high heavens. Anyways I guess we'll have to pretend and assume d large scale "paddings" were corrected. Some ppl claim prior budgets have always been padded, which brings us back to the question, How then is dis govt different from them? Where then is d change? |
Hunger:Yea dollar no scarce.. D scarcity we're experiencing is an artificial scarcity systematically created by the Central bank's restrictions on dollar sales. Banks simply hoard d ones dey get from d central bank and do their own businesses with it. D fall global oil prices didn't happen overnight which is reminiscent in d steep slide d naira experienced and partly due to govt's(minister of finance) indecision on how to tackle it. Dollar scarcity isn't an excuse for d lingering fuel scarcity |
mideactive:Oga let's call a spade a spade, dollar no scarce. D govt simply restricted it's sale with certain conditions hence d scarcity even though we know CBN thru d banks are in brisk business. Petroleum marketers have not complained about dollar scarcity because dem no follow for d restrictions. Power generation has drastically dropped over the past few months but if u want to believe otherwise then u're simply being economical with the truth. |
mideactive:So fuel scarcity has been on for decades?? and d worsening power situation too?? Some problems no doubt is going to take a long term plan to get fixed example d unemployment, infrastructural deficit, stable power but a whole lot of others can b fixed with short term measures while making long term plans so dat d problems don't arise again eg fuel distribution, improved power supply but yet some of U want to make excuses for the govt everytime. D country will still kip importing fuel until our refineries and more begin to work again so have we stopped importing and if no why has d scarcity stayed for dis long Don't even get me started on ur sabotage claims because d govt shouldn't complain wen d people are complaining because it is the people dat feel d realities. They are supposed to look for fixes not complain too. |
OP u sure say u no smoke something dis morning?? Since wen starboy b Psquare? Oh too much Psquare news don dey affect u. |
Prison inmates especially in the Americas no dey take ear hear say pesin b rapist or pedophile. Dey'll give u their own dose of hell once dey find out. Seen it in lots of movies |
mideactive:So in otherwords, what u're saying is dat d scarcity and dwindling power situation for example are all justifiable and as such Nigerians should smile thru d pain cos dis is d "Change" dey wanted right? It's always quite easier to put up a brave face on "faceless" social media forum like nairaland while deep down inside we all know. Kip suffering and smiling but don't ask others to do same. It's called hypocrisy |
mideactive:Abeg make una let pesin hear word.. Which corruption is fighting back?? Fuel has been scarce for more than a month now and ur minister of petroleum has said absolutely nothing except for his minister making contradictory statements everytime and u tell me corruption is fighting back. Is it corruption dat is distributing petroleum products?? Or is it corruption dat is making d govt look totally lost as to how to tackle some of the issues plaguing the country or is it corruption dat has encouraged scarcity of the dollar with a baseless dollar restriction policy I guess corruption is also responsible for the raging zombies who have added corruption is "fighting back" to their cookbook. Some of U are pathetic with d excuses u make for these ppl. |
Lol...Politically exposed Persons (PEP). Dat one go soon b new party. If u believe dis news, den U'ld belive dat d earth was flat. |
Jonathan2787:What is wrong with people and simple understanding is some of U don't read or listen to advice. D other airtime u see in ur balance is for only Airtel to Airtel calls as is written there and u can only even make use of the bonuses after making a paid 1 minute call for d day. I'm speaking from my own experience but it really is non of my business. |
Trust me those ppl can lie for Africa. That was how dey kept sending me d same msg of having received 25k for calls, data and msgs to all ntwrks valid for 7days. From d balance u received u call other ntwrks with d 1k. |
braveheart99:Na d fact say u mention YoungSix amongst all d names sef na im provoke me. YoungSix na jus one of those wannabe rappers with overly fake accents and totally childish swag. |
braveheart99:YoungSix like seriously?? Are u for real even rating YoungSix alongside V.E.C and The Chairman?? YCee's new in the game and has brought something different to the game. He's really good and is definitely going to get there if he stays consistent. |
Trashy... Same with Janta manta |
Whether a letter was written or not or whether they were lovers or not or whether she willingly followed him or not or whether d mother was aware or not, why won't u people jus agree he was wrong in more than one way. She's 13 and d constitution recognises her as a minor. U don't need to justify their actions for dem. |
All these their publicity stunts is really becoming childish.. If dey have any issues, is social media d place to seek to resolve it?? Which kind small children msg b dis one. mtcheeeeeew |
lordizak:All some of U know is jus to throw insults and abuse at anyone who comments and doesn't support u and ur likes. Una get sense at all? If YOUWIN is a scam den YES is a scam as well. Good for d goose should b d same for the gander. How is d SUREP and YOUWIN any different from dis YES?? Wasn't it d same policy d former govt came up with and d APC screamed blue murder?? |
Only in Nigeria... Why hasn't he been charged yet? |
hamzyluv:So d govt dat admitted d budget was padded were also fooling demselves abi?? Or d numerous errors dat were highlighted were also trashes?? Ur likes and d dumbness u exhibit are exactly d problem with dis nation. D zombie in U is epic. |
CoolUsername:There's nothing secular about our democracy ooo, so long as it doesn't favour d north forget it. Let's not forget d north hold their religion in higher esteem dan d constitution. Dey don't mind flouting and breaking every law in the Constitution so long as their religion permits it. |
Wen dey won't gather their evidences and do their investigation very well before opening their big mouths to the media with speculative and fictitious figures why won't dey keep fooling demselves in the courts. EFCC and d CCT are going to end up with a battered image and credibility when dis whole charade is done. |
