u never see anything. FIRS is not as easy like the time of Fowler again when a dignitary request for a slot on your behalf it will be given. This current chairman no too send people, na only his state people that have upper hand. Some agencies expecially revenue generating places might likely shift issuing of letters officially to january and february due to financial and political reasons. Those waiting for Apls should not panic, I knw it's quiet frustrating but you have to be patient.
Also, you may see letters here and there but never give up.

FIRS are done with documentation, they will give APL and posting letters this week and next week.knew this because my friend has done the documentation.

Even all this immigration, customs, NSCDC, ICPC. which one have you seen that send APL to anywhere? You must come to HR in HQ, where you will write "original copy collected by me" and your will sign while you proceed to documentation maybe that day or another date.

Yes! you are right to a large extend but FIRS may decide to take your appointment letter to any of their branch close to your destination to ease your stress and expenses.

So long you've not clock 50 years of age you can take appointment with any MDA's except for military and Paramilitary agencies but even the military/paramilitary once you've a strong connection � you are good to go
